Industrial-grade cleaning in District 9 — Vinhomes Grand Park, Le Van Viet, Long Phuoc

From 1 January 2021 District 9 formed Thu Duc City with District 2 and Thu Duc District. From 1 July 2025, under Resolution 1685/NQ-UBTVQH15, its thirteen wards became five new ones and Thu Duc City ceased to operate as an administrative level. A purchase contract or shophouse lease may say "District 9", "Thu Duc City" or the new ward; we accept any of them.

We take industrial-grade cleaning jobs in all five wards, 07:00 to 20:00 every day. Because the area runs from the Hanoi Highway to the banks of the Dong Nai River, the dates and the number of sessions are agreed when you book.

Long Binh

Former Long Binh and the remainder of Long Thanh My. Most of Vinhomes Grand Park, 271 hectares and handed over from 2019, sits in this ward.

Tang Nhon Phu

Brings together Tan Phu, Hiep Phu, Tang Nhon Phu A and B and a piece of Long Thanh My, around the Thu Duc intersection, Le Van Viet and Do Xuan Hop.

Phuoc Long

Former Phuoc Binh, Phuoc Long A and Phuoc Long B: established townhouse streets bordering the former District 2.

Long Truong

Former Phu Huu and Long Truong, with residential areas along Nguyen Duy Trinh and Ring Road 2.

Long Phuoc

Former Truong Thanh and Long Phuoc beside the Dong Nai River: garden houses and low-rise homes.

New space has appeared quickly in the former District 9. VnExpress (2024) reported more than 60,000 residents at Vinhomes Grand Park after five years of handovers, with a 36-hectare central park, a shopping mall, schools and a hospital inside the township. Each round of handovers and each row of shophouses opening for trade needs a large clean before use.

The Saigon Hi-Tech Park, planned at over 913 hectares according to the government newspaper Bao Chinh Phu, has drawn offices, rental townhouses and shops to Le Van Viet and Do Xuan Hop, with tenants changing at each lease. Finishing work nearby, the Hanoi Highway and Ring Road 3 leave fine dust on glass, door tracks and railings. Garden homes in Long Phuoc and Long Truong contend instead with moss, leaves and river damp, above all in the May to November rainy season.

Before starting, the team lead walks round with you to agree the checklist, what needs covering and any areas to leave alone. Dry dust is always vacuumed before wet wiping, so that it does not turn into streaks, and solutions and pads are chosen for the materials on site.

Newly handed-over high-rise apartment

Dust on ceilings, lights and vents; film and tape left on glass and appliances; sand in balcony door tracks. Glass is cleaned inside and from the balcony where safely reachable.

Multi-storey shophouse

Shopfront glass below, living or office space above. The customer area is finished first, then the upper floors from the top down.

Office near the Hi-Tech Park

Carpets, glass partitions, meeting rooms, pantry and washrooms, outside working hours. Files and running equipment are not touched, and private cabinets stay shut.

Riverside garden home

Mossy tiled yards and paths, porches, timber railings and water-marked windows, within safe reach. Slippery areas are flagged and worked with care.

In large urban areas, a team arriving with machines is usually treated like a contractor: a staff list registered ahead, identity papers at the lobby, the service lift for equipment and set working hours, with rules varying between towers. We ask about them early and send the specialists' names and photos so that you can register us. At shophouses and low-rise homes the machines stay inside your premises, off shared paths.

• Arriving on time and then waiting on lobby formalities does not count as lateness.
• Scrubber water is vacuumed up and removed, never let into corridors or lobbies; waste goes to the building's collection point.
• New home: finish every fit-out job, curtain rails, lights and shelves included, then book the clean before sofas, mattresses and curtains arrive; have the aircon cleaned too if it ran during the work.

Protection first

Shoe covers on; furniture, electronics and delicate surfaces covered before any machine starts; positions photographed and everything put back.

Team lead and vetted staff

A team lead checks each area before handover. Specialists are identity-verified and trained to the Up Standard; names and photos reach you first.

Up Report and redo

Before-and-after photos and the work list arrive by WhatsApp or Zalo. Anything that falls short is redone free if you tell us within 48 hours of the report.
