Which ward is Hung Phuc Premier in?
Phu My Hung's website describes Hung Phuc Premier as the ninth apartment project in the Nam Vien district, on 48-metre-wide Nguyen Luong Bang boulevard, and lists it in Tan My ward. Nam Vien was formerly in Tan Phu ward, District 7; Clause 20 of Resolution 1685/NQ-UBTVQH15 merged all of Tan Phu and the rest of Phu My ward into Tan My from 1 July 2025. Neighbouring Hung Phuc – Happy Residence, the name used by VnExpress, Tuoi Tre and Thanh Nien, also fronts Nguyen Luong Bang and is likewise in Tan My.
According to the developer, Hung Phuc Premier sits on about 5,000 m² with two 15-storey towers and around 192 apartments, roughly 60% two-bedroom and 40% three-bedroom; handover began on 20 August 2020. VnExpress (August 2015) described Hung Phuc – Happy Residence as 9,592 m² with four 19-storey towers and 554 apartments of 71–92 m²; the developer held its handover from 31 January to 3 February 2018.
Caring for developer-installed fittings
At handover in 2020 the developer stressed that Hung Phuc Premier homes were finished for immediate move-in, and its 2018 launch article said materials were imported from European countries such as Spain. Kitchen units, built-in wardrobes, stone and sanitaryware have been with you since day one and need the right care to keep their look. We clean gently, dry at once, keep water off cabinet edges and vanity bases, check under-sink cabinets for damp and report it, use neutral products on stone and never abrasive powders on fittings. Unknown surfaces are always tested on a hidden spot first.
Dining chairs, sofas and curtains
With most homes here being two-bedroom units where living and dining share one space, fabric chairs, sofas and curtains take the brunt of sauces, little hands, balcony dust and cooking smells. We clean on site with professional equipment: upholstered dining chairs 55,000 VND each (390,000 VND minimum), fabric sofas 130,000 VND per seat, curtains by the square metre with re-hanging at 100,000 VND if needed. Blot spills straight away rather than rubbing, and plan chairs and curtains every six to twelve months.
Living in Nam Vien's green core
The developer calls Nam Vien the green core of Phu My Hung, with a park of over 4.5 hectares about 700 metres from Hung Phuc Premier and another of nearly 10,000 m² nearby. Lovely to live with, though leaves, pollen and fine dust find their way onto balconies and door tracks. Hung Phuc Premier has a translucent pool on the third floor linking both towers, alongside a gym, function room, BBQ and play area; CafeLand describes a 5,000 m² amenity deck on level two at Happy Residence with a pool, jacuzzi and walking track. Wet towels and swimwear come home daily, so a tidy drying spot and a dry entry floor help between visits.

Rentals, access and independence
The developer highlights several international and foreign schools near Nam Vien, including Japanese, Korean and Taipei schools. If you let your home, between tenancies we recommend a deep clean with curtains, sofa and aircon; the Up Report gives landlords a dated record of condition.
Well-managed buildings typically ask residents to pre-register service staff and route equipment through a designated lift; we follow your building's instructions. Specialist details arrive in advance, reception time after an on-time arrival isn't counted as late, and hours are 07:00–20:00 daily, weekends included. UpClean is independent — not a partner of Phu My Hung or either building's operator.
