District 8's wards, old addresses and where we take jobs
Ward names here changed in two steps during 2025. In January nine old wards were merged into three: Rach Ong, Hung Phu and Xom Cui. From 1 July 2025, under Resolution 1685/NQ-UBTVQH15, the city replaced districts with wards, and Chanh Hung, Phu Dinh and Binh Dong now cover almost all of the old district. Some of the old ward 16 went to Binh Phu ward and Tan Nhut commune, and some of the old ward 7 to Binh Hung commune.
A deed or shop lease may carry any of these names; matching it to today's is our job. Any address in the former District 8 can book, seven days a week from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM. The area is served by appointment, so dates, sessions and team size are fixed per site at booking.
- Chanh Hung ward
- The old ward 4, Rach Ong, Hung Phu and a share of ward 5. Work on about 4.3 km of the Doi canal's north bank began on 13 August 2025, and street-facing houses there take dust from it.
- Phu Dinh ward
- The old wards 14 and 15, Xom Cui and part of ward 16, including Ben Binh Dong beside the Tau Hu canal, where D-Aqua stands at number 301.
- Binh Dong ward
- The old ward 6, part of ward 7 and the share of ward 5 not taken into Chanh Hung, joined with An Phu Tay commune.
New handovers, raised floors and shopfronts beside the works
Low ground and four canals, the Tau Hu, Lo Gom, Doi and Te, shape this area; the Tau Hu–Lo Gom route has nearly 10 km of new embankment, while the Doi's north bank is still being rebuilt. Three kinds of job come up that an ordinary house clean does not finish.
- New apartments
- D-Aqua has handed over its units. Once the fitters leave, a new unit usually still has fine dust in cabinets and loggia tracks, adhesive and silicone round glass frames, and cement dust that leaves white streaks on tiles however often they are mopped.
- Canal-side townhouses after repairs
- Raising the floor is common on low ground: Thanh Nien newspaper reported the tide entering homes on Phu Dinh street on the evening of 16 November 2024, including homes with raised floors. Building work leaves mortar dust, sand and paint; tidal water leaves thin mud on the ground floor and wall bases. Both need machine scrubbing with the water vacuumed up, not mopping.
- Shops and restaurants on the street
- Beside the Doi canal works, soil dust settles on shopfront glass and shutters, and kitchens collect grease on floors and tiles. With rain from May to November and average relative humidity near 79.5%, damp dust sticks harder than sweeping can manage.

What the team does in each type of premises
In Vietnam, industrial cleaning (vệ sinh công nghiệp) usually means a complete top-to-bottom clean by a team with machines; it is not limited to factories. After the survey the team lead writes the checklist room by room, including anything to be left untouched.
- New apartment
- Dust vacuumed from cabinets and tracks, adhesive and silicone removed, tiles machine-scrubbed with the water vacuumed up at once; timber floors get a low-water method.
- Townhouse after repairs
- Worked from the roof terrace down, the ground floor and entrance last; grout in newly laid tiles is scrubbed by hand.
- Ground floor after tidal water
- Mud gathered first, then machine scrubbing and vacuuming; wall bases and furniture legs wiped where safe. Sockets and appliances that were under water are outside our work: have an electrician check them before the power goes back on.
- Shops, restaurants and offices
- Shopfront glass, shutters and floors; kitchen grease on floors, tiles and equipment, with food-contact surfaces given a further wipe with clean water. Stock is moved only with your consent; office papers stay put and drawers stay shut.
- Factories and warehouses
- A separate process with its own safety and shift-scheduling requirements, taken on after an on-site survey. Handling hazardous chemicals is not part of the service.
What industrial cleaning costs in District 8
No single rate fits every site. For apartments and townhouses, the component services have listed per-m² prices, shown below for budgeting; what you pay is the all-inclusive price in the written quote. Business premises are quoted only after a free survey, on site or from photos and video, because units of the same size differ widely in glass, grease and dust.
- The quote reflects floor area and storeys, the amount of mortar, paint, adhesive or mud, the mix of stone, timber, glass and steel, and the sessions and hours allowed.
- Exterior glass is cleaned only where safely reachable; anything needing work-at-height equipment is a separate line, done only with your approval.
- New items are added and charged only with your written agreement. You pay after sign-off, by transfer or cash; a large job may need a deposit stated in the quote.

Getting machines in: fenced canal roads, alleys and building rules
A scrubber and commercial vacuums are bulkier than a house-cleaning kit, so access is planned at the survey. Along the Doi canal some stretches are temporarily fenced and vehicles cannot always stop at the door; in alleys they stop at the nearest point and the team carries the machines in. Send a map pin and an entrance photo. Scrubber water stays in the vacuum's tank and is emptied where permitted, never into the alley or the canal. New buildings on Ben Binh Dong usually register contractors' names, set hours and assign a lift; we send each specialist's name and photo ahead.
Choosing the right service, our commitments and booking
- Just handed over, renovated or floor raised

- Shops, restaurants, offices, houses empty for long
- Industrial-grade cleaning, one-off or on a written recurring contract.
- Dull or scratched stone
- Scrubbing does not restore shine; that needs stone floor polishing.
