Which commune is Celesta Rise in?
The project's official site gives its address as Nguyen Huu Tho Street, Phuoc Kien commune, Nha Be district. Clause 134 of Resolution 1685/NQ-UBTVQH15 merged all of Phuoc Kien — with Nha Be town, Phu Xuan and Phuoc Loc — into Nha Be commune from 1 July 2025. Because Phuoc Kien was merged whole, Celesta Rise is now in Nha Be commune (a commune, not a ward). Older contracts may still show the previous address; either is fine when booking.

Bare shell or fitted: two cleaning paths
Celesta Rise is unusual in offering both handover types. In bare-shell units the owner installs ceilings, kitchens, wardrobes, flooring and lighting; once the contractor leaves, fine plaster and timber dust sits in every cabinet gap, door track and pane, often with adhesive, mortar and protective tape left on tiles. That calls for after-fit-out cleaning at our deep-clean rate times the post-construction factor. Fitted units mostly carry light handover dust, so a standard deep clean before moving in is usually enough.
A suggested first-year sequence
- When fit-out is complete: full after-fit-out clean
- Just before moving in: wipe touch surfaces, check kitchen and wardrobes
- After curtains and sofas arrive: a light vacuum for installation dust
- Three to six months in: first aircon clean, as fit-out dust reaches the filters
- End of year one: deep clean, bathroom grout and fridge seals
Open green space, pollen and pets
According to the developer, the towers cover only about a quarter of the site, leaving a park with tennis, half-court basketball, an urban farm and a pet park. The open space is a real asset, but leaves, pollen and soil dust drift onto balconies, insect screens and outdoor aircon units. Pet owners should prioritise fabric sofas, rugs and aircon filters, where fur builds up fastest; we can combine these in one visit.
Street-front units
The project includes 34 street-front units of 170–190 m². Depending on use — home, small office or shop — front glass and the entrance floor need more frequent care, and ceiling cassettes are more common. We quote on usable floor area; ground-floor glass within safe reach is 10,000 VND per m².

Sizes are chosen within the developer's published ranges; aircon counts and glass areas are assumptions. Examples only, from our published rates.
- Example: one-bedroom, 49 m², just fitted out
- After-fit-out clean 1,350,000 VND (minimum applies); one wall aircon 250,000 VND.
- Example: two-bedroom, 85 m², bare shell
- After-fit-out clean 1,912,500 VND; 30 m² glass 500,000 VND; fridge and hood 850,000 VND.
- Example: three-bedroom, 105 m², fitted
- Pre-move-in deep clean 1,575,000 VND; later, four aircon units 1,000,000 VND.

- Deep clean 2,700,000 VND if used as a home; four aircon units incl. one cassette 1,300,000 VND.
Access while neighbours are still fitting out
With many bare-shell units being fitted out at once, buildings typically set renovation hours, delivery routes and registration for workers. We don't assume Celesta Rise's own rules — we follow what you, your contractor or management tell us. Check-in time after an on-time arrival never counts as late.
