Which ward is Sunrise City in now?
Novaland gives the address as 23-25-27 Nguyen Huu Tho, Tan Hung ward, former District 7. Clause 21, Article 1 of Resolution 1685/NQ-UBTVQH15 merged the whole of Tan Phong, Tan Quy, Tan Kieng and Tan Hung into a new ward called Tan Hung from 1 July 2025. None of those wards was split, so all Sunrise City towers are definitely in Tan Hung.
According to Novaland, the development has 12 towers of 31–35 storeys in three clusters, with almost 1 km of frontage on Nguyen Huu Tho. The South cluster was completed in July 2012, the Central cluster was scheduled for handover in December 2014, and the North cluster came in a later phase.
What builds up in a home lived in for ten years
Daily tidying keeps things looking fine, but some grime forms slowly and won't shift with a damp cloth. Cooking vapour coats the hood filter and the tops of kitchen cabinets. Tap water leaves cloudy mineral scale on shower screens and fittings, and grout darkens in damp corners. Mattresses and curtains quietly collect fine dust and odours. A structured deep clean tackles each of these in turn rather than just wiping surfaces.

South, Central or North: where to focus
South (2012): many units have changed owners or tenants at least once — prioritise kitchens, bathrooms and all aircon units in one visit to get the multi-unit discount. Central: equipment has worked for years without obvious wear, so keep aircon, mattresses and curtains on a cycle with a yearly deep clean. North: newer units suit a regular Up Home schedule from the start.
Aircon in an older apartment: what we do and don't do
Weak cooling, a musty smell on start-up and drips from the front panel usually come from dirty filters, coils and drain trays — fixable with a proper clean. We check gas pressure free each time; if it's low, we quote a top-up first (250,000 VND per unit up to 2 HP) and only proceed with your approval. We don't repair or replace parts — if we spot a technical fault, it goes in your Up Report. Cleaning carries a 90-day guarantee against leaks, unusual noise or reduced cooling caused by the work.

Examples use our published rates and assumed floor areas — not official unit sizes for the development. Your final all-in price is confirmed in writing once we know the size and condition.

Bought a resale unit? Clean before you unpack
Sunrise City sees plenty of resales, so many families move into a home someone else has lived in. The best moment to clean is while it's empty: cupboards, wardrobes and bathrooms can be done properly without moving your belongings. If you're renovating — new floors, paint, built-ins — book the clean last; heavy dust from building work is better handled by our post-construction service.
Building access
Large residential complexes usually ask residents to register service staff in advance, show ID at reception and follow lift instructions when bringing equipment. Each management office sets and updates its own rules, and we follow what you or management tell us. Your specialist's details come before every visit; time spent at reception after arriving on time isn't counted as late. We work 07:00–20:00 every day.
