Do bed bugs spread disease?+
According to the US CDC, bed bugs are not known to spread disease, but bites can cause itching, lost sleep and occasionally allergic reactions. See a doctor if skin becomes very swollen or infected.
Does washing the mattress kill bed bugs?+
We do not present cleaning as a cure. Vacuuming and cleaning remove some bugs, eggs and debris; the licensed partner treats the hiding places, and both are scheduled under one plan.
Do you apply the products yourselves?+
No. A licensed partner applies registered products. We survey with them, bag soft items, protect your home, supervise, clean and report.
How do you deal with fleas on cats and dogs?+
Pets should be treated on a vet's advice; neither we nor our partner treat animals. Meanwhile the partner treats the home and we vacuum and clean pet beds, rugs and sofas.
Can you work between guests in a short-term rental?+
Yes, when the partner's schedule and re-entry times fit the gap between stays. The owner receives a private Up Report.
How much does it cost?+
You receive a fixed quote after a free survey, based on rooms, extent and the items to be cleaned. It only changes with your written agreement.
How long until the bed bugs are gone?+
It depends on the extent. Eggs hide deep in crevices, so the partner usually schedules follow-up visits; the number is stated in your quote.
