Which ward is Riviera Point in now?
VnExpress (January 2016, May 2018) gives the address as 584 Huynh Tan Phat, Tan Phu ward, District 7. Clause 20, Article 1 of Resolution 1685/NQ-UBTVQH15 combined all of District 7's Tan Phu ward with the remainder of Phu My ward to create Tan My ward, effective 1 July 2025. As Tan Phu was merged whole, Riviera Point is now in Tan My. Note: this former Tan Phu ward has nothing to do with Tan Phu district in the west of the city. If your documents show a different address, send it to us and we'll check.

Three phases, three stages of life
Riviera Point combines homes lived in for years with homes whose keys were just handed over. So our first question is the stage your apartment is at. The early towers usually need aircon coils, bathroom grout, greasy kitchen cabinets and well-used fabrics tackled; The View, scheduled for handover in 2019 according to VnExpress (May 2018), is due for deep aircon and fabric care, with large glass and tall curtains in its duplexes and sky villas; The Infiniti needs move-in cleaning before you settle in.
New at The Infiniti: when to clean
New apartments carry fine dust in tracks, drawers and grout, plus adhesive or paint specks on glass and fittings. If furniture, curtains, wallpaper or lighting are still to be installed, book the move-in clean after the fitters leave — otherwise most of it has to be repeated. We don't carry out technical inspections, but anything unusual our specialists notice, such as a crack or a loose seal, is photographed in your Up Report so you can raise it with the developer.
Duplexes, sky villas, penthouses and four-bedroom homes
These homes share multiple zones, several bathrooms, high or double-height ceilings and large glass and drapes. We split the work by zone rather than by room, one specialist per zone, so everything is finished the same day. Glass or curtains above safe ladder height are flagged in advance — we never take risks to reach them.
Riverside humidity
With the Ca Cam river, several pools and — at The Infiniti — around 1,700 m² of water features, moisture tends to settle in closed spaces during the rainy season: wardrobes, shoe cabinets, mattresses, curtains against glass, the back of sofas pushed to the wall. We clean and deodorise wardrobes, wash mattresses and curtains, and clean dehumidifiers if you use one.
