Where Thao Dien sits now, and what we clean there
Thao Dien is no longer the name of a ward. Districts ceased to operate on 1 July 2025 under Resolution 1685/NQ-UBTVQH15, wards became the local unit written in addresses, and the old Thao Dien ward went whole into the new An Khanh ward. Papers issued earlier stay valid, so give either address. UpClean's office is in the same ward, at 72 Nguyen Co Thach in Sala; bookings run from 07:00 to 20:00, seven days a week.

A villa with a garden and a pool: what the clean covers
Garden trees send leaves, pollen and fine soil onto porches and stone paths, and the rainy season, May to November, brings damp and spots of mould.
An Up specialist, one of UpClean's trained and identity-verified staff, surveys first, in person or from photos and video, and writes a checklist for each floor and outdoor area. A large house may take two sessions: wet and dusty jobs first, then floors and glass.
- Stone and timber floors
- Stone and tile are scrubbed by machine with a pad picked for the material, the dirty water vacuumed straight away; nothing acidic goes on marble. Timber is cleaned with very little water, never wet-scrubbed.
- Glass, skylights, chandeliers
- Outside glass, skylights and roof glazing are cleaned only where a specialist can stand safely; chandeliers are dusted within reach, not taken apart.
- Porch, terrace, garden paths
- Swept and mopped, outdoor furniture wiped, leaves collected, drainage channels cleared. Pruning and landscape care are a separate service.
- Pool
- Debris skimmed, walls and floor brushed, sediment vacuumed, pH and chlorine measured and the water balanced at a basic level. Pumps, filters and pool electrics are not repaired.
Homes let to international tenants: the clean between two tenancies
Most Thao Dien homes let to international tenants come furnished, and the owner is not always in the city. The gap between two leases suits a complete clean: the home is empty and machines can enter every room. Book for the day the keys come back, so that floors dry before the next tenant arrives; the Up Report's photos record the home at handover.
- If you are away
- Leave the key with building management, compound security or family. Only the assigned specialist handles it, the times are recorded and keys are never copied. The walk-through, our check of the result with you, can be a video call.
- In English
- Enquiries, quotes, booking confirmations and the Up Report can all be in English, for tenants, property managers and foreign-managed businesses. For a specialist who speaks English on site, note it when booking; if we cannot arrange one, we say so in advance and support you by phone or message.
Apartments, tower by tower
Most apartments take a single day. UpClean is independent of the developers and management offices named here; the notes rest on what they and the press have published.
- Masteri Thao Dien: five blocks, T1 to T5, a good share let; kitchen, bathrooms, washing-machine loggia and balcony door tracks come first.
- Gateway Thao Dien and The Ascent: windows 2.4–2.7 m high at Gateway, glass over 3 m at The Ascent, cleaned within safe reach of a proper ladder.
- The Nassim: marble floors, wiped with a neutral solution only.
- Thao Dien Pearl: many units lived in for over ten years; grout is brightened and bathroom mineral deposits treated.
What it costs in Thao Dien: reference prices by item
No single figure fits every job. Only the component services for homes have listed prices, gathered below for budgeting; your price is the all-inclusive figure in the written quote that follows a free survey.
Illustration, on an assumed size: a villa with 300 m² of total floor is 300 m² × 20,000 VND = 6,000,000 VND for the deep clean; add one clean of a pool with up to 40 m² of water surface and the total is 7,500,000 VND.
- The price follows floor area and storeys, the dust, paint and adhesive to remove, the proportion of stone, timber and glass, and the hours allowed; garden and roof terrace are quoted as their own item.
- Our teams do not work from ropes; glass beyond safe reach is pointed out when we quote. Pool water chemicals are charged by the amount used, and you are told first.
- The quoted figure is final unless you approve an addition in writing. You pay after the walk-through, by bank transfer or cash; on a large job the quote may ask for a deposit. VAT invoices are issued on request by Uptech Technology Solution Company Limited, tax code 0316973414.

Showrooms, cafés and small offices: cleaned around opening hours
UpClean also takes mid-sized business premises in Thao Dien and small offices in converted villas or townhouses. Hours are agreed first: the part customers see is done before you open, or the whole job goes onto a closing day. Factories and warehouses follow a separate process, and we do not handle hazardous chemicals.
- Showroom
- Shopfront glass within safe reach, stone floors, cabinets and shelving. Display items are moved only if you agree, and go back to the position photographed.
- Café or restaurant
- Kitchen deep clean, the extraction hood where safely reachable, dining area, upholstered seats and washrooms, per job or by monthly contract.
- Small office
- Meeting rooms, desks, pantry, glass partitions and washrooms. Papers stay put, drawers stay shut and restricted areas are agreed beforehand.
From first message to payment: access, steps and commitments
An industrial-grade clean brings several people, a floor scrubber, commercial vacuums and ladders. In a compound the team follows the gate guards; in a tower, outside staff usually register in advance, so we send each specialist's name and photo ahead.
- Message or call 0968 726 135 on WhatsApp or Zalo with the address, type of property, storeys, approximate area, photos and your deadline.
- After the free survey, on site or by video, a written quote lists the items, the specialists, the equipment and the expected duration.
- On the day the team photographs the property as found and cleans to the Up Standard, the standard our specialists are trained to; dirty water stays in the vacuum's tank, never in the garden or pool.
- The team lead checks each area with you, the Up Report follows, and then you pay. Moving or cancelling is free with 24 hours' notice; later, the fee is 30%.
- Punctuality
- More than 15 minutes late for the confirmed time, and that visit's invoice is reduced by 10%.
- Redo and damage
- If an item is not up to standard, reply to the Up Report within 48 hours and it is redone free. Report damage within 24 hours with photos; UpClean takes responsibility under its policy where a specialist was at fault.
