Phu My Hung in the former District 7, and its two wards
This page is about the Phu My Hung urban area, 433 hectares in the former District 7, along Nguyen Van Linh and Nguyen Luong Bang boulevards and Ton Dat Tien street. When the district level was abolished on 1 July 2025 under Resolution 1685/NQ-UBTVQH15, the land once in Tan Phu and Tan Phong wards became part of Tan My and Tan Hung. A ward is the city's local administrative unit.

From Sky Garden to The Peak: how old is the bathroom?
Some towers here have been lived in for over fifteen years, others for only a few. Age tells us where the effort goes: lifting years of scale, or keeping new finishes from dulling.
- Sky Garden
- Sky Garden 3 was due for handover from the third quarter of 2010. Older apartments collect residue where everyday cleaning rarely reaches, bathroom grout included; if grout has been black for years, we say beforehand how far it can improve.
- Happy Valley
- Handed over in 2015. Ten years on, bathroom grout has darkened and glass door seals have begun to stain: screens and shower heads are descaled, grout is brushed and seals are cleaned gently.
- Riverpark Premier
- Handed over at the end of 2018 according to the published schedule: mostly three-bedroom homes of 112–231 m² with several bathrooms, each descaled and then wiped dry to limit water marks and mould in the grout.
- Hung Phuc Premier
- Handed over from August 2020, fully finished with materials imported from Europe. Fittings are descaled and wiped dry, never with scouring powder or a metal scourer, and damp found under the basin is reported.
- The Peak, Midtown
- Handed over from November 2021, with mostly European materials and fittings according to VnExpress. Polished taps and shower heads are dried after cleaning, natural stone in the bathroom is kept away from acidic products, and the seals of tempered shower screens are cleaned without stretching them.
Three generations, small children, a duplex or a villa: planning the visit
- Families of several generations
- Scenic Valley was aimed at families of several generations living close together, Tuoi Tre newspaper noted in 2014. In a shared bathroom the floor, screen and toilet are descaled and the floor is dried on finishing, which matters for an older person. Tell us in advance and your Up specialist, the UpClean staff member doing the work, orders the rooms so that grandparents always have somewhere to rest.
- Homes with children
- Riverpark Premier, Hung Phuc Premier and Scenic Valley all have pools, and wet towels come home daily. Between deep cleans, dry them on the loggia, not in a closed bathroom.
- Duplexes and penthouses
- Happy Valley has two-storey duplexes and Sky Garden large penthouses. Homes with that many rooms are surveyed first and listed floor by floor, room by room.
- Villas in My Kim, My Thai and Nam Vien
- A bathroom on every floor, and marble and granite in many houses. Where a bathroom wall or vanity top is natural stone the descaler has to change: acidic products are not used on marble or limestone, and the substitute is tested out of sight. A villa is always surveyed before we quote.
Shophouses, shops inside apartment developments, offices
Along Nguyen Van Linh, Nguyen Luong Bang and Ton Dat Tien many ground floors are showrooms, shops and customer offices, and the apartment developments have commercial units of their own: 56 shops at Sky Garden 3, 23 at Happy Valley, 13 commercial units at Riverpark Premier. Washrooms there are deep cleaned on a cycle, alongside the daily cleaner: monthly or quarterly for offices, monthly for clinics, spas and salons, and more often for gym showers and changing rooms.
We work early, late or on a closed day, between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM, with drying time before you open. Managed buildings usually want the staff list registered and ID shown, and some restrict weekend work. We do not collect clinical waste, sterilise instruments or supply paper and soap.
The order of work, and where the service stops
Belongings are covered and each product is tested on a hidden corner. Then come the extractor fan, walls, glass screens, fittings, grout, floor and drains, with odour treatment at the end. You or the person in charge check each item with the specialist and receive the Up Report, a photo record of the visit with before-and-after pictures.
- Descaling: the white layer hard water leaves on taps, showers, fittings and shower glass is softened and wiped off. Glass clouded by hard water for years is unlikely to clear completely.
- Grout: wall and floor grout is scrubbed and surface stains and mould treated. Whitening and sealing belong to our Tile & grout cleaning service.
- Toilets, urinals and basins: under the rim, the base, the seat hinges and the floor around them; vanity tops, mirrors and shelves.
- Floor drains: cover and grate lifted, hair and residue removed within reach of a hand.

What it costs in Phu My Hung, and how to book a survey
The bathroom of a two-bedroom apartment at Sky Garden, the four bathrooms of a villa in Nam Vien and the multi-cubicle washroom of a gym are three different jobs, so we look at photos or come and see, without charge, before sending a fixed written quote. Nothing you have not agreed to is added.
One line on the Disinfection & odour removal price list gives a point of comparison: the bathroom odour check and deodorising clean, 450,000 VND a room and at least 800,000 VND a visit. On that item alone, two bathrooms cost 900,000 VND, three 1,350,000 VND and a villa's four 1,800,000 VND. It stops at the toilet base, the grout, the shower-screen joints and the drain cover and grate, plus odour treatment; descaling all the glass and fittings, and washrooms with several cubicles, belong in the fixed quote.

International families and landlords: English, access and payment
Near Nam Vien there are Japanese, Korean and Taipei schools, and many homes are let furnished, changing hands with each lease. We handle the enquiry, the quote, the booking confirmation and the Up Report in English. If you would like an English speaker in the home, say so when booking; when that is not possible we tell you beforehand and assist by phone or message.
- Registration: apartment buildings usually ask residents to register outside staff in advance, and we send the specialist's name, photo and contact number for that.
- Access: you do not have to be home. A key left with building management, reception or a representative stays with the assigned specialist alone and is never copied; the walk-through, when we go over the finished work with you, can be a video call.
- Payment: after the walk-through, by bank transfer or cash; invoices are issued on request under Vietnamese regulations.
