District 7's four wards, and where appliance visits are scheduled regularly
On paper District 7 became four wards on 1 July 2025, under Resolution 1685/NQ-UBTVQH15: Tan Thuan, Phu Thuan, Tan My and Tan Hung. Wards are the local units the city now uses in place of districts. Phu My Hung, a 433-hectare urban area planned for about 100,000 residents, lies in Tan My and Tan Hung.
Visits in Tan My and Tan Hung are scheduled regularly, every day between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM. In Tan Thuan and Phu Thuan we take a booking once the time slot has been confirmed with you.

Homes lived in for years: where limescale, dust and grease end up
Phu My Hung has been settled for many years, and a good many apartments and villas, with the appliances in them, have seen long use. In long-occupied apartments such as those at Sunrise City, tap water leaves a cloudy white mineral deposit on shower heads and glass screens. In a water heater, heated water also drops scale to the bottom of the tank and onto the shower head, the tap and the inlet filter.
Dust follows the fans, coating guards and blades, and a townhouse beside the road collects fine dust faster. The rainy season lasts from May to November with relative humidity around 80%, according to the city government portal; rooms kept shut for days turn musty, and a dehumidifier's tank needs rinsing regularly. The signs are easy to read:
- A weak shower with white scale on the shower head, or hot water that runs poorly or smells odd.
- Fan blades and guards thick with dust, or a purifier showing its filter reminder.
- A dehumidifier tank that smells of mould.
- A burnt smell from the microwave or oven each time food is heated.
Water heaters: what we do, and what we will not do
Where a storage heater has a drain valve, your specialist flushes the sediment from the bottom of the tank as the manufacturer instructs, after the power is off and the water has cooled, so that nobody is scalded. Taking off the flange, the heating element or the magnesium anode rod, or connecting wiring, is electrical work, and we do not do it.

- Instant water heater
- Casing wiped; limescale removed from the shower head, hose, tap and inlet filter where it comes off by hand. The cover stays closed.
- Above a false ceiling, or mounted high
- Only where there is a way in and a safe place for the ladder. We survey from photos first and may decline if safety cannot be assured.
- When the work stops
- A water leak, rust, damaged wiring or an earth-leakage breaker tripping abnormally: your specialist stops, photographs it and asks you to call the service centre or a qualified electrician.
- Price
- There is no list price. Send photos of the heater, its label and where it is fitted, and we reply with a fixed written quote.
Apartments, townhouses and villas: how each home's appliances are handled
The former District 7 has high-rise apartments, townhouses and villas. The job list for each home is drawn up appliance by appliance from the photos you send.
- Apartments in Sunrise City, Midtown, Riviera Point
- Standing fans, an air purifier and a microwave fit easily into one visit. A fan's guard and blades are washed separately and its motor is never sprayed; on a purifier the casing, vents and pre-filter are cleaned, while the HEPA filter is not washed.
- Townhouses on several floors
- Ceiling fans have their blades and light covers wiped in place, where an A-frame ladder can stand securely under the ceiling. The working area on each floor is covered.
- Villas in My Kim, My Thai, Nam Vien
- Many have marble or granite in the hall and living room, so the floor is covered before a ladder goes up. A fan over a double-height space or a skylight needs a photo survey first. If a guest room that stays closed has a dehumidifier, have its tank and filter cleaned before the rains.
- Ovens and microwaves
- Oven trays and racks are soaked and scrubbed separately; the cavity and door glass are cleaned with tools that do not scratch. In a microwave, grease is softened with warm steam and a suitable permitted product, then wiped with clean water; the casing is never opened.
- Rentals and resale apartments
- Many Phu My Hung homes are let furnished, and Sunrise City sees many resales. Appliances left by the last occupant are simpler to clean while the home is empty; the Up Report, our photo record of the visit, notes parts that were already worn or damaged.
What it costs in District 7: price list and examples by household
Each appliance has an all-inclusive price and the visit is the sum of them. Dry dust, old limescale and burnt-on grease take different amounts of time, so the expected duration is written in the quote. Nothing is added without your written agreement.
- Standing, desk or tower fan: 120,000 VND. Ceiling fan: 250,000 VND.
- Air purifier: 350,000 VND. Dehumidifier: 300,000 VND.
- Microwave: 350,000 VND. Freestanding oven: 400,000 VND. Built-in oven: 500,000 VND.
- Mounted high, above a false ceiling or in a tight space: 100,000 VND extra per unit.
- Minimum per visit: 500,000 VND, waived when booked in the same appointment as aircon or washing machine cleaning.
- Apartment in Sunrise City or Midtown
- One microwave, one freestanding oven and two standing fans: 990,000 VND.
- Family with young children
- Two air purifiers from the bedrooms and two standing fans: 940,000 VND.
- Townhouse on several floors
- Three ceiling fans, three standing fans and one microwave: 1,460,000 VND.
- Villa in Phu My Hung
- Five ceiling fans, one dehumidifier, one built-in oven and one microwave: 2,400,000 VND.
- Two standing fans, with washing machine cleaning in District 7
- Booked alone: 500,000 VND, the minimum per visit (the units add up to 240,000 VND). In the same appointment as the washing machine the minimum is waived and the two fans come to 240,000 VND; the washing machine is charged on its own price list.
Clean it yourself or book a specialist: when to stop
You can wipe a fan, clean a microwave or rinse a purifier's pre-filter yourself by following the manual. Booking makes sense when several appliances need doing together, when they have gone a long time without attention, or when you want the work done neatly and recorded in photos.
Stop when the dirt can be reached only by opening the casing, when an appliance smells of burning or leaks current or water, or when a water heater hangs where you would have to stand on the toilet or the bath to reach it. Whoever does the work: unplug first, never spray water on a motor or circuit board, never open the casing, and let a water heater cool fully before touching its pipes.

- A fixed written quote follows and you choose the time. After cleaning, each appliance is switched on with you, and the Up Report follows with before-and-after photos.
- Language
- The enquiry, quote, booking confirmation and Up Report can all be in English. Tell us when booking if you need a specialist who speaks English at home; if that cannot be arranged, we say so beforehand and help by phone or message.
- Towers and guarded estates
- Many District 7 buildings want outside staff registered in advance, ID shown and the service lift used, and some do not allow work resembling construction at weekends; villa and townhouse estates often have guards who log each visitor. We send the specialist's name, photo and contact number beforehand.
- If you are not home
- A key may be left with building management, reception or family. Only the assigned specialist uses it, the times are recorded, and no key is ever copied.
- If something falls short
- Tell us within 48 hours of the Up Report and any item within the agreed scope is redone free of charge. Damage reported within 24 hours with photos is checked against the starting photos and handled under our policy where our specialist is at fault.
- Payment
- After you have checked the work with your specialist, by bank transfer or cash. Invoices are issued on request under Vietnamese regulations by Uptech Technology Solution Company Limited (tax code 0316973414).
