Which ward is Midtown in now?
Phu My Hung Midtown occupies lots M5 to M8 on Nguyen Luong Bang and was formerly addressed in Tan Phu ward, District 7. Clause 20, Article 1 of Resolution 1685/NQ-UBTVQH15 merged the whole of that Tan Phu ward, plus the remainder of Phu My ward, into the new Tan My ward from 1 July 2025 — so all four sub-zones are in Tan My. (This Tan Phu is the old District 7 ward, not Tan Phu district on the west side of the city.)
VnExpress describes Midtown as a complex of more than 5.6 hectares; The Peak, the final sub-zone, began handover on 16 November 2021 and completed in Q1 2022. CafeLand lists The Grande's units as one to four bedrooms, roughly 69–249 m².
Looking after premium finishes
VnExpress reported that The Peak used mostly European-imported materials and fittings, and the earlier sub-zones are similarly upmarket. Clean isn't enough here — the method has to preserve gloss, plating and colour for years. We test on a hidden spot first, use microfibre and non-scratch tools, keep acidic cleaners away from natural stone, dry plated taps to avoid water marks and treat shower-screen seals gently. Existing damage such as etched stone or worn plating is photographed and discussed, never attacked with harsh methods.
Living next to the park and the river
According to VnExpress, The Peak sits beside Sakura Park and the widest stretch of Midtown's river. Lovely to live with, but breezes carry fine dust and leaf debris onto balconies, humidity slows drying of fabrics, and afternoon sun falls on curtains and sofas near the glass. Ho Chi Minh City's rainy season runs May to November with average humidity around 79.5%, so we suggest washing curtains and mattresses on dry days, ventilating afterwards and keeping wardrobes on the regular Up Home list.
Why a regular Up Home schedule suits Midtown
Weekends are precious for busy families. Up Home is hourly care with a fixed checklist: dusting, kitchen, bathrooms, bed linen, vacuuming and floors each week; inside glass and door tracks each quarter; aircon, mattresses and fabric sofas every six months; a full deep clean and large curtains once a year. Members are matched with a consistent team where possible, and we keep a home profile of furniture positions, materials and household preferences.

Access and building management
Well-run premium buildings typically ask residents to pre-register service providers, check ID at reception and direct equipment to a particular lift. Each building sets its own rules, and we follow the instructions you or management pass on. Specialist details arrive before each visit; time at reception after an on-time arrival isn't counted as late. Hours are 07:00–20:00 daily.
