Scenic Valley apartment cleaning — care for homes shared by grandparents, parents and children

Phu My Hung describes Scenic Valley as part of the Medical Campus District of Phu My Hung City Center, and CafeLand places it on Ton Dat Tien street. CafeLand gives Scenic Valley 2's address as 801 Nguyen Van Linh, Tan Phu ward, District 7, at the Nguyen Van Linh – Nguyen Luong Bang junction. Clause 20 of Resolution 1685/NQ-UBTVQH15 merged the whole of Tan Phu ward (District 7) with the remainder of Phu My ward into Tan My ward from 1 July 2025, so Scenic Valley residents are now in Tan My. If your documents show a different address, just let us know.

According to the developer, Scenic Valley covers 32,548 m² with about 30% site coverage, seven blocks of 16–24 storeys and 1,202 units: Block B from 74 to 155 m², the C, D and E blocks from 70 to 110 m². Scenic Valley 2 is roughly 1.4 hectares with 248 apartments, around 80% of them about 70 m², above a retail podium from ground to fourth floor.

When Tuoi Tre covered the third phase in late 2014, it noted that Scenic Valley was aimed at multi-generational families wanting to live close together. A home shared by grandparents, parents and young children runs at a busier pace — more cooking, more laundry, bedrooms in use day and night. We focus on three things: beds and textiles, bathrooms, and the routes people use around the home. Grandparents' rooms get washed mattresses and pillows and dry floors; children's play mats and small sofas are cleaned and toys returned to their boxes; shared bathrooms are descaled and dried; switches, handles and the dining table are wiped every Up Home visit.

Beds quietly collect skin flakes, sweat and dust mites. We vacuum deeply, wash with professional equipment in your home and can add intensive mite treatment for 100,000 VND per mattress. Duvets, pillows and protectors are steam-cleaned and deodorised at home: 390,000 VND per bed, 20% off alongside mattress cleaning. In Ho Chi Minh City's rainy season, roughly May to November, fabrics dry more slowly, so we book mattress work for dry mornings and advise on ventilation afterwards. As a guide: children's or allergy-prone family members' mattresses every six months, the main bedroom every six to twelve.

CafeLand reports that more than half of Scenic Valley's units are about 70–77 m². The second bedroom often doubles as a grandparent's room, a study and storage. In a deep clean we do wardrobe interiors, wardrobe tops, under beds and bookshelves, putting everything back or grouping it as you direct — we never throw anything away. Closed wardrobes can smell musty in humid months; wardrobe odour treatment is 350,000 VND each (with a 800,000 VND visit minimum, so best done for several wardrobes at once), and bedroom air purifiers can be cleaned for 350,000 VND, ideally alongside an aircon service so the appliance minimum is waived.

Deep clean 1,650,000 VND; three aircon units 775,000 VND; 4-seat fabric sofa 520,000 VND.

Example: Block B, 150 m²

Deep clean 2,250,000 VND; four aircon units 1,050,000 VND; 22 m² curtains 880,000 VND.

Professionally managed buildings usually ask residents to pre-register service providers, check ID at reception and send equipment up a designated lift. Each building sets its own rules and we follow the instructions you pass on. Specialist details arrive before every visit; waiting at reception after an on-time arrival isn't counted as late.
