Where we take mattress bookings in Go Vap's six wards
Go Vap's administrative map was redrawn twice during 2025: on 1 January Wards 4, 7 and 9 were folded into other wards and Ward 13 was split, and from 1 July, under Resolution 1685/NQ-UBTVQH15, the remaining twelve became six. Title deeds, leases and utility bills often keep the old address; either version works.
Mattress cleaning can be booked in every ward below from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Saturdays and Sundays included. Go Vap is not among our regular service areas, so the arrival time is settled at booking.
- Hanh Thong ward
- Made up of the old Wards 1 and 3. The Industrial University of Ho Chi Minh City, at 12 Nguyen Van Bao, is in this ward.
- An Nhon ward
- The old Wards 5 and 6, stretching along Phan Van Tri with rows of joined townhouses.
- Go Vap ward
- Formerly Wards 10 and 17; the CityLand Park Hills urban area at 18 Phan Van Tri is here.
- An Hoi Dong ward
- The old Wards 15 and 16: the residential north, with a web of alleys around Le Duc Tho.
- Thong Tay Hoi ward
- Formerly Wards 8 and 11, lying between Quang Trung and Thong Nhat.
- An Hoi Tay ward
- The old Wards 12 and 14, densely built along Quang Trung and Pham Van Chieu.
Bedrooms up narrow stairs: why Go Vap mattresses are cleaned where they lie
Go Vap counted more than 676,000 people in the 2019 census, as reported by Thanh Nien, and most live in narrow-fronted tube houses built against their neighbours, with bedrooms upstairs reached by a small, steep staircase. Taking a 1.8 m mattress down, out to a shop and back up again is hard work and can scuff the walls and dent the corners.

- Hair is vacuumed in several passes and marks treated separately; please keep pets in another room.
Spring, latex, foam or pressed cotton: one method for each
Your specialist asks the type, size and age of each mattress beforehand and prepares to the Up Standard, the procedure our specialists are trained to; a photo of the sewn-in label helps.

- Surface and border cleaned, water extracted at once so damp does not settle in the spring frame.
- Natural latex
- Latex dislikes standing water, heat and strong sun; very little solution is used and it is drawn back immediately, to help the mattress keep its bounce.
- Soft foam
- Foam dents under pressure, so the solution is misted thinly and the extraction head passed slowly several times.
- Pressed cotton or tri-fold
- Common in rented rooms and children's rooms. The specialist identifies the filling from a label photo before proposing a method and a price by size.

- Cleaned in place with the mattress and priced by size.
What mattress cleaning in Go Vap costs: examples by household
Each mattress is priced by width, for one side: 350,000 VND for a single under 1.4 m, 450,000 VND for 1.6 m, 550,000 VND for 1.8–2 m. The underside adds 120,000 VND; intensive dust-mite treatment adds 100,000 VND for that mattress. The total is sent in writing before the day.
- No extra charge for tools, solutions, protective covers or moisture extraction. Every visit ends with an Up Report, and anything below standard is redone free if you tell us within 48 hours of receiving it.
- Stains set in for years often only fade. You are told before work starts, and nothing outside the quote is added without your written agreement.

Alleys, steep stairs and guarded estates: before the visit
Many alley houses have no parking at the door, so tell us the nearest place to leave a vehicle; the specialist brings the kit in small loads and keeps the shared lane clear. Guarded estates and managed buildings often want to know who is coming: we send your specialist's name and portrait the day before, and time at the gate after an on-time arrival is not counted as lateness.
Strip the sheets, pillowcases and duvet before the visit; if you are busy, the specialist does it and folds them.
International residents and landlords: English, access, payment, booking

- Choose a time between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM; once it is confirmed, your specialist's name and photo follow.
- Each side takes about 45–60 minutes. Changes and cancellations are free with 24 hours' notice; later cancellations carry a 30% fee.

- Enquiries, quotes, booking confirmations and the Up Report can all be in English. To have a specialist who speaks English in your home, note it when you book; if we cannot arrange one, we tell you in advance and support you by phone or message.
- If you are away
- Someone you trust can open the door and check the work; the photo report still comes straight to you.
