The Global City: the parts we cover, and its ward today
The Global City is a 117.4-hectare township on Do Xuan Hop, developed by Masterise Homes. Its address read An Phu ward, Thu Duc City until 1 July 2025, when Resolution 1685/NQ-UBTVQH15 replaced the city's districts with wards and divided the old An Phu between Binh Trung and An Khanh. Thanh Nien (August 2025) and VnEconomy place the township in Binh Trung; either address is accepted.
Binh Trung is a ward we serve regularly, from our office at 72 Nguyen Co Thach in Sala, between 07:00 and 20:00 every day. A house on several floors may be split over two consecutive sessions, as the quote will state.
- SOHO townhouses
- 915 units, handed over from January 2024 (VnExpress, November 2024). The ground floor may trade as a shop, office or showroom below the home: two uses, two checklists.
- Masteri Grand View
- Two 25-storey towers with about 616 apartments of one to four bedrooms, launched in November 2024 (VnExpress).
- Elsewhere in District 2
- Thu Thiem, Sala and the rest of the former district are on our District 2 page.

A township still under construction: dealing with site dust
The SOHO rows are lived in, while other high-rise and commercial plots are still building sites. Wind carries their dust across; it settles on glass, aluminium frames, railings and roof terraces faster than in a finished neighbourhood, then gathers in sliding-door tracks, insect screens and around aircon outdoor units.
With dust this fine, the order of work decides the result: a commercial vacuum lifts it dry before anything is wiped or scrubbed, because cement dust that meets water first leaves a grey haze on glass and floors. Book once indoor drilling and cutting is finished, and keep glass doors shut while work goes on outside.
Typical bookings here are a townhouse just handed over, a house the fitters have just left, a ground floor about to open or be let, a new apartment at handover, and a settled home due a seasonal clean of glass and roof terrace.

Floor by floor in a SOHO townhouse
Work runs from the roof terrace downwards so that dust never falls on finished floors. The checklist is written for each house after the survey, and you may book the whole house or selected floors.
- Roof terrace and balconies
- Floors, railings, drainage channels and outlets; light moss, rainwater marks and site dust scrubbed, vacuumed and dried.
- Living floors
- Ceilings, lights, built-in wardrobes, kitchen and bathrooms; protective tape, mortar at the skirting and dust inside cabinets treated by material.
- Staircase
- Steps, handrails, glass balustrades and skirting gaps, done last because the stairs are the route for the machines.
- Ground-floor business
- Entrance floor, the inner face of the shopfront glass, counters, shelving and the customer washroom.
- Glass and frames
- Inside, and outside where a balcony or the roof terrace gives safe reach. We do not work from suspended ropes or a gondola; glass beyond safe reach is noted at the survey for you to arrange separately.
- New apartments
- Wood and plaster dust, door tracks, inside cabinets. Visible finishing defects are photographed as notes only; they do not replace a technical inspection with the developer.
How industrial cleaning is priced at The Global City
There is no single rate. For homes, the component services have listed prices per m², set out below; a townhouse is measured by the usable floor of all storeys, staircase, balconies and roof terrace included. Your price is the all-inclusive figure in the written quote.
Business floors, showrooms and offices are quoted after a free survey, on site or from photos and video, since equal floor areas can hide very different glass, flooring and permitted hours.
- Price factors: floor area and storeys, leftover dust, paint and adhesive, the area and reach of the glass, the type of floor and the permitted hours; add-on services are charged at their own prices.
- The quoted price is fixed; any added item is agreed in writing first. Payment follows sign-off, by bank transfer or cash, with a deposit on a large job if the quote says so.
- Ground-floor tenants can have VAT invoices from Uptech Technology Solution Company Limited, tax code 0316973414.

Shop below, home above: timing around opening day
One clean here often serves two ends: the shop needs a clean front and dry floors before customers come, and the family needs dust-free upper floors before moving in. Both checklists go into one quote. For new premises, the right moment is after the contractor's last item and before the stock arrives; shelving is wiped again before goods go out, and that visit's Up Report, our before-and-after photo record, lets you compare the handover condition with your fit-out contractor.
- Sessions can start at 07:00 so that the ground floor is ready before opening; anything that needs drying time goes on a closed or quiet day.
- Display goods move only with your agreement and go back to their photographed places.
- Owner or tenant may book; premises needing regular care can move to a written recurring contract.
Access to the township, booking steps and our commitments
A township with its own security and management usually sets conditions for service teams, such as names in advance and fixed hours for equipment vehicles; towers add lobby formalities and a goods lift. We do not guess at The Global City's rules; the team follows what you or management tell us when booking. UpClean is independent of Masterise Homes and the township management.
- Call or message 0968 726 135 on WhatsApp or Zalo with the property type, storeys, floor area, how the ground floor is used and your deadline.
- After a free survey at the house or by video, a written quote follows, floor by floor, with the team, equipment, duration and the glass in scope.
- Each specialist's name and photo is sent before the day. Machines stay inside your house, off the shared walkway, and rubbish goes to the township's collection point.
- The team lead photographs the house as found and checks each floor as it is finished; you sign off floor by floor and receive the Up Report before paying.
- Timekeeping
- More than 15 minutes late means 10% off that session; waiting at the gate after arriving on time does not count.
- Redo and changes
- Anything below standard reported within 48 hours of the Up Report is redone free. Moving or cancelling is free with 24 hours' notice; a cancellation within 24 hours carries a 30% fee.
- Book a survey
- Online, or by message between 07:00 and 20:00.
