Where Phu My Hung is, and where we clear homes
Phu My Hung is a 433-hectare urban area in the former District 7, laid out along Nguyen Van Linh, Nguyen Luong Bang and Ton Dat Tien. Ho Chi Minh City stopped using districts on 1 July 2025 under Resolution 1685/NQ-UBTVQH15; the area, once in Tan Phu and Tan Phong wards, now belongs to Tan My and Tan Hung, two of the wards that serve as the city's local administrative units.
Clear-outs in both wards are scheduled regularly, from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM every day, within each building's removal hours. An old ward name on your papers is no obstacle: the development, block and floor are all we need.

The older the tower, the fuller the storeroom
Phu My Hung was built in stages, so its towers differ in age by more than a decade. According to the sources cited on our page for each development, Sky Garden 3 was scheduled for handover from the third quarter of 2010, Happy Valley was handed over in 2015, Riverpark Premier at the end of 2018, Hung Phuc Premier from August 2020 and The Peak at Midtown from November 2021.
- Sky Garden
- Standard units of about 56–106 m², some lived in for over fifteen years. In a compact home, unused things pile up on the loggia and under the beds: corner-by-corner jobs, quoted from photos.
- Happy Valley
- Many units are past their tenth year. The duplexes of 170–325 m² have an internal staircase: furniture upstairs is taken apart and brought down it before it reaches the block's lift.
- Scenic Valley
- Planned for families of several generations; most units are around 70 m², with a second bedroom that often doubles as storage. Each generation is asked about its own things.
- Riverpark Premier
- Mostly three-bedroom units of 112–231 m². The list is drawn up room by room for you to approve.
- Hung Phuc Premier and Midtown
- Hung Phuc Premier was handed over fully fitted; we do not dismantle its built-in kitchen and wardrobes. At Midtown, handed over more recently than the others, cartons, polystyrene and boards left after fitting out are within the service.
Service lifts, removal hours and Nguyen Van Linh at rush hour
Apartment buildings in Phu My Hung usually ask residents to register service staff in advance. ID is shown in the lobby, and bulky items use the lift and route assigned, within set hours. Some buildings restrict construction-type work on Saturdays and Sundays, so ask management early if you want a weekend.
CafeF notes that Nguyen Van Linh boulevard, where Sky Garden and Happy Valley stand, is often congested at peak hours. We do not promise travel times; we choose a start time away from the peaks so that packing and carrying both fit inside the building's window.

Villas and townhouses: clearing before and after a renovation
In My Kim, My Thai, Nam Vien and around Crescent Lake, many houses have had the same family for ten or fifteen years, and a good number are now replacing kitchen cabinets, relaying timber floors or adding panelling. Rooms must be emptied before the builders arrive; cartons, polystyrene, boards and leftover materials remain when they leave. We do both jobs, with two limits: no dismantling of built-in wardrobes, kitchens or sanitary fittings, and no large volumes of construction rubble.
- Before the builders: contents are sorted into keep, give away and discard; what stays is boxed, labelled and moved to the room you choose.
- Under the stairs, storeroom, garage: the south of the city is low land, according to Nguoi Do Thi magazine (2023), and when surveying for termites here our technicians advise clearing old cardboard and scrap timber from these places.
- Stone halls and narrow stairs: marble and granite floors are covered along the carrying route. Townhouse stairs are usually narrow, so large pieces are taken apart on their own floor.
What we take, what is kept apart, what we do not take
Sorting follows your instructions, and nothing leaves the home until you have agreed. Keepsakes, photos and papers wait in a labelled box for you to look through. UpClean does not buy used goods, so whatever you want to sell or give away is boxed for you to hand on; nor does it treat, recycle or destroy waste itself.

How a clear-out in Phu My Hung is priced
A loggia at Sky Garden and a villa in My Thai emptied before a renovation cannot share a rate, so this service has no listed price. Send photos or video for a small job; a duplex, villa or townhouse is surveyed free of charge. The written all-inclusive quote sets out the scope, the specialists, the vehicle and the time, and later changes need your written agreement.

International families and landlords: English, keys, payment
Phu My Hung has many foreign residents: the Korean and Canadian international schools, the Japanese School and the Taipei School all stand inside the area, and many homes here are let furnished. Each lease that ends means separating the landlord's belongings from what the tenant leaves.

- Enquiries, quotes, booking confirmations and the Up Report, our photo record of each visit, can be in English. If you need an English-speaking specialist at home, note it when booking; if we cannot arrange one, we say so in advance and help by phone or message.
- Landlords away from the city
- A key can be left with building management, reception or a representative; it stays with the assigned specialist, hand-over times are recorded and no copy is made. Only what you approve by message is removed.
- Tenants moving out
- Clear what you are not taking a few days before the packers come; our guide covers the cleaning that follows.
- Payment
- After the walk-through, our check of the finished work with you, by bank transfer or cash. Invoices are issued on request.
Preparing, and how to book
- Message 0968 726 135 on WhatsApp or Zalo with photos or video, the development or street, the block and the floor. The booking is confirmed in writing, and a reminder follows the day before.
- Put away documents, jewellery and cash, mark what is certain to stay or go, and tell us about batteries, aerosols or chemicals in the store.
- More than 15 minutes late on our side takes 10% off that visit. Cancelling with under 24 hours' notice carries a 30% fee. If something within the agreed scope falls short, reply to the Up Report within 48 hours and it is redone free.
