Tan Phu after 2025: five wards, and where we take bookings
Created in 2003 from part of Tan Binh, Tan Phu District ended on 1 July 2025, when Resolution 1685/NQ-UBTVQH15 replaced districts with wards. Its eleven wards became five; Son Ky, Tan Quy, Tan Thanh and Tan Thoi Hoa were each split two or three ways, and a piece of Son Ky went to Binh Hung Hoa ward on former Binh Tan land.
Send the house number and street and we place the address. We take jobs anywhere in the former district, 07:00 to 20:00 daily; Tan Phu is outside our regular rota, so the date and start time are fixed at booking.
- Tay Thanh ward
- The old Tay Thanh and part of Son Ky, with Tan Binh Industrial Park: about 105.95 ha, set up in 1997 and run by TANIMEX, according to the city's industrial zones authority.
- Tan Son Nhi ward
- The old Tan Son Nhi, the rest of Son Ky, and parts of Tan Quy and Tan Thanh.
- Phu Tho Hoa ward
- The old Phu Tho Hoa, a share of Tan Thanh and the remainder of Tan Quy.
- Tan Phu ward
- Phu Trung, Hoa Thanh and parts of Tan Thoi Hoa and Tan Thanh: the old district's name on a portion of its land.
- Phu Thanh ward
- Hiep Tan, the old Phu Thanh and the rest of Tan Thoi Hoa.
Home workshops, small stores and front offices
In Vietnam, industrial cleaning (vệ sinh công nghiệp) usually means a top-to-bottom clean by a full team with professional machines, and not only in factories. Ours is done by Up specialists, identity-verified and trained to the Up Standard, with a floor scrubber and commercial vacuums.
Tan Phu had more than 485,000 residents on nearly 16 km² in 2019, as quoted by Vietnamese Wikipedia, so work and home share the same streets. Tan Binh Industrial Park sits among the houses of Tay Thanh, ringed by shop-houses, small stores, trading offices and homes that double as workshops; on the old Son Ky side, AEON Mall Tan Phu Celadon on Tan Thang street has drawn apartments and shop units around it.
Store floors collect textile dust, paper dust and trolley marks; street-front glass, shutters and signs gather road grime.
- A townhouse used as a workshop or store, before it becomes a home again or is re-let.
- Shop units and apartments around Celadon before handover or opening day.

What the team does in each type of space
After the survey the team lead agrees with you the areas in scope, the stock to cover or move and the machines to switch off. Work runs top to bottom and inside out, with dry dust lifted before wet scrubbing so it does not turn to mud.
- Workshop or store attached to a house
- Racking and sills vacuumed within safe reach; concrete and tile floors machine-scrubbed, the dirty water vacuumed off at once. Production machines are wiped outside only, switched off and with your agreement.
- Trading office
- Desks, cabinets, glass partitions and doors wiped; floors and carpets vacuumed; pantry and toilets cleaned. Files stay where they are.
- Street-front townhouse
- Shopfront glass, shutter, sign where safely reachable and entrance first, then the upper floors.
- House back from a production tenant
- Oil and glue marks scraped as far as the floor safely allows; kitchen and toilets descaled. The Up Report, our before-and-after photo record, documents the condition for handover.
- Factory in Tan Binh Industrial Park
- Our separate factory process, after an on-site survey.
How the price of a Tan Phu job is worked out
There is no single rate. Two townhouses of one size can differ widely: one lived in, the other a former garment workshop with lint on every surface and machine oil in the floor. An Up specialist sees the premises first, on site or by video and free of charge, then sends a written quote listing the people, machines, hours and sessions.
- The all-inclusive price is agreed in advance; nothing is added without your written approval.
- Payment after the walk-through, by bank transfer or cash; a large job may need a deposit, stated in the quote. VAT invoices come from Uptech Technology Solution Company Limited, tax code 0316973414.
| Factor | What it covers |
|---|---|
| Size | Floor area, storeys, stairs, mezzanines and roof terrace. |
| Previous use | Home, office, store or workshop: the kind of dirt and the time to remove it. |
| Stock and machinery | What must be covered or moved, and whether work fits around opening hours. |
| Surfaces | Concrete, tile, stone, timber, glass and steel each need their own tools. |
| Glass and high points | Cleaned where safely reachable; positions needing work-at-height equipment are a separate item, done only if you approve. |
| Added services | Aircon, chair, carpet and curtain cleaning can share the visit at their own listed prices. |
Alleys, gatehouses and tower lobbies
For workshops down an alley, the team agrees a stopping place, keeps shared paths clear and vacuums up all scrubbing water rather than letting it into the alley or drain. Buildings around Celadon and the industrial park gate check people and equipment, sometimes down to the number plate of the vehicle bringing the machines; we ask first and send each specialist's name and photo for registration.
- Waiting at the gate after an on-time arrival is not counted as lateness.
- Specialists use the sockets and taps you show them, and never switch on, switch off or connect anything at a workshop's own switchboard.
- Stock is photographed before it is moved and returned to the same spot.
When to book, and what you can hold us to
- Stores and small workshops: at the year-end stocktake and before handing premises back.
- An office joined to a store: each quarter, giving priority to floors, doors and toilets.
- A let townhouse: at each change of tenant, above all after one who ran a workshop.
- Rainy season, May to November: watch ground floors, wall bases and any metal store roof that may leak.
- On time
- More than 15 minutes late takes 10% off that invoice.
- Redo and damage
- Reply within 48 hours of the Up Report and any item below standard is redone free. Report damage within 24 hours with photos; where a specialist was at fault, we take responsibility under our policy.
For international owners and facility managers
- Working in English
- Enquiry, quote, confirmation and Up Report in English. For an English-speaking specialist on site, say so when booking; if we cannot arrange one, we tell you beforehand and stay in touch by phone or message.
- If you cannot be there
- Leave a key with building management, reception or family; only the assigned specialist uses it and keys are never copied. The walk-through can be a video call.
- Book a survey
- Or message 0968 726 135 on WhatsApp or Zalo with the address, previous use, rough area and photos. Changes and cancellations are free with 24 hours' notice; a later cancellation costs 30%.
