Four communes, not wards: where we clean aircon in Hoc Mon
Since 1 July 2025, under Resolution 1685/NQ-UBTVQH15, the former Hoc Mon district has been four communes (xã), not wards. Hoc Mon commune now means only the old Hoc Mon town with Tan Hiep and Tan Xuan, not the whole old district.
We clean aircon in all four communes, 07:00 to 20:00 every day. Hoc Mon is not yet one of our regular service areas, so each visit is by appointment and its slot is confirmed when you book. Old or new commune names both work.

Townhouses and garden homes: what wears an aircon down here
Common homes here are multi-storey townhouses and garden houses with a yard, many with a wall unit in each bedroom, a larger or floor-standing unit in the living room, and outdoor units on the roof terrace, the roof or at the back of the garden. Out there they take sun, rain and dust; leaves and soil in the fins stop them shedding heat, so the system runs longer, while indoors a dusty filter and coil slowly weaken the airflow.
The city government portal puts average relative humidity at about 79.5%, with a rainy season from May to November. We hold no Hoc Mon measurements of our own, but dust that meets damp clings to fins and drip trays and can start to smell. Book a clean when you notice:
- A damp smell in the first few minutes after switching on.
- A room slow to cool although you now set it lower than before.
- Drips from the edge of the indoor unit, or a stain on the wall below it.
- An outdoor unit coated in dust and leaves while the room cools slowly.
Roof, terrace or garden: reaching the outdoor unit
The price covers the outdoor unit where it can be reached safely, so send a photo of each one when you book. Every indoor unit receives the full Up Standard sequence, UpClean's working procedure: surroundings covered; filters, front panel and drip tray washed; coil rinsed at a pressure that spares the fins; blower wheel cleaned; drain cleared; then a test run with outlet-temperature and gas readings.
- On the roof terrace
- Usually simple, with a way up and firm footing. The unit's condition goes into the Up Report, the photo record sent after the visit.
- On the roof or mounted high
- Only where there is a safe place to stand. If access equipment is needed we ask you first; the indoor unit is cleaned in full regardless.
- At the back of the garden
- Easy to reach, but prone to dry leaves and soil dust. Dirty water is collected, never left on paths or in the yard.

What aircon cleaning costs in Hoc Mon
Prices are all-inclusive per unit and cover the outdoor unit within safe reach, the gas reading and the Up Report. From unit 3 in one visit, each unit is 10% off, while the two most expensive stay at list price.
- Labour, tools, cleaning solutions, covers and the water-collection bag are included.
- We do not repair, remove or relocate units; any fault we notice is written into the Up Report.

Booking by appointment, and what you can hold us to
Each Hoc Mon visit is arranged on its own, so contact us early through the Quote page or on WhatsApp or Zalo at 0968 726 135 and offer two or three times; the booking stands once we confirm one. List every unit, its type and capacity, and where each outdoor unit sits, so the price is quoted once.
It pays to clean every unit in a single visit: five 1–1.5 HP wall units done together cost 1,175,000 VND, against 1,225,000 VND when split into visits of two and three.
- Agree the order of rooms, especially where young children or older relatives sleep, and put away fragile items standing right under a unit.
- A 90-day warranty covers leaks, unusual noise or weaker cooling caused by the cleaning; anything below the Up Standard is redone free if reported within 48 hours of the Up Report.
- We charge only the quoted price; any extra needs your written approval by Zalo, WhatsApp or email.
- More than 15 minutes late for a confirmed slot means 10% off that visit. Damage caused by the specialist is our responsibility when reported with photos within 24 hours of the Up Report.
- Moving or cancelling is free with 24 hours' notice; after that, a 30% fee applies.
How often to clean in this climate
Suggested intervals for Ho Chi Minh City's heat and humidity. With young children, older relatives or pets at home, choose shorter ones.
- Between cleans, switch off the power, rinse the filter under room-temperature water and dry it in the shade; never spray the coil or climb onto the roof.
