Binh Trung ward: the developments and houses we cover
Binh Trung ward was formed on 1 July 2025, when the city replaced its districts with wards. Under Clause 76, Article 1 of Resolution 1685/NQ-UBTVQH15 it took in all of Binh Trung Dong and Binh Trung Tay and part of An Phu, all formerly in District 2; the rest of An Phu joined An Khanh ward, so developments on former An Phu land are checked one by one. Old and new addresses are both accepted.
Binh Trung, like An Khanh, is a ward we serve regularly: our teams cover all of it from 07:00 to 20:00, weekends included, setting out from the office at 72 Nguyen Co Thach in Sala.
- The Global City
- On Do Xuan Hop; SOHO commercial townhouses handed over since January 2024, high-rise phases still being built. Usually move-in cleans and ground floors readied for opening.
- Diamond Island
- Six apartment towers and villas on a peninsula with river on three sides, long lived in. Usually deep cleans of occupied units or units changing tenant.
- Estella Heights
- 88 Song Hanh; duplexes and sky villas alongside one- to four-bedroom units. Usually two-level units, tall glass, long curtains.
- Palm City
- Palm Heights apartments and the Palm Residence townhouses and villas by the Giong Ong To river. Usually low-rise homes with a yard and roof terrace, or apartments between leases.

- Multi-storey townhouses and villas in the former Binh Trung Dong and Binh Trung Tay.

New handover, long-occupied apartment, townhouse: what each needs
In Vietnam, “industrial cleaning” (vệ sinh công nghiệp) means a top-to-bottom clean by a team with professional machines, not only factory work. Your Up specialist, one of UpClean's trained and identity-verified staff, identifies the kind of home at the survey, since each collects different dirt.
- Home just handed over
- Cement and fine dust, adhesive, paint, protective tape: vacuumed dry before any wet wiping, with solutions and tools that do not scratch new glass, stone, timber or sanitaryware.
- Riverside apartment lived in for years
- Bathroom limescale, kitchen grease, dust on tall cabinets, a damp smell after the rains. Furniture is covered and photographed first; scrubbed floors are vacuumed and dried at once.
- Multi-storey townhouse or villa
- Stairs, balconies, roof terraces, stone-paved yards. Near the river, shaded surfaces gather light moss in the rains and leaves collect in roof-terrace drains. Worked from the top floor down, priced on total usable floor.
- Shophouse or business premises
- Shopfront glass within safe reach, entrance and display area, before opening time or on a closed day.
A home just handed over: the order of work and the timing
Move-in cleaning is our main focus in Binh Trung, kept apart from an ordinary deep clean because a new build's dust, adhesive and paint need more time and specialised solutions. The team works from high to low and from the inner rooms out: ceilings and lights, then glass and cabinets, then floors and bathrooms, with the balcony last. Visible cracks, scratches or leaks are photographed and noted in the Up Report, our before-and-after photo record; the notes can help with the developer but are not a technical inspection.
- Aircon fitted during the works tends to collect plaster and wood dust in filters and coils; have it cleaned before first use, at its own price.
- Bring in sofas, mattresses and curtains once the dust has gone; Up Home, our regular care service, can follow.
What industrial cleaning costs in Binh Trung: reference prices
There is no single price. Home cleaning has listed per-m² prices by type of home, shown below for budgeting; you pay the all-inclusive figure in the written quote. Business premises are quoted in writing after a free survey, in person or from your photos and video.
- Price factors: type of home and floor area, new or lived in, glass, storeys, yard or roof terrace, and the hours management allows. Aircon, curtain, sofa and mattress cleaning can share the quote at their own prices.
- Nothing is added without your written approval. You pay after the walk-through, by bank transfer or cash; a large job may carry a deposit, stated in the quote.

One Verandah and Vista Verde: next door in Cat Lai ward, by arrangement
Both have addresses in the former Thanh My Loi ward, merged into Cat Lai ward on 1 July 2025 under Clause 75, Article 1 of the same resolution; Cat Lai borders Binh Trung. We still take bookings there, but Cat Lai is not one of our regular wards, so the time slot is confirmed before booking; please message a few days ahead.
- One Verandah
- Five 22-storey towers on Bat Nan street, most units facing the Saigon River. Focus: balconies, the inner face of the glass balustrade, sliding-door tracks, drainage channels.
- Vista Verde
- Towers T1, T2, Lotus and Orchid, occupied since mid-2017. Focus: grout, door tracks, inside glass. The building, not UpClean, maintains the outside of its high-level glass walls.
- Booking
- No same-day promise: send two date-and-time options and we reply with a workable slot. Booking several items together simplifies registration and the walk-through.
Access, keys, English and what you can hold us to
Towers usually require outside staff to be registered, the service lift used and permitted hours kept; gated low-rise estates usually need the guards told in advance. We ask about each development's rules at first contact and prepare the staff list and hours for registration. UpClean works for you directly, independently of developers and management offices. At a townhouse, machines stay inside your property.
- Keys
- If you are away, leave the key with building management or someone you authorise; only the assigned specialist handles it, the times are recorded and keys are never copied.

- Note it when booking; if we cannot arrange one, we say so in advance and support you by phone or message.
- Punctuality and redo
- If we arrive more than 15 minutes after the confirmed time, that visit's invoice is reduced by 10%; items not up to standard are redone free within 48 hours of the Up Report.
