Celesta Rise: five towers, street-front units and Nha Be commune
Celesta Rise is the first phase of Keppel and Phu Long's CELESTA masterplan, on Nguyen Huu Tho in the former Phuoc Kien commune of Nha Be district. On 1 July 2025, Resolution 1685/NQ-UBTVQH15 merged Phuoc Kien whole into Nha Be commune, with Nha Be town, Phu Xuan and Phuoc Loc, so all five towers sit in a commune, not a ward. Older contracts may show the old address; either works with the tower and unit number.
The old Phuoc Kien strip along Nguyen Huu Tho, next to Phu My Hung, is on our regular schedule, 07:00 to 20:00 every day.
- Street-front units
- 34 units of 170–190 m², as the project publishes; the scope depends on use as a home, small office or shop.
- Scale
- Five 20-storey towers and 923 units on about 2.78 ha, handed over from November 2024.
- Next door
- Our Phu My Hung page covers the neighbouring urban area.
Bare shell or fitted: the tower number points to the service
In Towers 1, 2 and 4 owners do their own fit-out: plasterboard ceilings, kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, timber floors, lighting. The tradesmen leave very fine plaster and wood dust in cabinets, along door tracks and on glass, plus adhesive, mortar and scraps of protective tape on tiles. That dust is vacuumed dry first and only then wiped wet; wet it at once and it becomes a grey film that dries back onto floors and glass.
In Towers 3 and 5 the unit arrives fitted with a thin layer of dust, so the job is a deep clean of every surface, cabinets inside and out, bathrooms, glass and balcony, at a lower rate, unless extra cabinets or feature lights went in with drilling or cutting. Matching the service to the handover saves paying for work a unit does not need.

What the clean covers in the towers and the street-front units
The checklist is written room by room after the survey; the team works top to bottom, balcony last, after covering timber floors and new fittings and photographing the unit.
- After fit-out, Towers 1, 2, 4
- Leftover tape and film collected; fine dust vacuumed from ceiling to cabinet interiors and door gaps; adhesive, paint and mortar lifted from glass and tile with suitable tools; aluminium tracks and new fittings wiped.
- Before move-in, Towers 3, 5
- Every surface, cabinets and wardrobes inside, bathrooms, glass and balcony, so you can unpack after the walk-through.
- Floors
- Tile machine-scrubbed, the water vacuumed up, grout by hand; new timber gets very little water and never a wet scrubber.
- Glass and balcony doors
- Inside glass, frames and tracks; outside only panes reachable safely from the balcony. We do not work from ropes on the facade.
- Street-front office or shop
- Ground-floor glass within safe reach, entrance and reception, before opening if needed; quoted in writing after a free survey.
- Tower common areas
- Lobbies, corridors and lifts belong to management; we clean them only on management's own order and contract.
- Not taken on
- Large volumes of construction debris, repairs, hazardous chemicals.
What it costs at Celesta Rise: after fit-out or before move-in
Bare-shell and fitted units start with different workloads, so estimate from two listed per-m² prices: post-construction cleaning after a fit-out, a deep clean for a fitted or lived-in unit. Your price is the all-inclusive figure quoted after a free survey, in the unit or from photos and video.
The examples use sizes within the published range, one-bedroom about 48.8 m², two-bedroom 78–90 m², three-bedroom about 105 m², to show how rate and minimum work; they do not replace a quote.
- The price follows the handover type, the dust, adhesive and paint left behind, glass and balcony doors, bathrooms and permitted hours.
- A street-front unit used as a home is charged at the apartment rate on its total usable area; one used as an office or shop is scoped from photos and quoted separately.
- Aircon, fridge, range hood, curtain and sofa cleaning have their own prices and can join the visit.
- The agreed amount changes only with your written consent. Payment follows the walk-through; VAT invoices are issued on request by Uptech Technology Solution Company Limited, tax code 0316973414.
| Item | Reference price |
|---|---|
| Post-construction, after fit-out | 22,500 VND per m²; at least 1,350,000 VND per visit. |
| Deep clean, fitted or lived-in unit | 15,000 VND per m²; at least 900,000 VND per visit. |
| One-bedroom, 49 m², just fitted out | 49 m² × 22,500 VND = 1,102,500 VND, below the minimum, so 1,350,000 VND is charged. |
| Two-bedroom, 85 m², bare shell | 85 m² × 22,500 VND = 1,912,500 VND. |
| Three-bedroom, 105 m², handed over fitted | 105 m² × 15,000 VND = 1,575,000 VND. |
| Interior glass | 10,000 VND per m² of safely reachable glass; at least 500,000 VND. |
| Street-front office or shop | Written quote after a free survey. |
Fit-out season in the towers: registration, machines and our commitments
In the first years after handover many bare-shell units are fitted out at once, and buildings typically set hours for works, routes for materials and registration for anyone coming in. Celesta Rise's rules come from management and may change, so we follow instructions from you, your contractor or management; we are independent of Keppel, Phu Long and management.
- Message on Zalo or WhatsApp, or call 0968 726 135, with tower, unit, area, fit-out stage, move-in date and photos.
- An Up specialist, identity-verified and trained to the Up Standard, surveys free; the written quote itemises fit-out dust, glass, kitchen, bathrooms and balcony.
- Names and photos of the team reach you before the date, for you or your contractor to register; waiting at the lobby after an on-time arrival is not lateness.
- Machines travel packed, in the lift the building names; dirty water stays in the vacuum and debris is bagged for the collection point.
- If you are away, leave the key with family, your agent or reception and check by video; the Up Report, our before-and-after photo record, precedes payment by transfer or cash.
- What we commit to
- More than 15 minutes late: 10% off that visit. Items short of standard: redone free if you reply within 48 hours of the Up Report. Damage: report within 24 hours with photos, settled under our policy. Rescheduling: free with 24 hours' notice, otherwise 30%.
A green site and street-facing glass: care after you move in
The developer gives the towers' footprint as about 25% of the site; the rest is parkland with a tennis court, a half basketball court, an urban farm and a pet area. Balconies, insect screens and aircon outdoor units therefore catch more leaves, pollen and soil dust, so later cleans give balconies and tracks extra time. Tell us about dogs or cats, and pet-hair tools come too. Street-front glass and entrances gather dust faster than flats upstairs and need cleaning more often.
- After three to six months
- The first aircon clean, as fit-out dust has usually reached the filters by then; priced separately.
- End of the first year
- A deep clean, with attention to bathroom grout and the fridge seal.
- Between big cleans
- Up Home, our regular care service: 130,000 VND per hour, from 3 hours a visit.
