Mattress cleaning in District 12 — Trung My Tay, Thoi An, An Phu Dong

District 12 was a large district in the north-west of the city, about 52.77 km², with the Saigon River on its eastern side. From 1 July 2025 Resolution 1685/NQ-UBTVQH15 regrouped its eleven wards into five, each joining two or three adjacent old ones; a ward is now the local unit in addresses. Give the address as your papers show it and we will find the new ward.

District 12 is outside our regular areas, but mattress cleaning can be booked in all five wards from 07:00 to 20:00 every day, weekends included. Because the area runs all the way to the river, the arrival time is agreed with each household.

Dong Hung Thuan ward

Three old wards combined, Tan Thoi Nhat, Tan Hung Thuan and Dong Hung Thuan; busy residential streets following Truong Chinh and Nguyen Van Qua.

Trung My Tay ward

Tan Chanh Hiep merged with the old Trung My Tay, with Quang Trung Software City inside it.

Tan Thoi Hiep ward

The old Hiep Thanh joined to the old Tan Thoi Hiep; beyond the industrial park of the same name, homes line both sides of Le Van Khuong.

Thoi An ward

The old Thanh Xuan and Thoi An, where many new housing projects have gone up in recent years.

An Phu Dong ward

The old Thanh Loc joined to the old An Phu Dong: riverside land with the Ba Thon creek and many smaller channels.

The city's official portal puts rainy-season relative humidity at about 80%, over seven months from May to November. Around An Phu Dong, Thanh Loc and Thanh Xuan, small creeks run into the Saigon River; Tuoi Tre reported that the Ba Thon tide sluice broke at the peak of the year's highest tide on 6 November 2025, letting water into nearby streets.

Where a house floor sits below the street, the ground floor stays damp. A mattress on the floor or a low bed draws in moisture, nightly sweat adds more, and a musty smell and dust mites follow. A low-moisture clean with immediate extraction lifts the dirt without adding water to the core.

Multi-storey townhouses

Room by room, on the bed, so nobody carries a mattress up and down the stairs; a morning slot lets it dry by bedtime.

Many buildings want a list of service staff; we send the specialist's details early so you can register them.

Prices go by size. Two options can be added to any mattress: the underside for 120,000 VND and intensive dust-mite treatment for 100,000 VND. Your figure is confirmed in writing before the visit.

Many District 12 alleys are narrow, with nowhere to stop at the door; tell us the nearest parking and the specialist brings compact equipment. In an apartment building, ID is often checked at the lobby; waiting there after an on-time arrival is not counted as lateness.

• Gather the sheets, pillowcases and duvet in one place; the specialist will help if there was no time.
• For an occupied room to let, the landlord tells the tenant and agrees the time.
• Afterwards, run a fan or the aircon; in the rainy season, close windows facing a creek or the river so the mattress dries faster.

More than 15 minutes late for the agreed time means 10% off that visit.

Up Report and redo

Photos by WhatsApp or Zalo; anything below standard is redone free if you tell us within 48 hours of receiving the report.

To book, send a photo of each mattress with its size, material and your address to 0968 726 135 on WhatsApp or Zalo, and choose a time between 07:00 and 20:00. Each side takes about 45–60 minutes; you pay after checking the result, by transfer or cash, with a VAT invoice on request. Suggested intervals for damp homes near the creeks:

• Keep the mattress on a bed with space underneath, not directly on the floor.
• Use a mattress protector and wash it with the sheets every week.
• Air the room on sunny days, and blot spills at once without rubbing.

Young children or older relatives

Every 3–4 months, with dust-mite treatment.
