Phu My Hung today: which building is in which ward
District 7 no longer exists on paper. Since 1 July 2025 the city has been divided into wards, the administrative unit below the city, and Resolution 1685/NQ-UBTVQH15 placed the old Tan Phu ward in Tan My and the old Tan Phong ward in Tan Hung. Phu My Hung, 433 hectares along Nguyen Van Linh and Nguyen Luong Bang, sits in those two wards. The development's name is all we need.

- Scenic Valley and Scenic Valley 2 in the medical services quarter; Riverpark Premier (towers A, B, C) in Canh Doi; Midtown, Hung Phuc Premier and Hung Phuc – Happy Residence on Nguyen Luong Bang.

- My Kim, My Thai, Nam Vien and the houses around Crescent Lake. A mattress is cleaned in its own bedroom, on whichever floor that is.
Grandparents, parents and children in one flat: which bed first
Start with the room that is needed soonest. Scenic Valley was aimed at families of several generations, Tuoi Tre newspaper noted in 2014, and the property site CafeLand puts more than half its units at about 70–77 m²; in a flat that size the second bedroom serves the grandparents one year and a child's homework the next. Riverpark Premier is mostly three-bedroom units of 112–132 m². Beds in homes like these are used day and night, so the visit is planned so that everyone has somewhere to sleep that evening.
- The grandparents' room
- First thing in the morning, so the mattress is dry by bedtime. If they nap after lunch, prepare a temporary bed. Things around the bed stay where they are.
- The children's room
- Add intensive dust-mite treatment and repeat every 3–4 months. Cleaning keeps dust down in the bedroom; it is not a substitute for a doctor's advice if a child keeps sneezing.
- The main bedroom
- About every six months. Both sides only if the mattress is made to be flipped; otherwise the top and the borders are usually enough.
- Pillows, duvet and protector
- Done in the same visit, the whole bed is clean at once, and the bedding part is 20% off when booked with mattress cleaning.
Loggias, pools and greenery: where bedroom damp comes from
The city's rainy season runs from May to November and average relative humidity is 79.5%, according to the city government portal. Inside Phu My Hung, damp also has sources close to the bed.
- Sky Garden, 56–106 m²
- The bedroom is often next to the loggia where laundry dries, and that moisture drifts in. Air the room on dry mornings.
- Buildings with a pool
- Riverpark Premier, Scenic Valley and Hung Phuc Premier all have one. Wet towels and swimwear come home daily; hang them on the loggia, not over the bed frame.
- Happy Valley and Midtown
- Water, lawns and parkland beside the towers slow the drying of fabrics in the rainy season, so book a dry morning.
- Flats lived in for over ten years
- A mattress kept for years in a damp room may show mould spots. Spots on the cover can be cleaned and faded; if mould has reached the core, the specialist says so plainly, including when replacement is the more sensible choice.
Duplexes, penthouses and villas: several mattresses over two visits
With five or six mattresses, we list them floor by floor before fixing the number of visits. Happy Valley has two-storey duplexes of 170–325 m², Sky Garden has penthouses of 174–500 m², and the villas of My Kim, My Thai and Nam Vien have bedrooms on several floors. Each side takes 45–60 minutes and each mattress 6–8 hours to dry, so beds slept in nightly come first and guest rooms later; a large job is split in two so there is always a dry bed. For both sides, say so when booking, so the specialist can plan how to turn a heavy mattress.
Spring, latex, foam, toppers: how each is cleaned
The core decides how much water is used. An Up specialist, the identity-verified UpClean staff member who does the work, checks the construction, the cover and the label first. In every case the work is on the cover and the surface, and the core stays dry.

- Moisture inside the steel frame is slow to leave, so the solution is sprayed thinly and extracted at once; the side vents are cleaned carefully.
- Natural latex
- Low moisture only. No hot air, no drying lamps and no direct sun, which age the surface.
- Memory foam
- It takes up liquid like a sponge and recovers slowly, so it is handled lightly, with no leaning on the surface.
- Toppers, folding and pressed-cotton mattresses
- A topper is quoted by size. Feather or cotton fillings, folding and pressed-cotton mattresses are assessed from photos before we accept them.

One side costs 350,000 VND (under 1.4 m), 450,000 VND (1.6 m) or 550,000 VND (1.8–2 m). Per mattress, the underside adds 120,000 VND and intensive dust-mite treatment 100,000 VND. The households below are assumed; your own figure reaches you in writing before the booking is fixed.

On the day: your building, the bedroom and drying
- Buildings here ask residents to register outside staff; we send the specialist's name and photo so you can. We are independent of the developer and of building management.
- Strip the bed, clear the bedside and leave a power socket free near the bed.
- Book a morning slot. Afterwards run the aircon in Dry mode, or open the windows and set a fan across the surface.
- Leave the sheets off until the surface no longer feels cool and damp under your palm.
- No hairdryer or heater, and never carry a latex or foam mattress into the sun.

- Language
- Quotes, booking confirmations, the Up Report and any questions can be handled in English. Ask when you book if you would like an English-speaking specialist at home; should that not be possible, you hear from us in advance and we assist by phone or message.
- When nobody is home
- A key may be left with reception, building management or a relative. It is handled only by the assigned specialist, with the times recorded, and is never copied. For a smart lock, a temporary code works well.
- Paying
- By bank transfer or cash once you have checked the work, in person or on a video call. Invoices are available on request for individuals and companies.
