Where Phu My Hung is: the former District 7, now Tan My and Tan Hung wards
This page covers the Phu My Hung urban area, 433 hectares in the former District 7 of Ho Chi Minh City around Nguyen Van Linh, Nguyen Luong Bang and Ton Dat Tien streets. The city replaced its districts with wards, the local units on an address, on 1 July 2025 under Resolution 1685/NQ-UBTVQH15; the urban area, once in Tan Phu and Tan Phong wards, is now in Tan My and Tan Hung.
Both wards are on our regular curtain schedule, with bookings from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM every day. A lease that still shows the old ward is fine: give us the development or street, the type of home and the unit number.
- Tan My ward
- Phu My Hung Midtown, Scenic Valley, Riverpark Premier, Hung Phuc Premier and the Crescent Lake area.
- Tan Hung ward
- Sky Garden, Happy Valley and Sunrise City.
- Villas and townhouses
- Nam Vien, My Thai and My Kim, and the houses round Crescent Lake; curtain fabrics are surveyed before we quote.
- All of District 7
- Our District 7 page also covers Tan Thuan and Phu Thuan wards.
Villas and townhouses in My Kim, My Thai and Nam Vien: curtains in a double-height living room
Many villas and townhouses in Phu My Hung have a double-height living room with a large glass front and curtains fitted at ceiling level. We survey these homes before quoting: the fabric, the number of layers and the mounting height. High positions are looked at from photos or in person so that safe equipment can be arranged, and the work goes ahead only when you have approved the plan.
Heavy curtains that are hard to remove are vacuumed on both sides, in the pleats and along the heading, then steam-cleaned while they hang. Sheers and washable fabrics are washed gently, one set at a time, and never wrung. Blackout curtains are handled with a light hand to protect the coating, and linen or cotton, which can shrink, only after you have been told the risk. With take-down and re-hang, every panel is photographed and numbered by window before it comes down, and the fee is charged once for the visit.
- Motorised tracks, Roman and roller blinds
- Send photos of the whole window, the back and the mechanism. Repairing tracks, replacing hooks and mending are outside the service.

Duplexes, penthouses and large apartments: Happy Valley, Sky Garden, Riverpark Premier, Midtown
Phu My Hung has many apartments larger than the usual. According to the sources cited on our page for each development, Happy Valley has two-storey duplexes of 170–325 m² and penthouses of about 239 m²; Sky Garden penthouses run from about 174 to 500 m²; Riverpark Premier is mostly three-bedroom apartments within a range of 112–231 m²; The Grande at Midtown has apartments of 69–249 m². More floor area means more curtain and glass, and a duplex adds a void with tall glazing.
For these homes we recommend a survey first, on site or from a photo of each window, so that the area, the number of specialists and the hours are right. Whether a tall living-room curtain needs to come down depends on its fabric and how much dust it holds. Working time and return time are stated with the quote.
Parks, water, a golf course or a main road: what settles on curtains in each development
Living-room and bedroom curtains are usually cleaned every 6–12 months, but in Phu My Hung the position of the building decides how fast they soil.
- Midtown, beside Sakura Park and the river
- Wind carries fine dust and leaf pollen onto the balcony, damp from the water slows drying and the afternoon sun stays on curtains near the glass. Clean every 6–12 months, on a dry day.
- Happy Valley, between golf course, river and park
- With building density near 23%, open space brings dry leaves, pollen and small insects into the loggia, most of all in low blocks near the trees. Avoid weeks of steady rain when you book.
- Scenic Valley, near the Nguyen Van Linh junction
- Low floors and sides facing the main road take more fine dust on the face of the curtain; clean living-room curtains on that side every 6–9 months.
- Sky Garden and Hung Phuc Premier
- In compact apartments the living room runs into the dining area and kitchen, so curtains pick up cooking smells and usually need cleaning sooner than the general interval.

Older buildings and rentals: curtains never cleaned since handover
Homes here were handed over across more than a decade: Sky Garden 3 from 2010 by its published schedule, Happy Valley in 2015, Riverpark Premier at the close of 2018, Hung Phuc Premier in August 2020, The Peak at Midtown in November 2021. In homes lived in for years, some curtains have not been cleaned since the keys were handed over. Old or frayed fabric is examined and the risk explained before anything is taken down.
Phu My Hung also has many rented homes. The gap between two leases is a convenient time: the home is empty, and the Up Report, a message with before-and-after photos of each set, gives the owner a record at handover.
Curtain cleaning prices in Phu My Hung: from a compact apartment to a villa
The cost is the total curtain area at 40,000 VND per m², plus 100,000 VND for the visit if you choose take-down and re-hang, and never less than 400,000 VND. Two-layer curtains are measured layer by layer. The window sizes below are assumptions for illustration, not the measurements of any particular home; your specialist measures on site and agrees the figures with you first.
- Sky Garden — one or two bedrooms
- One 2.8 m × 2.5 m set at the loggia door, single layer: 7 m², 280,000 VND by area, so the minimum of 400,000 VND applies.
- Riverpark Premier — three bedrooms
- A 4 m × 2.7 m living room in two layers and three bedrooms of 2 m × 2.5 m with one blackout layer: 36.6 m², 1,464,000 VND, or 1,564,000 VND with take-down and re-hang.
- Happy Valley — duplex
- Glazing at the void of 4 m × 5.2 m in two layers and three bedrooms of 2 m × 2.5 m in one layer: 56.6 m², 2,364,000 VND with take-down and re-hang; high positions are surveyed first.
- Villa in My Kim, My Thai or Nam Vien
- A 5 m × 6 m double-height living room in two layers, a 3.5 m × 2.8 m dining room in two layers and five bedrooms of 2.4 m × 2.6 m in one layer: 110.8 m². Cleaned in place, 4,432,000 VND; with take-down and re-hang, 4,532,000 VND.
International residents: English, building rules, keys and payment; how to book
- Message +84 968 726 135 on WhatsApp or Zalo with photos of the windows, rough sizes, one layer or two, and your development and unit.
- Late by more than 15 minutes: 10% off that visit. Not satisfied with a set: tell us within 48 hours of the Up Report and it is redone free.
- English
- Enquiries, quotes and the Up Report can be in English. For a specialist who speaks English in the home, add a note when booking; when that cannot be arranged you hear from us beforehand, and we assist by message or phone.
- Building rules
- Outside staff entering a Phu My Hung tower usually have to be registered by the resident beforehand; we send your specialist's name and photo for that. Some buildings restrict contractor-type work on Saturdays and Sundays, so check with the management office in good time.
- Keys
- Nobody has to be home. A key left with reception, building management or a family member is handled by the assigned specialist alone and is never copied. The walk-through, our check of the finished work with you, can be by video call.
- Paying
- After the walk-through, by bank transfer or cash; a VAT invoice is issued on request.
