Which ward is Riverpark Premier in now?
Phu My Hung's project page places Riverpark Premier in the Canh Doi area, bordering Nguyen Duc Canh boulevard and Dang Duc Thuat street, in Tan Phu ward, District 7. Clause 20 of Resolution 1685/NQ-UBTVQH15 merged the whole of Tan Phu ward (District 7) and the remainder of Phu My ward into the new Tan My ward from 1 July 2025, so all three towers are now in Tan My. (This is the old District 7 ward, not Tan Phu district.)
According to the developer, the 14,509 m² site holds towers A, B and C of 13–22 storeys with 268 apartments and 13 retail units. Usable areas run from 112 to 231 m², mostly three bedrooms. The architect was Korn Architects of Germany, the contractor POSCO E&C Vietnam, and handover was scheduled for the end of Q4 2018.
Planning care for three-bedroom homes
With most homes here being three-bedroom family apartments, there are more bathrooms, more textiles and more appliances than in a typical unit. Appliances after years of daily use
Handover began around the end of 2018, so many washers, fridges and hoods here have run daily for years. Dirt hides behind the drum, in the door seal, in the fridge drain channel and in hood filters. For front-loaders (690,000 VND up to 9 kg) we remove and clean the drum inside and out, reassemble and test-run; washer-dryers add 150,000 VND. Side-by-side and 4-door fridges (500,000 VND) get shelves out, seals washed, drains cleared and odours treated. Japanese-market or hard-to-reach built-in units are quoted from photos first. Signs it's time: musty laundry, black marks on seals, mixed fridge odours, weak hood suction, slow-cooling or smelly aircon.
Larger homes up to about 231 m²
Larger units usually have more aircon, sometimes a living-room cassette, and much more curtain, glass and floor area. We recommend a survey first so the fixed quote and staffing are right. Valuable décor, artwork and imported furniture are photographed and only surface-cleaned as you direct.

Pool days, building access and independence
The developer lists a pool of around 500 m², gym, yoga space, community centre and playground. Wet towels, swimwear and sandy shoes come home daily; drying towels on the balcony, leaving the washer door ajar and a quick wipe of the entry floor keep things fresh between visits.
Premium buildings typically ask residents to pre-register service staff and route equipment through a designated lift; we follow your building's instructions. Specialist details arrive in advance, and reception time after an on-time arrival isn't counted as late. Hours are 07:00–20:00 daily.
