What's included in move-in & post-construction cleaning?
- Leftover packaging, tape, protective film and small debris cleared
- Fine cement and plaster dust vacuumed from ceilings, walls and floors
- Paint, silicone and cement spots removed from glass, tiles and fittings
- Windows, aluminium frames, sliding-door tracks and railings cleaned
- Kitchen cabinets and built-in wardrobes cleaned inside and out
- Bathrooms cleaned: sanitaryware, shower screens and tile grout
- Floors mopped in several passes until the white haze is gone; doors, switches and sockets wiped

Move-in & post-construction cleaning: your questions
How much does post-construction cleaning cost?+
Fixed prices start from 1,350,000 VND, based on floor area, home type and the actual level of dust and residue. We assess in person or from photos and video and confirm the price before booking; any change needs your written approval.
How is it different from a regular deep clean?+
Cement and plaster dust is extremely fine, settles in layers and smears if it's mopped too early. New builds also have paint, adhesive and cement on glass and fittings, which need specialist tools and more passes. If you're moving into a lived-in home with no building work, our deep cleaning rates apply instead.
Should we clean before or after the furniture arrives?+
Ideally after all building work is finished and before soft furnishings such as sofas, mattresses and curtains are delivered. If more work happens afterwards, the new dust will need cleaning again.
Do you remove construction waste?+
We bag up packaging, offcuts and small debris from the clean and take them to your building's collection point. Bulk rubble has to be removed under building management's rules; if we find more than expected, we'll tell you before going ahead.
Do you work in new projects such as Empire City and The Global City?+
Yes. We serve apartments, townhouses and villas across Thu Thiem and Binh Trung, including projects currently being handed over such as Empire City and The Global City. UpClean is independent: we work directly for you and follow each building's contractor rules.
I'm not in Vietnam yet. Can you do the clean without me?+
Yes. You can leave the key with building management or someone you trust. Every step is recorded with before-and-after photos in your Up Report, sent by WhatsApp or Zalo, and the final walkthrough can be done by video call.
