Aircon cleaning in Go Vap — Hanh Thong, An Nhon, An Hoi Tay

Go Vap's map changed twice in 2025. On 1 January several wards merged, leaving 12; on 1 July, under Resolution 1685/NQ-UBTVQH15, those 12 were paired into six wards, the local units that replaced districts across the city. Give us the house number and street, or the development name, and we match the address.

We take bookings in all six wards, 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM, every day. Go Vap is outside our regular areas, so the slot is agreed at booking.

Hanh Thong ward

Old Wards 1 and 3 (Ward 1 had absorbed Wards 4 and 7), including CityLand Center Hills at 2 Nguyen Oanh.

An Nhon ward

Old Wards 5 and 6, with CityLand Garden Hills at 168 Phan Van Tri.

Go Vap ward

Old Wards 10 and 17, with the CityLand Park Hills urban area at 18 Phan Van Tri, close to 27 hectares.

An Hoi Dong ward

Old Wards 15 and 16, in the north, with many small alleys around Le Duc Tho and Thong Nhat.

Go Vap is one of the city's most populous districts, with more than 676,000 residents in the 2019 census as reported by Thanh Nien. Many families live in tube houses, narrow terraced houses of several storeys built wall to wall, in alleys off Quang Trung, Nguyen Oanh, Phan Van Tri and Le Duc Tho.

Outdoor units hang on the front wall, sit on a balcony awning or crowd together on the roof terrace. Hot air that cannot escape is drawn back in, so the unit runs longer and uses more power, and dusty fins make it worse. Indoors, the ground-floor living room takes in alley dust and motorbike fumes each time the door opens. With the city's average humidity of about 79.5% and rain from May to November, indoor units collect damp dust, smell and drip.

• Black dust on the louvre and filter of the ground-floor unit.
• The top-floor unit slow to cool at midday when outdoor units stand close together on the roof.
• Water dripping onto the wall or the bed head from a blocked condensate drain.

Every unit gets the same Up Standard clean, the procedure our Up specialists are trained to: filters, coil, blower wheel, drip tray and drain, the outdoor unit from a safe position, then a test run and gas reading.

Tube house in an alley

1–1.5 HP wall-mounted units at 250,000 VND on each floor. Stairs and bed heads are covered, and a compact kit moves floor by floor so the stairway stays clear.

CityLand townhouse or villa

Living rooms often have a floor-standing unit (500,000 VND), a ceiling cassette (550,000 VND) or a ducted unit (700,000 VND per indoor unit); the ceiling hatch is checked before the method is confirmed.

Apartment

Wall-mounted units at 250,000 VND, or 300,000 VND from 2 HP; the outdoor units are usually on the service loggia.

Street-front business

Ceiling units run for hours in shops, eateries and clinics; we can come early in the morning or after closing, within 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM.

In one visit, every unit from unit 3 onwards is 10% off, and the two most expensive stay at list price. The total is sent beforehand and changes only with your written agreement.

• Included: labour, tools, solutions, covers and the water-collection bag, the outdoor unit where safely reachable, and the Up Report, our photo record of the visit.
• Gas pressure is checked free. A top-up is quoted first and done only with your approval: R32 or R410A from 250,000 VND per unit up to 2 HP; cassette and floor-standing units, and other gas types, are priced after measuring.

Tell us where to park, where each circuit breaker is and how to reach the roof terrace. On managed estates such as CityLand, and in apartment buildings, outside staff are often registered in advance: we send your specialist's name and photo, and time spent at the gate after an on-time arrival does not count as lateness.

• No standing on a metal roof, an awning or a window ledge without a safety anchor point.
• Dirty water stays in the collection bag, never in the alley or on a neighbour's roof.

• Ground-floor room by the alley, or a bedroom used every night: about every 3 months, rinsing the downstairs filter monthly.
• Sun-facing top floor: have the outdoor unit cleaned before the hot months of March and April.
• Rarely used rooms: about every 6 months; sooner with young children, older people or allergies at home.

90-day warranty

Leaks, unusual noise or weaker cooling caused by the cleaning are put right free. Anything below standard is redone free if you tell us within 48 hours of the Up Report.

Verified and on time

Identity-verified specialists, name and photo sent before each visit. More than 15 minutes late means 10% off the bill for that visit.

In English

Enquiries, quotes, booking confirmations and the Up Report can all be in English. If you would like a specialist who speaks English in your home, note it when you book; if we cannot arrange one, we say so in advance and support you by phone or message.

If you are out

Leave a key with family, reception or building management. Only the assigned specialist uses it, times are recorded and keys are never copied; the walk-through, your check of the finished work, can be a video call.

Payment

After the walk-through, by bank transfer or cash. Invoices are issued on request under Vietnamese regulations, for individuals and companies.
