House deep cleaning in District 9 — Vinhomes Grand Park, Long Binh, Long Truong

District 9 became part of Thu Duc City in 2021, and since 1 July 2025, under Resolution 1685/NQ-UBTVQH15, its thirteen old wards have formed five new ones; wards are now the local administrative unit city-wide. A family's land-use certificate (the pink book), apartment contract and utility bills may therefore show three different addresses. Send us the one you normally use.

Deep cleans are booked across the whole former district, 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM, seven days a week. The area is large and varied, so the exact time slot is settled when we confirm.

Long Binh ward

Long Binh plus the rest of Long Thanh My. Most of Vinhomes Grand Park lies here, along Nguyen Xien and Phuoc Thien.

Tang Nhon Phu ward

Home of the Hi-Tech Park, formed from Tan Phu, Hiep Phu, Tang Nhon Phu A and B and part of Long Thanh My, with many units let long-term to engineers.

Phuoc Long ward

Phuoc Binh, Phuoc Long A and Phuoc Long B as they were: established townhouse streets on Do Xuan Hop and Duong Dinh Hoi.

Long Truong ward

Phu Huu and Long Truong as they were, with gated projects such as Verosa Park on Lien Phuong road.

Long Phuoc ward

Truong Thanh and Long Phuoc as they were: homes set well apart, with fruit gardens, ponds and wide eaves facing the Dong Nai River.

Vinhomes Grand Park, a 271-hectare township, began handing over in 2019 and was reported in 2024 to have more than 60,000 residents. Most of those apartments are no longer new, and slow build-up that a weekly tidy cannot reach is starting to show.

Construction carries on nearby, on Ring Road 3, Nguyen Xien and new sub-zones. Fine dust settles in balcony door tracks, mosquito screens and glass facing the sites, and on high floors the wind packs grit into the channels. An open kitchen sends grease up onto the upper cupboards, the range hood and even the ceiling, while a windowless bathroom with only an extractor fan scales up quickly in the rainy season, May to November.

District 9 also has many project-built townhouses and villas: The Manhattan and The Manhattan Glory inside Vinhomes Grand Park count more than 1,300, and Verosa Park in the old Phu Huu ward has 296 garden townhouses and villas, each a ground floor plus two or three storeys. Your Up specialists work floor by floor from the top down, so dust does not fall back onto finished areas, and leave the stairs until last on each level. The townhouse rate applies, and team size follows floor area and condition.

Stairs and handrails

Every tread and nosing wiped; timber rails with a well-wrung cloth, glass and stainless rails dried so no streaks remain.

Roof terraces and balconies

Swept and mopped, railings wiped, drains and floor outlets cleared of leaves.

Ground-floor frontage

Glass doors, the inside of roller shutters and the front hall within safe reach; high exterior glass needing specialist equipment is quoted separately.

Several bathrooms

Each one descaled and its grout scrubbed; seldom-used upper bathrooms often hold long-standing yellow residue.

Near the Hi-Tech Park and Le Van Viet, many owners let homes to engineers and specialists, and every change of tenant calls for a complete clean of kitchen, bathrooms, built-in wardrobes and door tracks. The owner need not attend: a property manager can open up, and the Up Report becomes the handover record.

In Long Phuoc and Long Truong, garden houses by the river and trees collect moss at the base of walls, mould in wooden cupboard corners and cobwebs under the eaves, and many are used only at weekends. A deep clean before the family comes to stay, or one before the long rains, keeps the house ready.

• Labour, tools, surface-specific products, protective covering and the Up Report are included.
• Sofa, mattress, carpet, curtain and aircon cleaning, and the insides of cupboards, fridge and oven, are extra at their own prices and can share the visit.
• A home just handed over, renovated or fitted with a new kitchen is priced as post-construction cleaning, because cement dust, paint and adhesive need a different process.

Townships and gated projects here usually have a management office, guards and rules on visitors, goods lifts and contractor hours. We check the rules where you live and follow them; each specialist's name and photo is sent ahead for registration, and time at the gate after an on-time arrival is not counted as lateness.

• Put away jewellery, cash and important papers; you need not be home if someone you trust lets the team in.
• With children, pets or older relatives at home, tell us which rooms to do first or keep quiet.

• Every 3–6 months alongside weekly upkeep; before the rains (March to April) for balconies, door tracks and grout, and mid-season for damp bathrooms and wooden cupboards.
• Before Tết, book early, as the weeks before the holiday fill up.
• Between deep cleans, Up Home hourly visits at 130,000 VND per hour, minimum 3 hours, keep things in order.
