Phu My Hung is a 433-hectare urban area planned for about 100,000 residents in the former District 7 of Ho Chi Minh City, along Nguyen Van Linh, Nguyen Luong Bang and Ton Dat Tien. Districts ended on 1 July 2025 under Resolution 1685/NQ-UBTVQH15, and the city now works in wards, smaller local units. Phu My Hung lies in two of them: Tan My, formed from the old Tan Phu ward and the rest of Phu My, and Tan Hung, which joined the old Tan Phong, Tan Quy, Tan Kieng and Tan Hung wards. We are in both every day from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

Phu My Hung went up in stages. On the published dates, Sky Garden 3 was handed over from the third quarter of 2010, Happy Valley in 2015, Riverpark Premier at the end of 2018, Hung Phuc Premier from August 2020 and The Peak at Midtown from November 2021.

More than ten years old: Sky Garden, Happy Valley

At Happy Valley, shower screens and shower heads carry scale after about ten years. Heated water also drops sediment to the bottom of a storage tank; where the heater has a drain valve, your Up specialist, the UpClean staff member who does the work, flushes it out with the power off and the water cooled.

Handed over between 2018 and 2020: Riverpark Premier, Hung Phuc

The appliances are not old but have run for years. Fans, purifiers and the microwave are worth washing properly once, instead of a wipe on the outside.

New: The Peak

VnExpress noted that most materials and fittings here were imported from Europe. An oven with grease-absorbing panels or a special enamel lining is cleaned as its label instructs, and no water is left standing on stone or gloss cabinet doors beside it.

Compact apartments at Sky Garden

Homes of 56–106 m² where the bedroom sits beside the loggia used for drying laundry, so lint and damp spread quickly. Fans, and a dehumidifier if you run one, fit into one visit.

Tuoi Tre once described Scenic Valley as built for families of several generations who want to live close together. More than half the apartments are about 70–77 m², and the second bedroom, the grandparents' room or a child's study, is used day and night.

Air purifiers in bedrooms

Casing, intake, outlet and pre-filter are cleaned for 350,000 VND each. HEPA and activated-carbon filters mostly cannot be washed; have the right filter for your model ready and the specialist fits it. Booking alongside aircon cleaning is the convenient way, because the separate minimum then does not apply.

Low floors facing the main roads

Near the Nguyen Van Linh and Nguyen Luong Bang junction these apartments take in more fine dust, so fan guards and pre-filters fill sooner.

Young households at Hung Phuc

The living room and dining table share one space, so smells from the kitchen travel. A greasy microwave or oven gives off a burnt smell each time it heats; the grease is softened with warm steam, wiped away and the cavity wiped again with clean water.

Riverpark Premier

Mostly three-bedroom apartments with several bathrooms. Send a photo of each water heater and we put them in one quote.

Happy Valley duplexes and Sky Garden penthouses

Duplexes run from 170 to 325 m² and penthouses from 174 to 500 m². A ceiling fan or hanging light over a void is cleaned only within safe reach of an A-frame ladder; anything higher needs photos first, and we may decline.

Marble and granite floors are covered before a ladder is set up. Ceiling fans are 250,000 VND each, and an appliance mounted high or in the ceiling adds 100,000 VND.

Beside parks, a golf course and water

The Peak stands next to Sakura Park and a stretch of river, Happy Valley looks onto a golf course, a river and a park, and Nam Vien is the green core of the area. Wind carries dry leaves, pollen and fine dust onto the loggia, so a fan kept by the loggia door deserves a closer eye here.

• Before starting: photos of each appliance as found, a test run, then the plug out or its own switch off.
• Fans: guard and blades washed separately; narrow tower-fan vents cleaned with a soft brush and a vacuum; ceiling fans wiped where they hang.
• Dehumidifiers: water tank, filter and casing; the refrigeration unit stays sealed.
• Microwaves and ovens: cavity, door glass, trays, racks and turntable. A microwave's casing is never opened, as it holds high-voltage parts.
• Water heaters: casing and bracket wiped, sediment flushed through the drain valve where there is one; on an instant heater, limescale removed from the shower head, hose and a hand-removable inlet filter.
• Not done: repairs, replacement parts, electrical connections, or removing the flange, heating element or anode rod.

Mounted high or in the ceiling: 100,000 VND more. The minimum per visit is 500,000 VND, waived when you book aircon or washing machine cleaning in the same appointment. Water heaters and anything unlisted are quoted from photos, with no survey fee, and nothing is added to a quote without your written agreement.

Language

We can deal with you in English throughout, from the enquiry and the quote to the Up Report, the photo record sent after the visit. Ask when you book for a specialist who speaks English in the home; if we cannot provide one we say so beforehand and support you by phone or message.

Registration

Residents of a Phu My Hung tower normally have to register outside staff in advance, and some buildings restrict work that resembles construction at weekends. You receive the specialist's name, photo and contact number before the visit.

Timing

Sky Garden and Happy Valley stand on Nguyen Van Linh, often congested at rush hour; early morning or early afternoon is easier to keep.

Keys and payment

A key may be left with building management, reception or family; only the assigned specialist handles it and it is never copied.
