Deep cleaning in Phu My Hung, District 7 — apartments, townhouses, long-lived family homes

Phu My Hung is the 433-hectare urban area in the south of Ho Chi Minh City, around Nguyen Van Linh and Nguyen Luong Bang boulevards and Ton Dat Tien street. When the city gave up its districts on 1 July 2025 under Resolution 1685/NQ-UBTVQH15, this land passed to two new wards, Tan My and Tan Hung. A ward is the unit that now follows the street name in an address.

Both wards are on our regular schedule, 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM every day. Papers that still show an old ward are no obstacle.

Tan My ward

Phu My Hung was built in stages. According to the press and the developer, Sky Garden 3 was due for handover from the third quarter of 2010, Happy Valley was handed over in 2015, Riverpark Premier at the end of 2018, Hung Phuc Premier from August 2020 and The Peak at Midtown from November 2021. A kitchen used for fifteen years and one used for three need different work.

Sky Garden

Units of 56–106 m² with an open kitchen. Grease lies thick on top of the cabinets, in the gap below the ceiling and on the tiles behind the hob; old painted or laminate fronts get a mild product, tried first on a hidden spot.

Happy Valley

After more than ten years the bathroom grout has darkened, the glass-door seals are stained and the timber kitchen fronts have dulled. Where the cause is wear, not dirt, your specialist says so in the Up Report.

Scenic Valley

Mostly units of around 70 m². Low floors and sides facing the main road collect more fine dust in door tracks and insect screens.

Riverpark Premier

Chiefly three-bedroom units of 112–132 m² with several bathrooms and a large kitchen; the checklist is written space by space.

Hung Phuc Premier and Midtown

Hung Phuc Premier was handed over fully fitted in 2020, and The Peak uses mostly European materials and fittings, according to VnExpress. Cabinets and stone are cleaned gently and dried at once; plated taps are never scoured.

Every visit follows the Up Standard, the procedure our specialists are trained to: top to bottom, inside to outside, with a product matched to each surface. Up specialists bring their own equipment and photograph belongings before moving them, so each goes back to its place.

Living room and bedrooms

Ceilings, fans and lights dusted within safe reach; shelves, cabinets, headboards, sills and switches wiped; floors done under beds and sofas where reachable.

Kitchen

Grease on the hob and the tiles behind it; the outside of cabinets, fridge, oven and range hood; the sink and the floor. Insides are cleaned only when they are in the quote.

Bathrooms and balcony

Limescale on showers and glass screens, the toilet and basin, floor and wall grout; on the balcony, railings, door tracks and the leaves in the drain.

Charged separately, or outside the service

Sofa, mattress, carpet, curtain and aircon cleaning have their own price lists. Outside glass out of reach from indoors, work at height and stone floor polishing are not part of a deep clean.

Tuoi Tre newspaper noted that Scenic Valley was aimed at families of several generations, and Riverpark Premier is largely three-bedroom homes. In such a household the kitchen serves many meals and the bedrooms are occupied all day, so the order of work matters as much as the work.

• When you book, tell us the children's ages, any pets, and which room to do first or keep quiet.
• Grandparents' room: personal things stay where they are used to being, and the floor round the bed is left dry.
• Children's room: toys are wiped on the surface only and returned to the same box or shelf; nothing is thrown away.
• A two- or three-bedroom apartment usually takes one day; an early morning or early afternoon start finishes before the family is home from work and school.

The developer describes Happy Valley as facing a golf course and a landscaped river, with Saigon Wonderland park on the other side; The Peak at Midtown stands beside Sakura Park and a wide stretch of river; Hung Phuc Premier sits in Nam Vien, the green core of the township. Greenery and water bring dry leaves, pollen and fine dust onto the service balcony. Sky Garden stands on Nguyen Van Linh boulevard and Scenic Valley near its junction with Nguyen Luong Bang, where road dust settles in the door tracks.

On these balconies we sweep up leaves, wipe the railings and clear the drain. Door tracks are vacuumed, then wiped, and a jammed roller is noted for you to have repaired. Insect screens are wiped where they come out and vacuumed in place where they do not.

Floor area times the rate for the type of home, minimum 900,000 VND per visit. The apartment sizes fall within the ranges published for each development; the townhouse and villa areas are assumptions.

Outside staff entering a Phu My Hung tower usually have to be registered by the resident in advance, show ID in the lobby and use the lift they are assigned. Some buildings restrict construction-type work on Saturdays and Sundays, so ask your management office early if you want a weekend. We send your specialist's name and photo beforehand. Nguyen Van Linh boulevard is often congested at peak hours, as the news site CafeF has noted. We do not promise travel times; a slot away from the rush is the safer choice.
