Industrial cleaning in Binh Thanh — Thanh My Tay, Gia Dinh, Binh Quoi

Binh Thanh's map was redrawn twice. From 1 January 2025 some small wards joined their neighbours, leaving fifteen; from 1 July 2025 Resolution 1685/NQ-UBTVQH15 grouped those into five new wards, the local unit that has replaced districts. Today's Binh Thanh ward is only a small part of the old district, so a street or building name in your address helps us place it. We work from 07:00 to 20:00, seven days a week.

Thanh My Tay — regular

The old Wards 19, 22 and 25: the high-rise cluster on Dien Bien Phu and Nguyen Huu Canh, with Vinhomes Central Park, Landmark 81, Saigon Pearl, Pearl Plaza and City Garden, home to many offices and podium shops.

Gia Dinh — by appointment

The old Wards 1, 2, 7 and 17, around Le Van Duyet Temple and Ba Chieu Market, ringed by long-established trading townhouses.

Binh Thanh ward — by appointment

The old Wards 12, 14 and 26, including Richmond City on Nguyen Xi.

Binh Loi Trung — by appointment

The old Wards 5, 11 and 13: mostly townhouses and old alleys, many combining a home with a shop or small office.

Binh Quoi — by appointment

The old Wards 27 and 28: the Thanh Da peninsula and the Binh Quoi tourist village area, with water on three sides; garden houses, villas and riverside eateries make up most business premises.

In Thanh My Tay the 461.3 m Landmark 81 rises among apartments, offices and a shopping centre, and premises are often glass-walled offices, podium shophouses or apartments used as representative offices. Around Ba Chieu Market, narrow multi-storey townhouses have traded from the ground floor for decades. In Binh Quoi, the Thanh Da peninsula keeps what Dan Tri in 2025 called the look of a "village in the city", with garden houses, villas and restaurants by the water.

A tower office needs a team that keeps to the building's hours and lift without disturbing the next floor. A market townhouse gathers road dust, cooking smoke and grease downstairs, with stock or living space above. A riverside garden house is damp all year, and its tiled yard and wall bases are prone to moss, above all in the May–November rains. So the survey here notes access rules, the water supply, where waste water may go and delicate materials, as well as floor area.

Glass-walled office in a tower

Carpets vacuumed; partitions, meeting-room doors, desks and chairs wiped; pantry and internal washrooms cleaned. The tower's outer glass belongs to building management and its work-at-height contractor, so we do the inside and positions within safe reach.

Podium shophouse

Shopfront glass, doors, entrance floor and display area first; tape and adhesive from old decorations removed without scratching the glass.

Trading townhouse near the market

Kitchen and preparation area degreased; ground floor machine-scrubbed with the dirty water lifted at once; roller shutters and steps cleaned. Upper floors follow their own checklist, stock covered and left in place.

Riverside villa or garden house

Moss scrubbed from yards, paths and wall bases where safe; large glass, frames and sliding tracks; balconies and eaves within reach. Plants are avoided, and dirty water is collected, never let into the river or canals.

Riverside restaurant

On a day off or before opening: kitchen, hood within reach, dining floor, furniture and washrooms. Gas and electric equipment is wiped outside only once you have switched it off.

Riverside tower management usually wants to know in advance who is coming, with which machines, at what hours and in which lift; some allow works only outside office hours, others want corridor floors covered. We ask at the survey and send each specialist's name and portrait photo early for access cards.

At narrow townhouses around Ba Chieu or in Binh Loi Trung's alleys, the team agrees where to stop, moves machines in quickly and keeps them off shared walkways. On Thanh Da, tell us where the outdoor tap and any weatherproof sockets are.

• Gate or lobby formalities after an on-time arrival are not counted as late.
• Rubbish and waste water go to the designated place, never into an alley, the street or a waterway.
• The building's electrical, fire-alarm and camera systems are not touched.

Responsibility

A fixed price, changed only with your written consent; more than 15 minutes late means 10% off that visit's invoice.

Record

Items are photographed and put back. The Up Report, before-and-after photos with the task list by WhatsApp or Zalo, doubles as a handover record.

Shortfalls and damage

Anything below standard is redone free if raised within 48 hours of the Up Report. Report damage within 24 hours with photos; where a specialist was at fault, UpClean takes responsibility under its policy.
