Price and promises
We are not a live-in maid agency; we offer deep cleaning (apartments 15,000 VND per m², villas 20,000 VND) and Up Home regular care by the hour (130,000 VND per hour, 3-hour minimum). We serve penthouses, villas and expat homes in An Khanh, Binh Trung, Phu My Hung, Thanh My Tay, the city centre and many other districts of Ho Chi Minh City.

UpClean is not a live-in maid agency and does not cook, babysit or provide elder care. For regular care we offer Up Home: 130,000 VND per specialist hour, 3-hour minimum, with a consistent team and a saved home profile. One specialist for 4 hours a week, for example, is 520,000 VND per visit.

No. Every booking uses our public price list — for example 15,000 VND per m² for an apartment deep clean and 130,000 VND per hour for Up Home. The same standards apply to every client.

Your specialists' names and photos are sent when the booking is confirmed, with a reminder the day before. Every specialist has been ID and background checked.
Sensitive materials are spot-tested first. We never touch the surface of paintings, sculptures or collectibles; frames and lamp bases are dusted only with your permission.
Yes. Leave keys with reception, building management or someone you trust; handover times are logged in your Up Report, and the walkthrough can be done by video call.
Advice, quotes, confirmations and Up Reports are always available in English. An English-speaking specialist on site can be arranged if you note it when booking, subject to availability.
