Industrial-grade cleaning in District 7 — Phu My Hung, Tan My, Tan Hung

On 1 July 2025, under Resolution 1685/NQ-UBTVQH15, District 7 became four wards, the local units that replaced the city's districts: Tan Thuan, Phu Thuan, Tan My and Tan Hung. Phu My Hung, a 433-hectare urban area planned for about 100,000 residents by the architects SOM, now lies in Tan My and Tan Hung.

Those two wards are served regularly, for offices and showrooms as well as homes. In Tan Thuan and Phu Thuan we take bookings once a time slot for the team and the equipment has been confirmed.

Tan My ward — regular

The old Tan Phu ward and the rest of Phu My: Midtown, Riviera Point, the Crescent Lake area, Crescent Mall, the SECC exhibition centre and FV Hospital.

Tan Hung ward — regular

The old Tan Phong, Tan Quy, Tan Kieng and Tan Hung wards: Sunrise City, Him Lam beside the Kenh Te canal, SC VivoCity, RMIT University and Lotte Mart.

Tan Thuan ward — by arrangement

Phu My Hung was planned as a complete town, with homes among offices, shopping centres, schools and hospitals. Along Nguyen Van Linh, Nguyen Luong Bang and Ton Dat Tien many ground floors are showrooms, shops and customer-facing offices, where the lobby floor, the shopfront glass and the reception area are a visitor's first impression.

Such premises wear differently from a home. Foot traffic carries grit onto stone floors; shopfront glass collects road dust and, in the rainy season from May to November, water marks. The build-up goes unnoticed until the main walkway looks dull or the glass turns hazy in the afternoon sun. Daily cleaning keeps a place tidy, but now and then the surfaces need a deep clean by machine. The signs:

• Stone in the lobby or entrance looks dull and the grout has darkened, although it is mopped every day.
• Shopfront glass or meeting-room partitions still show streaks after cleaning by hand.
• Limescale and old grease in the pantry and washrooms; reception carpet or fabric chairs that smell or have lost colour.
• A delegation, a product launch or a meeting with partners coming up.

Scrubber, pads and solutions are matched to the material, whether stone, timber, tile, glass or stainless steel, and the sequence is set to disturb your operations as little as possible. Phu My Hung also has many foreign residents; for a villa or apartment that is let, the gap between two leases is the moment for a complete clean.

Offices

Work areas, meeting rooms, reception, pantry and washrooms; glass partitions within safe reach. Specialists do not move documents, open drawers or operate electronic equipment.

Showrooms and shops

The display floor, glass cabinets, shelves, counters and decorative lighting are cleaned as you direct. Products are photographed in position, covered, and moved only if you agree.

Villas and townhouses

Several storeys, staircases, large panes of glass and balconies; the time is stated in the quote, and a large villa may be split into sessions. Ceilings, lights, fans and air vents are cleaned where safely reachable.

High-rise apartments

At Sunrise City, Riviera Point, Midtown and nearby: before moving in, after a tenant leaves, or after standing empty for a long time. Usually finished within the day.

Townhouses used as shop and home

Both parts go into one plan, with the customer area finished before opening time or on a closing day.

For an office or a showroom, one big clean is only the start. To keep premises ready for visitors, we suggest maintenance work at an agreed frequency plus a deep industrial-grade clean each quarter or season. Carpet, chair and aircon cleaning can join the same contract, schedule and report.

No long contract is required at the outset: a company can begin with a single job to judge the standard, then move to a regular schedule.

Scope and frequency

A task list divided into weekly, monthly and seasonal work, tied to the real opening hours of the office or shop.

The same team

One team, which knows the layout and the building's access rules and is introduced to you beforehand.

Hours

Early morning, end of day or weekend, between 07:00 and 20:00, clear of the hours when you receive customers.

Scope, cost and payment periods are in the contract; VAT invoices for each period come from Uptech Technology Solution Company Limited, tax code 0316973414.

Reporting

An Up Report after every visit; at month end, a summary of work done, the state of floors and glass, and proposals for the next period.

Every site in Phu My Hung has its own area, materials and rhythm, so UpClean publishes no single rate. After a free survey, on site or by video, you receive an all-inclusive written quote stating the scope, the number of specialists, the equipment and the time, monthly for a recurring contract. The price changes only with your written agreement.

• A single job is paid after the walk-through, by bank transfer or cash, with a deposit on a large job if the quote says so; a contract is paid by the agreed period.

One-off or recurring

A single clean is quoted per site; a contract by the month, on the agreed frequency and scope.

Area and layout

Total area, storeys, meeting rooms, display areas, pantry, washrooms and entrances.

Surfaces

Stone, timber or tiled floors; glass partitions and cabinets; stainless steel at counters. Each needs its own tools and solutions.

Condition

Time since the last deep clean, marks on main walkways, limescale and grease in the pantry and washrooms.

Hours

Outside business hours, over several sessions, or within the hours that building management allows.

Specialist items

Carpet, chair and aircon cleaning or stone floor polishing can share the schedule, at their own listed prices or under the contract.

Office and apartment buildings both have house rules for outside companies: usually a registered list of staff, identity papers at the lobby, the service lift for machines and work only within permitted hours. Some apartment buildings restrict construction-type work on Saturdays and Sundays, worth knowing if you want the job done at a weekend.

We ask about the rules at the survey and prepare the specialists' details for you or your administration team. Under a recurring contract the fixed team usually registers once, with an update when it changes.

• Names and photos are sent before every appointment; specialists wear uniform and a name badge, and put on shoe covers before entering.
• Dirty water from the scrubber is vacuumed up and never allowed to run into corridors or shared lobbies.
• Restricted areas, such as archive rooms and private offices, are agreed in the contract or the quote.

For a business the cleaning bill is only part of it. Knowing who enters the premises, what they do and how it turns out is worth more.

Punctuality

More than 15 minutes late for a confirmed time means 10% off that visit's invoice; lobby formalities after an on-time arrival do not count.

• Small office: an industrial-grade clean each quarter, with maintenance work at the agreed frequency.
• Busy showroom or shop: floors and glass deep-cleaned each month or season, and again before a product launch or the year-end shopping season.
• Villa or townhouse: before Tết, before relatives arrive from far away, after a long absence, or after repairs and repainting.
• Rental apartment or villa: as soon as the tenant has left, in time for the next one.
• In between: a mat at the entrance, water marks wiped from shopfront glass soon after rain, and stone floors vacuumed, not swept, so that grit does not scratch them.

Enquiries, quotes, booking confirmations and the Up Report can be in English, for offices with foreign managers and Phu My Hung's international residents. For an English-speaking specialist on site, note it when booking; if we cannot arrange one, we say so in advance and support you by phone or message.

If you are away

A home can be cleaned without you: leave the key with building management, reception or family. Only the assigned specialist handles it, the times are recorded and keys are never copied.
