Which wards make up District 7 now?
Under Resolution 1685/NQ-UBTVQH15, the former District 7 was reorganised on 1 July 2025 into four wards: Tan My, Tan Hung, Tan Thuan and Phu Thuan. Districts were abolished on the same date, so 'District 7' lives on as an everyday name rather than an official one.
The Phu My Hung urban area, planned over 433 hectares, lies across Tan My and Tan Hung. Tan My is a new name, while Tan Hung and Phu Thuan kept old ward names but now cover more ground. When you book, just give us the building or neighbourhood and unit number — we know both the old and new addresses.

- Tan Hung ward

Key developments in District 7 and their wards
Based on each project's address and Clauses 20 and 21, Article 1 of Resolution 1685/NQ-UBTVQH15, the old wards involved were merged whole, so each development below sits in a single new ward. Each has its own page on our site, and the Phu My Hung area page covers the township as a whole.
- Phu My Hung Midtown
- Four zones — The Grande, The Symphony, The Signature and The Peak; formerly Tan Phu ward, now Tan My ward.
- Scenic Valley and Riverpark Premier
- Scenic Valley 1 and 2 in the Medical Services zone and Riverpark Premier in the Canh Doi neighbourhood; both formerly Tan Phu ward, now Tan My ward.
- Riviera Point — 584 Huynh Tan Phat
- A Keppel Land and Tan Truong development with its early towers, The View and The Infiniti; formerly Tan Phu ward, now Tan My ward.

District 7 homes and what they need
District 7 has a wider mix of homes than most of the city. Inside Phu My Hung, apartment towers sit between rows of townhouses and low-rise villa neighbourhoods such as My Kim, My Thai and Nam Vien; along Nguyen Huu Tho and around the Kenh Te canal are large apartment complexes like Sunrise City and Him Lam Riverside. Many developments have had residents for more than a decade, alongside towers only recently handed over.
So there's no one-size-fits-all checklist. We plan each job around the type of home, its age and how your household lives before we quote.
- Apartments lived in for years
- Grease builds up on the splashback and cooker hood, limescale clouds the shower screen and grit settles in balcony door tracks. A ceiling-to-floor deep clean deals with the slow build-up weekly cleaning misses.
- Large units, duplexes and penthouses
- Several bathrooms, high ceilings, big glazing and long curtains. We split the work by zone — living, bedrooms, kitchen and laundry — so the whole home is finished neatly.
- Villas with stone floors
- Marble and granite are wiped only with a gentle product made for stone; grinding and polishing to restore the shine is a separate service with its own survey. Villas are priced at the villa rate.
- Multi-storey townhouses
- Stairs, roof terraces, balconies on every floor and a street-facing front; we work from the top floor down, priced at the townhouse rate.
End-of-tenancy cleaning for rentals
Phu My Hung is often described as a multicultural township, with the Taipei School, the Japanese School, the Canadian International School and the Korean International School inside the area, and many international families live here. Plenty of apartments and villas are let furnished and change occupants with each lease, and the gap between two leases is the easiest time for a full clean.
Book as soon as the outgoing tenant hands back the keys, leaving enough time for mattresses, sofas and curtains to dry fully. The Up Report records each room before and after in photos — a clear handover record for landlord, tenant and agent. A typical turnaround covers:
- Every aircon unit cleaned, with drip trays and drain lines checked
- Mattresses cleaned and treated for dust mites; sofas and curtains cleaned
- Kitchen, cooker hood, fridge, bathrooms and glass deep cleaned
- Washing machine cleaned, including the door seal on front-loaders
- Wardrobes, drawers, shelves and balcony door tracks wiped out
Aircon cleaning in District 7: several types under one roof
A Phu My Hung home often has several types of aircon: wall-mounted units in bedrooms, a ceiling cassette in a larger apartment's living room, a floor-standing unit in a townhouse or villa, and sometimes ducted units to keep ceilings clean-lined. Humid weather and long running hours clog filters, coils and drip trays quickly — hence the smells, drips and weak cooling.
We protect walls, floors and furniture, clean the indoor unit with a purpose-made drip bag, and flush the tray and drain line. Outdoor units are cleaned only where they can be reached safely; we'll tell you in advance if yours can't.
- Wall-mounted 250,000 VND, 2 HP+ 300,000 VND, ceiling cassette 550,000 VND, floor-standing 500,000 VND, ducted 700,000 VND; 10% off each unit from the 3rd in the same visit
- Gas pressure checked free; if it's low, we quote the top-up first and only do it with your go-ahead
- 90-day guarantee against leaks, unusual noise or reduced cooling caused by the cleaning
- We don't repair or replace components; any fault we spot goes in the Up Report so you can arrange a repair

Working with building management and estate guards
Many apartment buildings in the former District 7 ask residents to register outside staff in advance, check ID at the lobby, and set a service lift and working hours; some limit construction-type work at weekends, and many villa and townhouse neighbourhoods have guards who log visitors. Rules vary, so we ask when you book and follow them.
We send your specialist's name and photo ahead of every visit. Just let reception or the guard know, or tell us who to contact. Time spent on lobby formalities after arriving on time never counts as late.
While working, we keep corridors quiet, never block fire exits, and dispose of rubbish and dirty water where the building specifies. For townhouses and villas, just show us where to park and which tap and socket we can use.
Booking and scheduling in District 7
Tan My and Tan Hung, the wards covering Phu My Hung, are on our regular schedule from 07:00 to 20:00 every day; in Tan Thuan and Phu Thuan we confirm a time slot before booking. We don't promise travel times, but we schedule with a buffer to keep to your appointment, and our coordinator will let you know in advance if anything unexpected comes up.
Mornings suit deep cleans and soft furnishings, giving everything the day to dry. Aircon can be done at any time that fits your building's rules. Book a few days ahead for your preferred slot, especially at weekends and in the weeks before Tet.
- Aircon in daily use: every 3–4 months; lightly used units every 6 months
- Mattresses: about every 6 months; everyday sofas every 6–12 months, sooner with young children or pets
- Deep cleaning: seasonally, before Tet, or between tenants
- Up Home: weekly or fortnightly to keep the house in order
