Carpet and rug cleaning in District 9 — Vinhomes Grand Park, Phuoc Long, Long Truong

District 9 joined Thu Duc City on 1 January 2021, and on 1 July 2025 Resolution 1685/NQ-UBTVQH15 merged its thirteen wards into five. Wards are now the city's local administrative units in place of districts, so papers may show Thu Duc City, an old ward or a new one. Any of them will do for booking.

We take bookings in all five wards from 07:00 to 20:00 daily. The area runs from the Hanoi Highway to the Dong Nai River and is not on our regular schedule, so your specialist's arrival time is agreed when you book.

Long Binh ward

The old Long Binh and what remained of Long Thanh My. Most of Vinhomes Grand Park, 271 hectares along Nguyen Xien and Phuoc Thien, is here: high-rise flats and low-rise townhouses.

Tang Nhon Phu ward

Hiep Phu, Tan Phu, Tang Nhon Phu A and B, and part of Long Thanh My: Le Van Viet Street and the Hi-Tech Park, amid townhouses and serviced apartments.

Phuoc Long ward

The former Phuoc Binh, Phuoc Long A and Phuoc Long B: townhouse streets along Do Xuan Hop and Duong Dinh Hoi.

Long Truong ward

The former Phu Huu and Long Truong: projects such as Verosa Park, and homes lining Nguyen Duy Trinh.

Long Phuoc ward

The former Truong Thanh and Long Phuoc, beside the Dong Nai River: houses spaced far apart, many with gardens.

Vinhomes Grand Park began handing over homes in 2019 and, according to VnExpress, has more than 60,000 residents, yet it is still being finished: one family moves in while the flat next door drills walls and fits cabinets. Plaster and sawdust drift in through door gaps and the loggia and settle in the rug, the lowest thing in the room. In the humid rainy season, May to November, that fine dust binds into grey patches ordinary vacuuming cannot lift.

Many residents are young families, so milk, crumbs and crayon add to it. If your rug was down during the fit-out, we suggest one clean when the work ends, before daily use. Signs to look for:

• A light rug gone grey within months, most of all near the loggia door.
• Powder-fine dust rising when you shake the edge.
• Milk, food or crayon marks where the children sit.

Low-rise homes are common: The Manhattan and The Manhattan Glory in Vinhomes Grand Park hold more than 1,300 townhouses and villas, and Verosa Park has 296.

Multi-storey townhouses

The ground-floor rug near the front yard collects grit from shoes. Rugs upstairs are cleaned on their own floor, in the order agreed with you.

Garden homes in Long Phuoc and Long Truong

Moisture can gather under a rug on a ground-floor slab in the rainy season, so pick a dry, sunny day.

Weekend homes

Shut for days, a rug starts to smell musty. Authorise someone to let us in, so the rug can be cleaned and dry before the family returns.

Area times the rate for each fibre, added up across the visit; below 350,000 VND, the minimum applies. Sizes are illustrative; your all-inclusive price is confirmed before booking.

• Paint or glue from the fit-out may not come out fully; you are told beforehand, and nothing is added without your written agreement.

Towers and gated projects here usually have management and guards, with rules on visitors, the goods lift and contractor hours. We send your specialist's name and photo so that you can register the visit; waiting at a lobby or gate after an on-time arrival does not count as lateness. The rug is cleaned where it lies, and dirty water goes into the machine's tank, not the corridor.

• Give the subdivision, tower and unit, or the house number; for a garden home, describe the entrance and parking.
• Clear small items and toys; heavy furniture is photographed before it is moved.
• Afterwards, run a fan or the aircon, and keep the loggia door shut while the rug dries if the next flat is being worked on.

If you want a specialist who speaks English in the home, say so when booking; if we cannot arrange one, we tell you in advance and support you by phone or message. You need not be at home: leave a key with building management, reception or family and do the walk-through by video call.
