Which ward is Vinhomes Grand Park in?
Before 1 July 2025 the township spanned Long Binh and Long Thanh My wards in former District 9. Under Resolution 1685/NQ-UBTVQH15, Clause 71 moved part of Long Thanh My into the new Tang Nhon Phu ward, and Clause 72 combined all of Long Binh with the rest of Long Thanh My as the new Long Binh ward. Lookup sites such as Thu Vien Nha Dat give the new address as 512 Nguyen Xien, Long Binh ward, noting that part of the township falls in Tang Nhon Phu. We haven't verified sub-zone boundaries, so: most of the township is Long Binh; some locations may be Tang Nhon Phu. Just tell us the sub-zone and tower when booking.

Our service area, honestly
Our office is in Sala, An Khanh ward, and we regularly serve An Khanh, Binh Trung, Phu My Hung, Thanh My Tay, the city centre, Nha Be and Thu Thiem. Vinhomes Grand Park is further out. We do take bookings here, but don't promise same-day visits or fixed windows — each request is confirmed first. Booking a few days ahead, and combining jobs or neighbouring units, works best.
Studios and small units
VnExpress reports Glory Heights units from 29.7 m² (studio) to 81.5 m² (three-bedroom). A 30 m² studio at our per-m² rate comes to 450,000 VND, but each deep clean has a 900,000 VND minimum — so we use that time for the often-missed jobs: kitchen cabinets inside and out, bathroom grout, balcony tracks, wardrobe tops. For simple upkeep, Up Home by the hour (3-hour minimum) may suit better.
Booking with neighbours
When several units in the same building book aircon cleaning together, all units are counted in one visit: the two highest-priced at full rate, then 10% off each from the 3rd. One person sends the list; each household receives its own Up Report and pays its share after sign-off.
Manhattan townhouses, shop villas and villas
Shophouses often combine a business on the ground floor with living space above; front glass, forecourt and ceiling cassettes need more frequent care. We quote on usable floor area at townhouse or villa rates and can work before opening or after closing within 07:00–20:00. Glass is cleaned within safe reach only.
