Where Phu My Hung is, and where we take Tết bookings
Phu My Hung is a 433-hectare urban area in what used to be District 7 of Ho Chi Minh City. The city no longer has districts: since 1 July 2025, under Resolution 1685/NQ-UBTVQH15, addresses here belong to Tan My ward or Tan Hung ward, a ward being the local administrative unit. A title deed that still names the old wards makes no difference when you book.
We schedule both wards regularly, from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM on any day of the week.

Tết dates, and the order of work for a house about to fill up
Tết Eve is Friday, 5 February 2027; the first day follows on Saturday. Some Phu My Hung apartments house three generations, and the holiday is also when relatives arrive from far away. Requests rise at the end of the year while cleaning teams have limited hours, so a home with a long list, or one that wants a Saturday or Sunday, should reserve early.
- Three to four weeks before: aircon, then curtains, sofas, mattresses and rugs. These jobs make dust, use water and need to dry.
- Two weeks before: the family goes through cupboards, the storeroom and the balcony and decides what to keep; the specialist wipes down afterwards.
- The last week: the deep clean of the whole home, so that it is still fresh on New Year's Eve.

Apartments ten to fifteen years old: Sky Garden and Happy Valley
Sky Garden 3 was scheduled for handover from 2010 and Happy Valley was handed over in 2015. In homes of that age the year-end clean is better spent on what has built up over years than on floors that are mopped every week.
- Kitchen
- Grease builds up on the range-hood filter, on top of the cabinets and on the wall tiles behind the hob. On old painted or laminate cabinet doors the product is tried in a hidden spot first.
- Bathroom
- Darkened grout, stained glass-door seals, scale on the shower screen and fittings. Grout that has cracked or come away is photographed and reported, since cleaning cannot replace a repair.
- Cassette aircon in the living room
- After years of use, dust sits deep in the indoor unit. A cassette is 550,000 VND at the listed price, gas-pressure check included.
- Loggias, duplexes and penthouses
- Door tracks are vacuumed, then wiped. In a duplex the internal stairs and handrail are wiped step by step, and glass beside a double-height space is cleaned only within safe reach from the floor or an A-frame ladder. A penthouse roof terrace is listed as a separate area.
Three generations under one roof: Scenic Valley, Riverpark Premier, Midtown
Scenic Valley was planned for families of several generations, and more than half of its apartments measure about 70–77 m²; Riverpark Premier is mainly three-bedroom apartments of 112–132 m² with several bathrooms and a lot of fabric. In a small apartment belongings pile up over the years, so the sorting stage two weeks before Tết matters most. In a large one the work usually takes two visits.
- The grandparents' room
- Mattress and aircon are done in the first round so that they dry in time. Personal things stay exactly where they are kept.
- The second bedroom
- Wardrobe tops, the space under the bed and the bookshelves are cleaned during the deep clean; objects go back to their places, and nothing is thrown out.
- Midtown and Hung Phuc Premier
- Imported finishes are cleaned with fine-fibre cloths and tools that do not scratch, after a test in a hidden spot. At Midtown, curtains facing the park or the river collect dust and belong in the first round.
- Glass
- We clean the inside and what is safely within reach. The outside of a high-rise is not part of the service.
Villas and townhouses: stone floors, guest rooms, the family altar
Villas and townhouses in My Kim, My Thai and Nam Vien have several floors, stairs, wide glazing and balconies, and many halls and living rooms are floored in marble or granite. An Up specialist, one of UpClean's own trained staff, looks at the stone, timber and curtains before the all-inclusive quote is written.
- Stone: vacuumed and wiped with a gentle solution during the deep clean. Polishing to bring back the shine is a separate service, proposed area by area after a survey.
- Rooms for relatives: a room shut for a long time is aired; its mattress and curtains are cleaned early and its aircon before the guests arrive.
- Living room: sofas and aircon in the first round; floor, skirting, shelves and decorative lights within safe reach during the deep clean.
- The altar: many Vietnamese homes keep one. We wipe the wall, floor and shelves beside it; the altar and what stands on it are moved or cleaned only if you agree and show us how.

No separate price list exists for the holiday. Every item is charged at its listed price, minimum charge included, and when all aircon units are cleaned in one visit each unit from unit 3 is 10% off. Floor areas and equipment below are assumptions; the price for your home is fixed in a written all-inclusive quote.

International residents: English, building rules and what we stand behind
Phu My Hung is home to many international families, with Japanese, Taipei, Korean and Canadian schools inside the area. From enquiry to quote, booking confirmation and Up Report (the before-and-after photos sent when a visit ends), everything can be handled in English. If an English-speaking specialist in the home matters to you, tell us when booking; should that not be possible, you hear from us beforehand and we support the visit by phone or message.
- Building rules: residents register outside staff in advance, ID is checked in the lobby, equipment goes up in the service lift and work stays within permitted hours. Some buildings restrict construction-type work at weekends, so ask as soon as you have a date.
- Before the visit: put away jewellery, documents and cash, and sort what is to be discarded. We send the specialists' names and photos beforehand.
- If you are away: someone at home at the start and at the walk-through, the closing check of the work, is ideal; otherwise agree with us how the key will be passed on.
- Afterwards: report an item within 48 hours of the Up Report and it is redone without charge; aircon cleaning has a 90-day warranty under our policy. Rescheduling or cancelling costs nothing with 24 hours' notice and 30% after that. Payment comes after the walk-through.
- Holiday period and after: working days during the Tết break are announced separately. For the months that follow, Up Home is house cleaning by the hour at 130,000 VND, minimum 3 hours.
