Which ward is Vinhomes Central Park in now?
Vinhomes Central Park is at 208 Nguyen Huu Canh, formerly Ward 22 of Binh Thanh district according to VnExpress (2015); Landmark 81, at 720A Dien Bien Phu, sits within the same development. Clause 45, Article 1 of Resolution 1685/NQ-UBTVQH15 combined the whole of Wards 19, 22 and 25 into the new Thanh My Tay ward from 1 July 2025. Because Ward 22 moved across intact, the entire development — Landmark 81 and the villas included — is now in Thanh My Tay ward.
- Scale
- About 43.9 hectares with 17 residential towers of 38–50 storeys plus Landmark 81, per Saigon Giai Phong (2017).
- Green space
- A park of nearly 14 hectares along more than 1.2 km of the Saigon River, per VnExpress (2015).
- Landmark 81
- 461.3 m tall, inaugurated on 26 July 2018; residences occupy roughly floors 6 to 46, according to Wikipedia.
Different parts of the development, different needs
Park towers next to the green and the river catch humid breezes, leaves and pollen, so balcony floors, sliding-door tracks and insect screens need regular attention. Towers nearer Nguyen Huu Canh and Dien Bien Phu see more traffic dust in curtains and aircon filters. Landmark 81 residences rarely open a window, so indoor air depends on clean aircon and regularly washed fabrics. Villas are larger, multi-level and mixed in materials, so we survey them before quoting; officetels add office chairs and a visitor sofa to the list.
Homes approaching ten years old
Saigon Giai Phong reported in 2017 that the apartment blocks were due for completion by the end of that year, so many units now have eight or nine years of use — and often several owners or tenants. That's when the places daily tidying misses start to show: grout and shower screens, the tops of kitchen cabinets and range hoods, door tracks, washing-machine seals and bedroom aircon coils. A deep clean isn't a technical inspection, but it often reveals damp marks or tired seals early enough to call the right contractor.
Landmark 81 residences: glass, sun and sealed air
High-floor living means strong sun through large glazing: curtains fade and hold fine dust, sofas by the window dry out, and aircon runs for long stretches. We clean glass from the inside and any balcony glass that can be reached safely. Fixed exterior glass at height requires specialist rope or gondola access controlled by the building, which we don't provide. For large curtains, let us know the type and whether they run on motorised tracks.

Getting in: what we prepare
Large developments with their own security often ask residents to pre-register visitors, limit contractor hours and route equipment through service lifts. Those rules belong to each tower and can change, so we follow what you or reception tell us. The day before, you receive your specialist's name and photo; equipment travels in compact wheeled cases. We work 07:00–20:00 every day.
UpClean is independent — not a partner or appointed contractor of the developer or building management. You book and pay us directly.
