Six wards, one booking line: industrial cleaning across Go Vap
Go Vap's boundaries were redrawn twice in 2025: early in the year several wards merged, and from 1 July, under Resolution 1685/NQ-UBTVQH15, the remaining 12 were paired into six and the district level ended. Leases, business licences and title deeds may still show the old ward numbers; any form of address is fine.
We take industrial cleaning in all six wards, 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM daily. Go Vap is outside our regular service area, so call or message first; the date and number of sessions are agreed when you book.
- Hanh Thong ward
- Former Wards 1 and 3 combined, with Gia Dinh Park and, on Nguyen Oanh, CityLand Center Hills.
- An Nhon ward
- Wards 5 and 6: CityLand Garden Hills and many trading townhouses along Phan Van Tri.
- Go Vap ward
- Wards 10 and 17, taking in the CityLand Park Hills urban area at 18 Phan Van Tri.
- An Hoi Dong ward
- Wards 15 and 16; to the north it borders the former District 12.
- Thong Tay Hoi ward
- Wards 8 and 11, around the Quang Trung and Thong Nhat corridors.
- An Hoi Tay ward
- Wards 12 and 14; according to Cong an TP.HCM, the old Go Vap flower village once covered the former Ward 12 and its neighbours.
Shopfront houses, renovations, new tenants: when Go Vap calls for a team clean
Go Vap had more than 676,000 residents at the 2019 census, as reported by Thanh Nien, and its typical building reflects that density: a narrow tube house of three or four storeys, built wall to wall, with a shop on the ground floor and rooms to live in or let above. Each time one is raised, re-floored or refitted, mortar and paint dust settles on every floor, not only where the builders worked.
Along Phan Van Tri, Quang Trung, Nguyen Oanh and Nguyen Van Luong, a shop unit may change tenant with each lease, and every handover calls for a complete clean: adhesive on the tiles, shop glass dulled by road dust, residue in the washroom and back kitchen. CityLand townhouses are built to one plan, with several storeys, wide stairs and bigger glass fronts than alley houses; they tend to need us at handover, after a fit-out or before being let as an office, clinic or classroom.

How each kind of Go Vap premises is cleaned
The team lead first walks round with you, photographing the contents and noting what must be covered or left alone. Work runs from the top floor down and from ceiling to floor, dry dust first, then wet cleaning:
- Tube house of three or four storeys
- Compact machines are carried up the narrow stairs, and each floor is finished before the team moves down, so no dust falls on clean areas.
- Ground-floor shop
- Shop glass, roller shutter, entrance floor and signage within safe reach come first; decal and tape adhesive is lifted with tools chosen to avoid scratching the glass.
- CityLand townhouse
- Large floors, wide stairs and balconies, sometimes over several sessions. Tiles are machine-scrubbed; timber is only damp-wiped so water stays out of the joints.
- Office, clinic or small classroom
- On a closing day or outside customer hours, within 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM. Drawers and files stay shut, and restricted areas are agreed in writing.
- Block of rented rooms
- One checklist for every room, washrooms and windows descaled; the Up Report, our before-and-after photo record, lists each room for the landlord's handover file.
What industrial cleaning in Go Vap costs, and how the quote is built
There is no single rate: a 40 m² unit just handed back and a four-storey townhouse just renovated are different workloads. An Up specialist, one of UpClean's identity-verified staff, surveys free of charge in person or by video call; the written all-inclusive quote then lists the items, specialists, equipment and time, and does not change without your written agreement.
- Payment follows the walk-through, by bank transfer or cash; a large job may need a deposit, stated in the quote. VAT invoices are issued on request by Uptech Technology Solution Company Limited, tax code 0316973414.
| What affects the price | Why |
|---|---|
| Storeys and floor area | A tube house has small floors but a large total, plus stairs, roof terrace and balconies. |
| How dirty it is | Mortar, paint and adhesive after building work; grease in an old eatery kitchen; tiles stained while a unit stood empty. |
| Glass and shopfront | Exterior glass is cleaned only where safely reachable; anything needing work-at-height equipment is listed separately and done only if you approve. |
| Materials and timing | Tile, stone, timber, stainless steel and aluminium-framed glass need different pads and solutions; work outside trading hours or over several sessions is planned in. |
| Add-ons | Aircon, sofa, curtain or mattress cleaning can share the booking, each at its own listed price. |
Narrow alleys, shared walls and managed estates: how we prepare
Scrubbers and vacuums are noisy, and dirty water tipped into an alley annoys the whole lane. The team vacuums the water up with the machine, never empties it into the alley, and keeps the noisiest work to sensible hours. Estates and apartment buildings with guards or management often register contractors first; we send the specialists' names and photos, and formalities after an on-time arrival do not count as lateness.
- Tell us where the vehicle can stop; if it cannot enter the alley, the machines are carried in.
- Stock and display shelves are covered or moved as you direct, after being photographed.
- Waste goes to the collection point the area or building uses. Sockets are checked before machines are plugged in, and specialists do not interfere with the home's wiring.
Our commitments on every job
- Team lead
- One person answers for the whole job and checks each floor before the team moves on; everything goes back where it was photographed.
- Free redo
- Any item below standard is redone free if you tell us within 48 hours of receiving the Up Report.
- Punctuality
- More than 15 minutes late for the confirmed time means 10% off that visit.
- Damage
- Report it within 24 hours with photos; we compare them with the before photos and take responsibility under our policy where a specialist was at fault.

- This service is for homes and mid-sized business premises; factories and warehouses follow a separate process after an on-site survey.
