Where we work in Phu My Hung, and which ward that is
Phu My Hung is a 433-hectare urban area that belonged to District 7 until districts were abolished on 1 July 2025 (Resolution 1685/NQ-UBTVQH15). It now lies in two wards, the unit that follows the street in an address: Tan My, formed from the old Tan Phu ward, and Tan Hung, which took in the old Tan Phong.
We are in both wards every week, so an Up Home visit for a household with pets can keep the same day and hour, between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM. Up Home, our regular hourly home care, is looked after by the same team where possible, with notes on your home kept on file.

Compact flats at Sky Garden and Hung Phuc: living room, kitchen and litter box in one space
A short visit every week does more here than one big clean now and then. The business site CafeF puts ordinary Sky Garden units at about 56–106 m², with the living room open to the dining table and kitchen and a bedroom beside the laundry loggia; at Hung Phuc – Happy Residence, where most units are 71–76 m², living room and dining table also share one space. Hair drifts from sofa to kitchen, and odours fill the flat within a few busy days. The 3-hour Up Home minimum is enough for most one- and two-bedroom flats.
- Each visit: hair off the floors and fabrics, floors mopped, kitchen, bathrooms and the pets' feeding area cleaned.
- Around the litter box: floor, skirting and grout, where litter scatters and urine splashes.
- Under beds and sofas and between cushions, hair gathers in clumps, so these are vacuumed separately.
Three-bedroom flats, duplexes and penthouses: more fabric, more favourite spots
In a large home we list the work space by space, then separate weekly jobs from quarterly ones. Riverpark Premier is mostly three-bedroom units of 112–132 m², The Grande at Midtown runs from one to four bedrooms, Happy Valley has two-storey duplexes and Sky Garden has penthouses. More rooms mean more places a pet settles: the big sofa, the living-room rug, each bed.

- In a duplex, the internal stairs are vacuumed and wiped step by step during a deep clean. On natural stone, urine or vomit is wiped with a suitable non-acidic product and dried at once.
Three generations at Scenic Valley: before grandparents or a baby move in
A flat that already has a dog or cat is worth a deep clean before a grandparent or a newborn arrives. Scenic Valley was planned for families of several generations, Tuoi Tre newspaper wrote in 2014, and more than half its units are around 70–77 m². We vacuum hair first and mop last, clean under beds and inside wardrobes, wash the mattress in the room being prepared, with dust-mite treatment if you want it, and wash or deodorise the sofa. Specialists work quietly and order the rooms so that older relatives have somewhere to rest. We clean; we do not give medical advice.
What it costs in Phu My Hung: the listed lines, added up
A quote is a sum of listed lines; there is no package rate. The usual ones: Up Home 130,000 VND an hour; sofa odour treatment 80,000 VND a seat (from 300,000 VND a visit); fabric sofa washing 130,000 VND a seat (from 390,000 VND); synthetic rugs 35,000 VND per m² (from 350,000 VND); curtains 40,000 VND per m² (from 400,000 VND); apartment deep cleaning 15,000 VND per m² (from 900,000 VND). The households below are made up; yours is confirmed in writing before the visit.

Urine odour and your pets' safety: the order we work in
Urine is the hardest stain in a home with pets, because it travels: through the fabric into the foam, through the pile into the rug backing, into the grout lines. The top dries and the rest stays. So the specialist starts by finding the stains, lets a product made for organic stains reach as far as the urine reached and leaves it to work; only then come spray extraction and drying. Ammonia and vinegar are ruled out, because to a pet they smell of urine and invite a return to the same place. Fresh stains usually respond well. One that has sat in foam for a long time often smells much less afterwards but may not clear; a test comes first, and you are told what result is likely.
- Before we arrive, settle pets in a shut room with drinking water, or with a relative. Feeding, walking and handling them is not our specialists' role.
- Products are approved for sale, diluted as the label directs, used singly and low in fragrance; bottles and buckets stay out of reach.
- Afterwards the rooms are aired, and you are told when floors and fabrics are dry enough for pets to come back.
Villas with gardens, fleas and ticks
Fleas and ticks are not part of a cleaning visit. A vacuum takes away some eggs and larvae, but the places they live in (floor gaps, skirting, pet beds) need treatment by a qualified provider. - You can enquire, receive your quote and confirmation and read the Up Report, our photo report after every visit, in English. An English-speaking specialist at home depends on the schedule: mention it when booking, and if it cannot be arranged we tell you first and help by phone or message.

- Residents are asked to register outside staff beforehand, so you receive the specialist's name and photo. We are independent of the developer and of every management office. At Sky Garden, where CafeF notes rush-hour congestion on Nguyen Van Linh, pick a slot outside peak hours.
- Booking and after
- WhatsApp or Zalo 0968 726 135, with the development, the species and number of pets and where the stains are. If any item within the agreed scope disappoints, reply to the Up Report within 48 hours and it is redone free. Payment follows your check of the work.
