Industrial cleaning in Binh Tan — Tan Tao, An Lac, Binh Hung Hoa

Resolution 1685/NQ-UBTVQH15 folded the old district's ten wards into five on 1 July 2025, with wards replacing districts in addresses. The redraw was unusually complex: old Tan Tao was split three ways and Tan Tao A two ways. What remained of Tan Tao went to Tan Vinh Loc commune, and of Tan Tao A to Tan Nhut commune.

So a warehouse near Tan Tao may now have a commune address; send the street or park name and we match it. Any address in the former district is accepted, 07:00–20:00, with the day and time agreed at booking.

Tan Tao

Thanh Nien's report on the 2019 census put Binh Tan above 784,000 residents, the highest of any district in the city. Many also work here: in the Tan Tao and Vinh Loc parks, and in the warehouses, truck yards and freight offices along National Route 1, Kinh Duong Vuong and Vo Van Kiet, the roads west to the Mekong Delta.

A logistics firm's office often sits beside its warehouse or truck yard, so road and cargo dust follows people and vehicles indoors. Street-front townhouses double as materials shops or distributors, stock below and living or office space above; workers' rental rows change hands with the seasons. Premises change use too: an old warehouse becomes a shop, a workshop moves into a park and hands back its townhouse. Each handover needs a team with machines, not a quick sweep.

After the survey the team lead lists, area by area, what is cleaned or left alone, which goods are covered and which machines switched off. Dry dust is vacuumed before any wet scrubbing, so soil does not turn to mud in the grout.

Newly handed-over apartment

Glass, aluminium frames, door tracks, kitchen cabinets and bathroom fittings, with registration at the management office first. Heavy construction dust calls for post-construction cleaning instead.

Factories and park warehouses

Sites inside Tan Tao or Vinh Loc follow our separate factory process after an on-site survey.

Floor area misleads here: an emptied warehouse can be quicker than a cramped office, and ten rental rooms mean ten toilets and ten windows. So there is no unit rate. After a free survey, on site or by video, you get an all-inclusive written quote listing areas, team, equipment, duration and sessions; anything extra needs your written agreement.

• Payment follows the walk-through, by transfer or cash; a large job may need a deposit, stated in the quote. VAT invoices come from Uptech Technology Solution Company Limited, tax code 0316973414.

Park gates and guarded warehouse compounds usually need the vehicle and each team member declared beforehand; towers on Vo Van Kiet set rules on goods lifts and working hours. We check at the survey and send the team list with photos. In the crowded alleys of Binh Tri Dong and Binh Hung Hoa we agree a stopping point and carry machines in by the shortest route; scrubber water is extracted and removed, and rubbish goes to the local collection point.

• Waiting at a gate after an on-time arrival is not counted as lateness.
• You show us the power and water points; we never operate a warehouse's electrical panel, forklifts, pallet trucks or production machinery.
• Goods are photographed before being moved and returned to the same spot.

• Office beside a yard: a deep clean each quarter, with extra care for entrance floors and toilets.
• Small warehouse or materials shop: at the year-end stocktake and before handing back.
• Rental rows: each room as its tenant leaves; the Up Report gives a clear basis for returning the deposit.
• Rainy season, May to November: check ground floors, wall bases and warehouse metal roofs after heavy rain.
