Four communes since July 2025, and how bookings work
Resolution 1685/NQ-UBTVQH15, in force since 1 July 2025, created four communes (xã) from the former Hoc Mon district in Article 1: Dong Thanh (clause 130), Hoc Mon (clause 131), Xuan Thoi Son (clause 132) and Ba Diem (clause 133). Each merged three earlier units whole, so eleven communes and one town became four.
We take industrial-grade cleaning jobs in all four, 07:00 to 20:00 seven days a week. Hoc Mon is outside our regular service areas, so call or message first; the slot is confirmed when you book. Old names such as Hoc Mon town or Tan Xuan commune are fine on the address.

Garden home, townhouse or small workshop: choosing the right service
Multi-storey townhouses, garden homes with a yard and small workshops are common here on the city's outskirts. Four services are often confused; choosing the right one first keeps the quote close to the real site. At the survey your Up specialist, one of UpClean's trained staff, recommends one and adds nothing you do not need.

Machines, materials and the order of work
The team works from the top down and from the inside out, and the team lead inspects each area as soon as it is done rather than at the end. Equipment is matched to your surfaces and listed in the quote.
- Floor scrubber
- Tile, stone and workshop floors, with the pad changed for each material. Timber floors are never wet-scrubbed; they are cleaned with very little water.
- Commercial vacuum
- Lifts dry dust and the dirty water left by scrubbing, so floors dry fast and water stays out of the next room.
- Window tools
- Glass doors, partitions and large panes within safe reach.
- Ladders
- Ceilings, lights, fans and high glass within safe reach; positions that need work-at-height equipment are a separate item in the quote.
- Protection and solutions
- Shoe covers, and covers for sofas, cabinets, screens and ornaments; solutions grouped for stone, timber, tile, glass and stainless steel.
What it costs in Hoc Mon: reference rates and a worked estimate
No single rate fits every site, so the table gathers the listed prices of the component services. They are a reference only; your price is the all-inclusive figure in the written quote.
To estimate, multiply the floor area by the rate of the service closest to your site. A townhouse just renovated, with an assumed 150 m² of total floor, works out at 150 m² × 25,500 VND = 3,825,000 VND at the post-construction rate. Dust, glass, materials and timing change the real workload, so the surveyed price may differ.
- Scale: floor area, storeys, rooms, stairs, balconies and yard.
- Condition: dust, limescale, grease, paint and adhesive, and how long the house has stood empty.
- Materials: the share of natural stone, timber, glass and stainless steel.
- Schedule: one session or several. Payment follows the walk-through; a large job may need a deposit, stated in the quote.

Cleaning products chosen for stone, timber, children and pets
Too strong a product can dull marble or mark stainless steel; too weak a one means repeated scrubbing and risks scratches. The Up Standard, our working procedure, sets the same rules everywhere. Mention young children, older or sensitive relatives and pets at the survey, so that the order of work and ventilation can be planned.
- Nothing acidic on marble, terrazzo or calcium-based surfaces; nothing corrosive on stainless steel, aluminium or paint.
- Unknown materials and stubborn marks are tested first in a hidden spot; products are diluted as the maker directs and never mixed.
- Bathrooms, kitchens and windowless rooms are ventilated; food-contact surfaces and places children touch are wiped again with clean water.
- Children and pets should stay in another room, away from wet floors and running machines. At the end, products and tools are collected and dirty water emptied at a proper point.
Far from our office: survey first, then one round of work
Our office at 72 Nguyen Co Thach, Sala, An Khanh ward, is a long way from Hoc Mon, so the survey always comes first: by photo or video for homes and small premises, in person for workshops, large sites and difficult conditions. Give us the full list at the start, aircon, water tank or sofa included, and the team brings every machine and finishes in one round. Offices and business premises can be done at weekends or outside business hours, within 07:00–20:00.
At sign-off you, or someone you name, check each area with the team lead against the agreed list: dust on cabinet tops and tracks, streaks on glass, standing water, grout, grease and limescale. Anything short is fixed on the spot, or redone free if reported within 48 hours of the Up Report, our before-and-after photo record of each area.
- Show us the sockets and water points; the machines need steady power.
- Put away papers, valuables and fragile items, say what must not be moved and, if you will be away, who holds the key and signs off.
- We send the team's names and photos beforehand. More than 15 minutes late means 10% off that visit; moving or cancelling is free with 24 hours' notice, and 30% after that.
