District 10's three wards, and how bookings work here
District 10 changed shape twice in 2025. On 1 January Ward 8 absorbed Ward 5, Ward 6 absorbed Ward 7 and Ward 10 absorbed Ward 11; on 1 July, Resolution 1685/NQ-UBTVQH15 left it with three wards, the units that took over from districts. Over 364,000 people (end-2024 figure) share about 5.72 km², houses stand wall to wall and many ground floors are shops or clinics, so a thorough clean usually has to fit around opening hours.
Teams work every day, weekends included, from 07:00 to 20:00; start time and sessions are agreed once we know the building's rules and where to stop.
- Dien Hong ward
- Close to 1.9 km², from Wards 6 and 8 and part of Ward 14, around Thong Nhat Stadium on Dao Duy Tu.
- Vuon Lai ward
- Roughly 1.3 km² for over 76,000 residents, from Wards 1, 2, 4, 9 and 10, including the Ngo Gia Tu apartment estate of 1968.
- Hoa Hung ward
- The largest, around 2.6 km²: Wards 12, 13, 15 and the rest of Ward 14, with Ha Do Centrosa Garden's 115 townhouses and eight 30-storey towers on 3 Thang 2 Street.
Clinics, street-front shops and pre-1975 blocks: how premises here get dirty
The former District 10 has two large hospitals, Children's Hospital 1 and People's Hospital 115, three universities including Bach Khoa on Ly Thuong Kiet, and a “health street” about 2.8 km long. Clinics, pharmacies, shops and rented rooms around them see people all day. End-of-shift cleaning keeps visible surfaces tidy; grime in waiting-room grout, at the foot of counters, in glass-door tracks and on aircon vents needs a separate clean with machines.
Street-front townhouses are often home and shop at once: shopfront glass, roller shutter and entrance floor take the road dust, and there is little room to stop outside. Saigon Giai Phong counted 23 apartment blocks and 2 housing estates from before 1975 in 2022, about 3,378 homes; Ngo Gia Tu, for one, has about four storeys and no lift. These flats have been renovated many times, and every round of chiselling, tiling and painting coats a small home in mortar dust.

What the team does in each type of premises
The survey sets what is cleaned and what stays untouched; the team lead follows the room-by-room list in the quote.
- Clinic or pharmacy
- Waiting-room and corridor floors machine-scrubbed, water vacuumed up at once; glass, doors, handles, waiting chairs, toilets, ceilings and vents where safely reachable. Non-clinical areas only: cabinets, records and equipment are covered, never opened or moved.
- Shop in a street-front townhouse
- Shopfront glass, shutter, shop floor and entrance first, ready for opening, then the upper floors from the roof terrace down. Machines stay off the pavement.
- Older flat after renovation
- Mortar dust vacuumed from floors, sills and mezzanine; frames and built-in cupboards wiped; tiles and bathroom scrubbed; leftover paint and adhesive treated.
- Ha Do Centrosa apartment or townhouse
- Before moving in, between tenants or after new furniture: ceilings, lights, glass, loggia tracks, kitchen and bathrooms, then floors.
- House let as rooms
- One checklist per room, with a separate Up Report for each room for the landlord's handover file.
- Office
- Work areas, meeting rooms, glass partitions and pantry; papers stay put and drawers stay closed.
- Factory or warehouse
- Taken on only after an on-site survey, under a separate process; we do not handle hazardous chemicals.
What it costs: listed reference prices and surveyed quotes
In a clinic, pharmacy, shop or office, the glass, the floor type, the number of toilets and the permitted hours decide the effort more than floor area, so we survey first, free, on site or from photos and video, then send an all-inclusive written quote with items, team size, machines and duration. For homes, the component services have listed per-m² prices, shown here for reference:
- Chairs, aircon units or curtains cleaned in the same job are charged at each service's own prices.
- An agreed quote changes only with your written consent; a large job may need a deposit, stated in the quote. VAT invoices, per job or per contract billing period, come from Uptech Technology Solution Company Limited (tax code 0316973414).
| Premises or item | Reference price |
|---|---|
| Clinic, pharmacy, shop, office | No fixed rate; free survey, then a written all-inclusive quote. |
| Apartment just renovated or handed over | 22,500 VND per m² of floor; minimum 1,350,000 VND per visit. |
| Townhouse just renovated | 25,500 VND per m² of floor. |
| Lived-in apartment, one thorough clean | 15,000 VND per m² of floor; minimum 900,000 VND per visit. |
| Lived-in townhouse | 17,000 VND per m² of floor. |
| Machine floor scrubbing alone | 12,000 VND to 15,000 VND per m² by type of premises; minimum 900,000 VND. |
| Interior glass alone | 10,000 VND per m² of glass within safe reach; minimum 500,000 VND. |
Walk-up stairs, goods lifts, crowded pavements: getting the team in
In older blocks the only way up is a narrow staircase and a shared corridor, so the survey settles how equipment goes up: in compact loads, with nothing left on the shared route. Where there is no professional management, let the residents' committee and your neighbours know. At Ha Do Centrosa Garden and other new towers, residents usually register the work, the team shows ID at reception and machines use the goods lift; we prepare a team list with names and photos for management.
- On a busy road, tell us where to stop. A wait for lobby formalities after an on-time arrival does not count as lateness.
- Scrubber water goes into the machine's tank, never into a corridor, stairwell or the street; waste is bagged for the collection point, and the team plugs only into sockets you name.
Cleaning without closing: fitting the job around clinics, shops and tenants
- Clinic or pharmacy
- Before the first session, after the last, or on a Saturday, Sunday or day off; larger premises one area per session.
- Shop in a townhouse
- Ground floor done before opening, upper floors during the day.
- Older flat after renovation
- Once the builders have gone and paint and adhesive are dry, in daytime hours.
- Shops, small offices, rentals
- A full clean each quarter can complement daily cleaning, with one more before Tết; rental homes at each change of tenant.
What we commit to, and how to book
The team lead runs the job, checks each area as it is finished and walks through it with you. Team members are identity-verified and trained to the Up Standard, UpClean's working standard, and their names and photos reach you beforehand. Premises are photographed first and everything goes back in place; more than 15 minutes late means 10% off that visit's invoice. The Up Report, with before-and-after photos of each area, follows by Zalo or WhatsApp; anything below standard reported within 48 hours is redone free, and you pay after sign-off.
To book, call or message 0968 726 135 (Zalo, WhatsApp) with the type of premises, address, floors, whether there is a lift and the approximate area. Moving or cancelling is free with 24 hours' notice; later, the fee is 30%.
