How a recurring plan complements your daily cleaner
A daily cleaner keeps the premises tidy: floors, bins, surfaces and a maintenance clean of the washrooms. Work that needs machines, technicians and more time usually falls outside that routine: dusty aircon coils, limescale and grout in washrooms, chairs and carpets that have absorbed sweat, curtains holding dust.
A recurring care plan covers exactly that remainder on fixed dates through the year. It does not replace daily cleaning; you keep your current staff, or see our Janitorial staffing page if you need hourly help.

- Aircon cleaning
- Indoor coil, filters, drain pan and the outdoor unit where safely reachable; gas pressure checked free, topped up only if low and with your approval.
- Washroom deep clean
- Odour source check, descaling of fittings, screens and grout, and odour treatment, on top of the daily wipe-down.
- Chairs, sofas, carpets, curtains
- Chairs, sofas and carpets are extraction-cleaned on site and curtains treated to suit the fabric, in the evening or on closed days so everything is dry before you open.
- Quarterly deep clean
- High corners, glass within safe reach, frames, under shelving, kitchen and pantry: the places a daily round does not reach.
- Pest control
- Carried out by a licensed partner; UpClean coordinates the dates and sends the Up Report. Surveyed and quoted separately.
Three example plans: Basic, Standard and Complete
Example at our published prices, for an assumed 150 m² shophouse-style premises with 8 wall-mounted air conditioners (1–1.5 HP), 20 fabric office chairs, 2 washrooms, one 3-seat fabric sofa, 20 m² of synthetic carpet and 30 m² of curtains. The plans differ only in items and frequency; each item keeps its published unit price, with no plan-specific rate or discount. The monthly figure is the annual total divided by twelve, rounded to the nearest thousand dong.
These are illustrations to help you budget. Your actual plan is built from an on-site count and quoted in writing after a free survey; items that overlap within one visit are reviewed when we prepare the quote.

- The examples exclude pest control and consumables, both quoted separately if you need them.
- Basic plan
- 8 air conditioners cleaned every quarter (1,850,000 VND per visit, including the published 10% reduction from the 3rd unit) and 20 office chairs cleaned twice a year (900,000 VND per visit). Annual total 9,200,000 VND, about 767,000 VND a month on average.
- Standard plan
- Basic, plus a monthly deep clean and odour treatment of 2 washrooms (900,000 VND per visit), the 3-seat sofa twice a year (390,000 VND per visit) and 20 m² of carpet twice a year (700,000 VND per visit). Annual total 22,180,000 VND, about 1,848,000 VND a month on average.
- Complete plan
- Standard, plus a quarterly deep clean of 150 m² at the Townhouse rate (2,550,000 VND per visit, glass within reach included) and 30 m² of curtains once a year, taken down and re-hung (1,300,000 VND). Annual total 33,680,000 VND, about 2,807,000 VND a month on average.
The contract principles UpClean applies
A recurring plan only works if you are comfortable with the terms. We apply the principles below to every recurring care contract; the term, notice period and other detailed clauses are set out in the contract itself for you to read before signing.
- The price is fixed by a written quote; nothing is added without your agreement.
- Any change to scope, frequency or cost needs your written agreement.
- No automatic renewal without your confirmation.
- A fixed weekly or monthly schedule, agreed at the outset.
- An Up Report after every visit, as the basis for sign-off.
- One point of contact for every item.
- VAT invoices issued by Uptech Technology Solution Company Limited (tax code 0316973414) each billing period.
- Work carried out by a licensed partner, such as pest control, is identified in the quote.
Scheduling, re-cleans and what a plan does not cover
We work from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM, seven days a week, and combine items into one visit where possible, outside your customer hours. Rescheduling is free with at least 24 hours' notice. If an item falls short, we redo it free within 48 hours of your Up Report. Aircon cleaning carries a 90-day warranty.
- Consumables (paper, hand soap, odour products) are not part of a plan; we can supply them as an optional extra, quoted separately.
- A plan does not replace daily cleaning or provide on-site staff.
- We do not clean external façade glass by rope or gondola, only glass within safe reach.
- We do not sterilise medical instruments or handle clinical waste.
Where recurring care plans are available
We regularly serve premises in An Khanh, Binh Trung, Phu My Hung, Binh Thanh, District 1, District 3, District 4, Phu Nhuan, Nha Be. Premises in Districts 5, 6, 8, 10, 11, 12, Go Vap, Tan Binh, Tan Phu and former District 9; aircon cleaning also Binh Tan and Hoc Mon are also accepted, with the time slot confirmed on booking.
