Diamond Island: towers, unit types and its ward
Diamond Island is on Street 104. Until 1 July 2025 it lay in Binh Trung Tay ward of the former District 2; Clause 76, Article 1 of Resolution 1685/NQ-UBTVQH15, under which wards replaced the city's districts, then moved all of Binh Trung Tay, with Binh Trung Dong and part of An Phu, into Binh Trung ward. As the old ward was not divided, every tower is in Binh Trung.
Binh Trung is a ward we serve regularly from our office in Sala. Bookings run from 07:00 to 20:00 every day, weekends included; give us the tower, unit number and unit type.

Lived in for years: how a clean here differs from a new handover
The towers have been occupied for years, so the work is rarely about cement dust. It is about what time leaves behind: limescale on shower glass, darkened grout, kitchen grease, dust on tall wardrobes and behind furniture set against the walls.
Homes are also fully furnished. Before the machines start, sofas, cabinets, screens and ornaments are covered and each room is photographed so that everything returns to its place; you need only put away papers, jewellery and valuables. With water on three sides the air is always moist, above all in the rainy season from May to November, and units kept shut collect damp in timber wardrobes and upholstery. Typical occasions for a clean here are the end of a lease, a return after months away, guests or Tết on the way, and recent repairs.
Duplex, dual-key, sky villa, pool villa: what the clean covers
The checklist follows the survey, room by room and floor by floor, noting materials and anything you prefer not to have moved.
- Three and four bedrooms
- The work concentrates on bathrooms and wardrobes: limescale off screens, showers and grout; inside wardrobes, tall cabinet tops, balcony tracks. Usually done in a day.
- Duplex
- Upper floor first, then the internal stairs and handrail, lower floor last.
- Dual-key
- Two spaces with separate entrances, each with its own checklist and Up Report, our before-and-after photo record, on the same day or on different days.
- Sky villa
- More glass and furniture than a standard flat; glass is cleaned inside and where safely reachable.
- Garden and pool villas
- The house follows the villa checklist, the pool is a separate item, and we do not operate the filtration or touch the pool's equipment.
- Floors
- Stone and tile machine-scrubbed with a suitable pad; timber cleaned with little water, never wet-scrubbed.
How the price is set on Diamond Island
No single rate fits every unit. Listed per-m² prices exist only for the component home services, repeated below; your figure is the all-inclusive price in the written quote, prepared after a free survey in the unit or from photos and video. A four-bedroom flat just back from a tenancy is a different job from one cleaned thoroughly not long ago, and a two-level unit is measured on the usable floor of both levels.
- The price follows area and bathrooms, limescale, grease and damp odour, the glass, the share of timber and stone, and how long the unit has stood empty. Wardrobe odour treatment and aircon, mattress, curtain or sofa cleaning join at their own prices.
- Nothing is added without your written agreement. You pay after checking the result with the team, by bank transfer or cash; landlords can have VAT invoices from Uptech Technology Solution Company Limited, tax code 0316973414.

Water on three sides: leaving floors, cupboards and fabrics dry
Where the air is always moist, every drop used must come out again. The commercial vacuum lifts the scrubbing water straight away, floors are dried, and bathrooms, the kitchen and windowless rooms are aired while the team works. Places the air does not reach get a closer look: inside cupboards, skirting behind wooden furniture, shower-screen gaps, aircon drain pipes.
Surface mould on tile, glass, grout and woodwork is within scope. Mould that has spread into paint or plaster through seepage needs a repair at the source; signs of a leak are noted in the Up Report for a technical contractor, as we do not repair the building itself.
- If the flat will stay shut after the clean, run the aircon in dry mode for a few hours.
- Open wardrobes once a month and move long-stored items.
- Check aircon drain pipes and bathroom floor drains regularly.
- Have curtains, mattresses and fabric sofas cleaned before and after the rains.

Registration, rentals and owners abroad: from booking to sign-off
An industrial clean brings more people and equipment than an ordinary visit, so in a gated complex it usually has to be registered with management, and machines go up in the service lift. Diamond Island's rules are set by its management and we do not restate them; the team follows what you or management tell us. UpClean is independent of the developer and the management.
At a change of tenant we suggest this order: aircon, washing machine, bathrooms and kitchen; then mattresses, curtains and sofa; floors, glass and a final check last.
- Call or message 0968 726 135 on WhatsApp or Zalo with the tower, unit type, area, condition and deadline. An Up specialist, one of our identity-verified staff, surveys free of charge in the unit or by video; pool villas and large units should be seen in person.
- The written quote lets you choose one full day, or several sessions if the family stays in. Names and photos are sent for registration, and dirty water is emptied where permitted, never on a balcony or in a corridor.
- If you are away, the key goes to family, your agent or wherever management directs, and you check the result by video call. The Up Report doubles as the handover record between tenants.
- Commitments
- A shortfall reported within 48 hours of the Up Report is redone free. More than 15 minutes late means 10% off that visit; lobby formalities after an on-time arrival do not count.
