Which ward is City Garden in? Two mergers in a row
City Garden is at 59 Ngo Tat To, recorded by CafeF (2012) as Ward 21, Binh Thanh. On 1 January 2025 Ward 21 merged in full into Ward 19, as Tuoi Tre reported. Then Clause 45, Article 1 of Resolution 1685/NQ-UBTVQH15 combined Wards 19, 22 and 25 into Thanh My Tay ward from 1 July 2025. Both were whole-ward mergers, so City Garden is unambiguously in Thanh My Tay. Older leases may still say Ward 21 — either address works when you book.

Living in a garden: what it means for cleaning
CafeF reported the landscape was designed by Belt Collins, with pools, a clubhouse and green space across most of the site. That greenery is rare in the inner city, and it brings its own conditions: more humid air around the lower floors, leaves and pollen blowing onto balconies, and small insects drawn to lights in the evening. In practice that shows up in door tracks and screens, in moisture-absorbing fabrics like mattresses and sofas, and in closed wardrobes — especially during the May-to-November rainy season, when a unit left empty between leases can smell damp within weeks.
Between-tenant cleans
Many City Garden apartments are let by their owners, and furnished rentals remain common, with landlords supplying mattresses, bedding, sofas and curtains. We schedule a turnover in a sensible order: mattresses and sofas first so they can dry, then aircon, then a deep clean from bedrooms through to the kitchen and bathrooms, with bedding returned as agreed.

Executive suites and penthouses
Refico describes open-plan Executive Suites with two balconies, plus penthouses on the top floors. Open kitchens mean cooking smells settle into living-room curtains and sofas, and two balconies mean two sets of glass doors and tracks. Penthouses add tall curtains and outdoor terraces; because the towers are elliptical, some glazing and balconies may curve, so please send photos of curtains, tracks and terraces first. Exterior glass not safely reachable from a balcony is outside our scope.

A gated community: gate and reception
Refico describes City Garden as a gated community, so service staff typically pass a gate check and a lobby check. Many managements ask residents to pre-register visitors and may hold ID or assign parking and lifts; we follow your or management's instructions. You'll get your specialist's name and photo in advance, and time spent checking in after arriving on time isn't counted as late. We work 07:00–20:00 every day.
