Which ward is Pearl Plaza in now?
Pearl Plaza's address is 561A Dien Bien Phu, Ward 25, Binh Thanh District, as consistently published by businesses based in the building; VnExpress (February 2015) places it on Dien Bien Phu beside the Saigon Bridge. Clause 45, Article 1 of Resolution 1685/NQ-UBTVQH15 combines all of Wards 19, 22 and 25 into Thanh My Tay ward. Ward 25 was not split, so Pearl Plaza is now in Thanh My Tay ward, Ho Chi Minh City.

- According to VnExpress, it was developed by SSG Van Thanh, part of SSG Group, with 18 residential floors, 24 office floors and a five-storey retail podium, plus a supermarket of about 4,000 m² on basement level B1.

- Topped out in December 2014 and due to open in June 2015 — so roughly a decade in operation.
Living in a tower that is also offices and a mall
Apartments are only part of Pearl Plaza; offices and retail fill the rest, and VnExpress noted that the offices have their own separate entrance. In practice we avoid the morning office rush and lunch hour, move equipment by whichever route management assigns to contractors, suggest early slots at weekends when the mall is busiest, and bundle tasks so you register us once rather than several times.
Road dust and indoor air
Dien Bien Phu near the Saigon Bridge carries heavy traffic. Homes here tend to keep windows shut and the aircon running, so fine dust ends up in whatever has fibres or airflow. Our order of priority: aircon filters, coils and blower every three to four months for units in daily use; road-facing curtains once the sheers turn grey; mattresses, dust mites and bedding together; air purifier housings and sensors (filters replaced per the manufacturer); and window and balcony tracks, where dust and wet-season humidity form a sticky layer.
Bedrooms for young children
We don't give medical advice, but a clean mattress, pillows, duvet and bedroom aircon are the basis of a comfortable night. A full bedroom visit covers mattress cleaning with dust-mite treatment, steaming and deodorising bedding in place, cleaning the bedroom aircon and its drain, and wiping headboards and wardrobe tops. For families with small children, we suggest mattresses every six months.

Building management
We have no partnership with SSG or the building operator, and follow the access rules in force on the day. VnExpress reported basement parking for about 450 cars and 2,000 motorbikes; where service staff park, which entrance and which lift they use are matters for management, so we ask you when confirming. Waiting at reception after arriving on time never counts as late. We work 07:00–20:00 every day and don't promise same-day visits.
