Which Phu My Hung this is, and the wards it now sits in
This page covers the 433-hectare urban area in the former District 7 of Ho Chi Minh City, crossed by Nguyen Van Linh, Nguyen Luong Bang and Ton Dat Tien streets. It is easily confused with Phu My in the Ba Ria – Vung Tau area, a different place.
Since 1 July 2025, under Resolution 1685/NQ-UBTVQH15, the city has had no districts: the ward, a smaller unit, is what appears in an address. The urban area, once in Tan Phu and Tan Phong wards, lies today in Tan My and Tan Hung; either form of address will do. Both wards are served regularly, from 07:00 to 20:00 every day.

When a Phu My Hung property needs a clean by machine
Phu My Hung was built in phases: by the sources cited on our development pages, Sky Garden 3 was planned for handover from the third quarter of 2010 and The Peak at Midtown began handover in November 2021. An older apartment collects residue where daily cleaning seldom reaches: the range-hood filter, the tops of kitchen cabinets, bathroom grout, balcony door tracks. Typical cases:
- A villa or townhouse before Tết, before relatives arrive from far away, or after the rainy season, May to November, when glass and entrances carry water marks and soil.
- A rental between two leases; Phu My Hung has many foreign residents.
- A property just painted or fitted out, with cement dust, paint and adhesive on floors and glass.
- A shophouse about to open or change tenant; an office due its quarterly deep clean.
What the clean covers in each kind of property
After the survey an Up specialist, a trained and identity-verified member of UpClean's staff, writes the checklist room by room, recording materials and anything you do not want touched.
- Apartments, duplexes, penthouses
- Ceilings, lights and air vents within safe reach; inside glass, frames and balcony door tracks; kitchen, bathrooms, cupboards and floors. Usually done within the day. In a duplex or penthouse, the internal stairs, the double-height void and the roof terrace each get a line in the checklist.
- Villas and townhouses
- Floor by floor, over consecutive sessions if needed. Where a family lives above its business, the shop floor is finished before opening, or on a day you are closed.
- Shophouses and shops
- Shopfront glass within safe reach, the entrance floor, displays and counters. Stock is photographed in position; anything that must move needs your agreement and goes back where it was.
- Offices
- The working floor, meeting rooms, pantry, washrooms and glass partitions. Files stay as they are, drawers stay closed and electronic equipment is not operated.
- Shared areas of a building
- Lobby, corridors, lifts and stairwells when building management assigns the work, under its rules on registration, hours and the service lift.
How much it costs in Phu My Hung: reference prices
There is no single rate. The component services for homes are listed per m² and collected in the table for budgeting; what you pay is the all-inclusive price in the written quote.
Two sums, on sizes we have assumed: a deep clean of a 70 m² apartment at 15,000 VND per m² comes to 1,050,000 VND, and of a villa with 300 m² of floor at 20,000 VND per m² to 6,000,000 VND.
- The price depends on area and storeys, the dust, grease and paint that remain, how much stone, timber and glass there is, and the hours the building permits.
- Nothing is added to the quoted price unless you consent in writing. You pay after the walk-through, when you check the work with the team lead, in cash or by bank transfer; a larger job may carry a deposit, which the quote states. Building management and villa gates: what is arranged beforehand
Apartment and office buildings here set rules for outside service companies, and four are common: the resident registers the workers beforehand, identity papers are checked in the lobby, machines go up in the service lift, and work stays inside permitted hours. A few apartment buildings limit work of a construction kind at weekends, so check before fixing a Saturday or Sunday.

Stone, timber and large glass: methods and limits
Homes here use marble and granite in villa halls, timber floors, large-format glass and polished fittings. Under the Up Standard, UpClean's own working standard, the solution is chosen for the material and tried on a hidden spot when the surface is unfamiliar.
- Stone and tiled floors
- Scrubbed by machine with a pad that suits the stone, then wiped dry; nothing acidic on marble or terrazzo. The water it leaves is collected in the vacuum's tank, never in a corridor or shared lobby.
- Timber floors
- No wet machine scrubbing: a low-water method, with no water left standing between boards.
- Glass
- Inside faces, frames and sliding tracks are always done. The outside is cleaned only from a balcony, a roof terrace or a proper ladder where that is safe; UpClean does not use rope access.
- Outside the scope
- Hazardous chemicals and the building's electrical system.
