Which An Phu this is, and which ward it is in now
This page covers An Phu in the former District 2, not An Phu Dong in the former District 12 or other places of that name. Since 1 July 2025 the old An Phu ward has been split by Resolution 1685/NQ-UBTVQH15: Clause 76 moved part of it into Binh Trung ward, Clause 78 the rest into An Khanh ward. The resolution draws no line inside the old ward, so an address near the old Hanoi Highway or Luong Dinh Cua may fall on either side.
Both wards are in our regular area; our office is at 72 Nguyen Co Thach in Sala and bookings run 07:00–20:00 daily. An older address such as “An Phu ward, District 2” stays valid under Resolution 190/2025/QH15.

- 179 old Hanoi Highway, now Vo Nguyen Giap street; the developer places it in the old Thao Dien ward, which joined An Khanh ward whole.

Masteri An Phu and The Vista An Phu: where the effort goes
Masteri An Phu, two 42-storey towers of apartments, officetels, penthouses and shophouses, was due for handover in the first quarter of 2019, according to its developer, so many units have about seven years of use. The Vista An Phu, completed in September 2011 according to the Government's online newspaper, has five 28-storey towers with 750 apartments and 100 serviced apartments, large family homes lived in for over a decade. Most apartments take a day; a very large one may take two sessions.
- High floors
- Road dust settles on the glass and in door gaps, and rain dries into mineral streaks. Glass is cleaned inside and wherever it can be reached safely from indoors or a railed balcony, together with frames, seals and sliding tracks.
- Officetels
- Booked early in the morning or late in the day. Papers are not moved or opened, and equipment is never taken apart.
- Family apartments with years of use
- Darkened grout, deposits on shower screens, grease on the upper kitchen cabinets. Each solution is tried in a hidden corner, and existing wear is photographed before work starts.
- After a renovation
- Fine dust, adhesive and paint are dealt with under post-construction cleaning, which is priced per m².
Townhouses and villas: worked storey by storey
Lakeview City and Palm City on Song Hanh, and the SOHO townhouses of The Global City on Do Xuan Hop, bring staircases and outdoor space into the job. Each storey has its own checklist; because townhouse stairs are narrow, equipment is set out floor by floor and the steps are covered while machines move.
- Roof terrace and top floor first, then downwards to the ground floor and garage; the entrance comes last.
- Stairs, balconies and porches: handrails, treads, railings and drainage channels. Stone steps that have gone dull need polishing as a separate service.
- Altar area: the wall, floor and shelves around it are wiped; the altar and its objects are cleaned only with the family's consent.
- Shop on the ground floor: one plan for both parts, with the customer area ready before opening time.
Offices, schools and shops in An Phu
An Phu has many small offices in converted villas and townhouses, besides offices in buildings and schools serving the international community. We take small and mid-sized premises, occupied ones included, outside office hours or at weekends where the building allows, each quoted in writing after a free survey.
- Offices
- Work areas, meeting rooms, pantry and washrooms. Documents stay where they are and drawers stay shut.
- Shophouses and showrooms
- Frontage glass within safe reach, stone floors, displays and any living space upstairs.
- Schools, clinics and gyms
- Classrooms, waiting rooms and changing rooms; in clinics, the non-clinical areas only.
- Factories and warehouses
- A separate process after a site survey. We do not handle hazardous chemicals.
What industrial-grade cleaning costs in An Phu
No single rate applies. The table gathers our published component prices for budgeting; your price is the all-inclusive figure in the written quote, which also lists the number of specialists, the equipment and the expected duration.
Two illustrations on assumed sizes, not figures for any real unit: a deep clean of a 110 m² family apartment is 110 m² × 15,000 VND = 1,650,000 VND; a 75 m² apartment after renovation is 75 m² × 22,500 VND = 1,687,500 VND.
- Officetels are charged at the apartment rate. The price follows area, residue, the share of stone, timber and glass, and the hours the building allows.
- Exterior glass on high floors needs suspended equipment, normally arranged by the building, and is outside our scope.
- The quote is final unless you approve an addition in writing. Payment follows the walk-through, by transfer or cash; VAT invoices come from Uptech Technology Solution Company Limited, tax code 0316973414.

Building rules, booking steps and our commitments
Mixed developments often give service staff a separate route, ask for registration in advance and name the lift for equipment. We follow what you or management tell us and send each specialist's name and photo before the visit. - Call or message 0968 726 135 on WhatsApp or Zalo with the address, type of property, rough area, a few photos and your preferred date.
- Free survey on site or by video, then a written quote; weekend dates are available.
- On the day: shoe covers on, furniture covered and its position photographed, cleaning to the Up Standard, and dirty water kept in the scrubber's tank.
- Walk-through with the team lead, the Up Report by WhatsApp or Zalo, then payment.
- Punctuality
- Over 15 minutes late and the invoice for that visit is reduced by 10%; lobby formalities after an on-time arrival do not count.
- Redo and damage
- Anything below standard is redone free if you tell us within 48 hours of the Up Report; report damage within 24 hours, with photos.
- Changing the date
- Free with 24 hours' notice; later, a 30% fee.
