Where Phu My Hung is: the former District 7, now two wards
Phu My Hung is a 433-hectare urban area in what used to be District 7; it should not be confused with Phu My in the Ba Ria – Vung Tau area. Districts ended on 1 July 2025 under Resolution 1685/NQ-UBTVQH15, leaving the city with wards, its local administrative units, and Phu My Hung, until then in Tan Phu and Tan Phong wards, is now recorded under Tan My and Tan Hung. An address written the old way is no obstacle.

Ten or fifteen years in one home: the inners nobody has cleaned
The area was not built in one go. Sky Garden 3 was planned for handover from the third quarter of 2010; Happy Valley followed in 2015, Riverpark Premier late in 2018, Hung Phuc Premier in August 2020 and Midtown's last phase, The Peak, in November 2021, on the dates given by the press and the developer. Many families have therefore been in the same home for ten years or more.
Over those years the sheets were washed faithfully and the inners hardly ever: they are bulky, the filling clumps in a soak, and they dry slowly indoors. Sweat, skin flakes and fine dust settle into the filling. A pillow that no longer springs back after a light pat should be replaced; everything still in good shape is work for a visit at home.
Parks, water and a golf course: slow drying in the rainy season
Greenery and water set Phu My Hung apart. The Peak at Midtown stands beside Sakura Park and a broad reach of river, VnExpress noted; the developer describes Happy Valley as facing the Nam Saigon golf course and a landscaped river on one side and Saigon Wonderland park on the other. With that setting comes moisture: water and lawns slow the drying of fabrics through the rainy season, May to November, when relative humidity is about 80% according to the city government portal. We favour mornings on dry days, and afterwards ask you to air the room, run a fan or set the aircon to dry mode until the bedding is fully dry.
Three generations under one roof: which bed first
When the third phase of Scenic Valley was introduced in late 2014, Tuoi Tre newspaper noted that it was aimed at families of several generations who wanted to live close together, in two- and three-bedroom apartments. In such a home the bedrooms are in use day and night.
- The grandparents' room
- Done first in the morning, which gives its bedding the most time to dry. Personal things around the bed stay exactly where they are.
- A young child's room
- Tell us the nap time and the rooms are ordered around it. Water and drink marks on a pillow inner are treated one by one.
- Anyone sensitive to dust
- Shorten the interval between cleans. Vacuuming and steam are hygiene measures, not treatment; we do not promise to remove dust mites completely and we quote no rate.

What bedding cleaning costs in Phu My Hung, item by item
Each item has a listed price for vacuuming, steaming and deodorising at home: 70,000 VND per pillow, 150,000 VND per single duvet, 200,000 VND per double duvet and 80,000 VND per mattress protector. A bed with two pillows, a duvet and a protector is taken as one set at 390,000 VND. The minimum for a visit is 390,000 VND; when mattresses are cleaned in the same visit, the bedding is 20% off.

Booking, building rules and notes for international residents
Every tower in Phu My Hung has rules for service staff, usually advance notice from the resident and an ID check at the lobby, so the specialist's name and photo reach you early. Around Sky Garden, CafeF has noted, Nguyen Van Linh boulevard jams at rush hour; we promise no travel time and suggest a slot away from the peak.
