Which wards, streets and developments we cover in Phu My Hung
Phu My Hung here means the 433-hectare urban area in the former District 7 of Ho Chi Minh City; Phu My in the Ba Ria – Vung Tau area is somewhere else. Since 1 July 2025, when Resolution 1685/NQ-UBTVQH15 took effect and districts gave way to wards, the city's local administrative units, the area has belonged to Tan My and Tan Hung wards. Chairs are cleaned in both on a regular schedule, 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Saturdays and Sundays included.
- Apartments in Tan My
- Scenic Valley, Riverpark Premier, Hung Phuc Premier and Phu My Hung Midtown.
- Apartments in Tan Hung
- Happy Valley, Sky Garden and Sunrise City.
- Villas and townhouses
- My Thai, My Kim, Nam Vien and the rows around Crescent Lake.
- Business premises
- Ground floors on Nguyen Van Linh, Nguyen Luong Bang and Ton Dat Tien, many of them showrooms, shops and customer offices, and the shops built into the apartment developments.
A dining set that has served the family for ten years
Many households here have been in the same home a long time: Sky Garden 3 was planned for handover from the third quarter of 2010 and Happy Valley was handed over in 2015, by the dates the press and the developer have given. A dining set that dates from move-in has seen thousands of meals.
The layouts make them soil faster. At Sky Garden, where ordinary apartments run from about 56 to 106 m², the living room usually joins the dining table and the kitchen; at Hung Phuc Premier the table tends to share the living space too. Fabric chairs there take sauce marks, children's handprints, dust from the balcony door and cooking smells. Book when the front edge of the seat has darkened, when the chairs smell of food or damp, or when Tet or a large family gathering is coming up.
Villas, duplexes and penthouses: chairs in many rooms, stone floors to protect
The hall and living room of many villas at My Kim, My Thai and Nam Vien are laid in marble or granite. The Up specialist, a trained and identity-verified member of UpClean's staff, therefore covers the floor, any rug and the dining table before a machine is set down; the extraction machine recovers most of the dirty water as it works.
A large home has chairs in many rooms: by published figures, Happy Valley has two-floor duplexes of 170–325 m² and Sky Garden penthouses of roughly 174–500 m². For these and for villas we list the chairs room by room.
- Leather dining chairs and armchairs
- Cleaned with a product made for leather, brushed lightly along the stitching, wiped with a fine cloth and conditioned. Never wet-washed.
- Fabric armchairs
- Thick cushions take the same approach as a sofa, with extra care at the armrests and along the top of the back.
Showrooms, shops and customer offices: clean chairs without losing trading hours
In Phu My Hung homes stand among offices and shopping centres. Many ground floors on the three main streets are showrooms, shops and customer offices, and the apartment developments have shops of their own: 23 at Happy Valley and 13 commercial units at Riverpark Premier, by the developer's figures.
Waiting-area and meeting-room chairs meet customers every day. We survey free of charge, count the chairs by type, note the heavy staining and propose a slot late in the afternoon or at the weekend. Some apartment buildings restrict contractor-type work at weekends, so a shop in a residential podium should ask its management office first.
- Room group by room group
- One group of rooms is finished before the next; a chair that has to be moved is labelled and returned to its own desk.
- Priorities
- Reception and meeting-room chairs are cleaned most thoroughly. Seldom-used chairs may need only vacuuming and spot cleaning, which keeps the cost sensible.
- Paperwork
- Quote, sign-off record and Up Report, the photo report that follows each visit, all come in writing. Ask in advance for a VAT invoice.
How each covering is cleaned, and how often
The covering, stitching, care label and mechanism are checked first, and a hidden spot is tested for colour-fastness. We clean and condition only; re-dyeing leather, patching, replacing foam and repairing castors or height mechanisms are outside the service and are noted in the Up Report.
- Fabric and felt: deep vacuuming, spot treatment for coffee, food and sweat, then spray extraction, which draws the solution straight back out so little water reaches the foam.
- Velvet: low moisture, brushed in the direction of the pile.
- Leather and faux leather: wiped with a leather cleaner and very little moisture, then conditioned.
- Mesh backs: vacuumed and brushed, then wiped with a barely damp cloth; the frame and recline mechanism stay dry.
- Usual intervals: about every 6 months for office chairs in daily use, every 6–12 months for family dining chairs (sooner with young children), about every 12 months for armchairs.
Chair cleaning costs in Phu My Hung: rates and examples
Every type has one all-inclusive rate. An upholstered dining chair with a back is 55,000 VND, a leather dining chair 65,000 VND, a chair or stool without a back 40,000 VND. A fabric armchair is 130,000 VND and a leather one 160,000 VND. An office chair in fabric, felt or mesh is 45,000 VND; a leather or executive office chair 75,000 VND. With 50 fabric, felt or mesh office chairs or more, each of them is 40,000 VND, and the minimum for a visit is 390,000 VND. The price follows in writing, and any later change needs your written confirmation.
- Sky Garden apartment: six upholstered dining chairs
- 6 × 55,000 VND = 330,000 VND, short of the minimum, so the visit is 390,000 VND.
- Villa at My Thai: twelve leather dining chairs, four leather armchairs and four backless stools
- 12 × 65,000 VND + 4 × 160,000 VND + 4 × 40,000 VND = 1,580,000 VND.
- Customer office: 18 felt swivel chairs and two executive chairs
- 18 × 45,000 VND + 2 × 75,000 VND = 960,000 VND.
- Office with 55 mesh-back chairs
- Past the 50-chair threshold: 55 × 40,000 VND = 2,200,000 VND.
Building rules, international residents and booking
Towers in Phu My Hung, residential or office, want outside staff registered in advance, ID shown at the lobby and machines in the service lift, so the specialist's name and photo reach you ahead of the visit. The area has many foreign residents, with Japanese, Korean and Taipei schools near Nam Vien; for a furnished rental, cleaning the chairs between two tenancies makes for a tidy handover. UpClean is independent of the developer and of every building's management.
- Use our Quote page, or WhatsApp or Zalo on 0968 726 135: a photo of the whole area, close-ups of stains, the number of each type of chair.
- The written price comes back; choose a day and time.
- After cleaning, the chairs are checked with you one by one. Payment follows that walk-through, by bank transfer or cash.
- In English
- Enquiries, quotes, booking confirmations and the Up Report can all be in English. If you want a specialist who speaks English on site, mention it when you book; should that prove impossible, you hear from us first and we support the visit by phone or message.
- If something falls short
- Tell us within 48 hours of the Up Report and the chair is redone free of charge. A specialist more than 15 minutes late means 10% off that visit's bill.
- Chair cleaning in District 7
