Deep cleaning in Thu Duc — house cleaning in Hiep Binh, Linh Xuan, Tam Binh

Three areas share the name: Thu Duc District, until the end of 2020; Thu Duc City, set up in 2021 under Resolution 1111/NQ-UBTVQH14 by merging it with Districts 2 and 9; and today's Thu Duc ward. Since 1 July 2025, Resolution 1685/NQ-UBTVQH15 has divided that city into 12 wards, the units that replaced districts. This page covers the four on the old district's land.

We take deep-cleaning bookings in all four from 07:00 to 20:00, seven days a week, and agree the date and slot when you book. Papers still saying Thu Duc District or Thu Duc City are fine; we convert the address.

Hiep Binh ward

On the Saigon River, with Van Phuc City, Opal Riverside and Giga Mall.

The old core around Vo Van Ngan and Dang Van Bi: townhouses near Thu Duc market, Moonlight Residences.

An Khanh and Binh Trung

Wards of the former District 2 with a regular schedule; our office is at 72 Nguyen Co Thach in Sala.

Houses along these main roads and Metro Line 1 usually give the ground floor, behind wide glass, to a shop or office, with the family above. With the door open through trading hours, road dust comes in and is carried upstairs. Daily wiping keeps floors and counters in order; a deep clean reaches the rest, from the top floor down, each floor finished with its stairs:

• Sliding-door tracks, the inside of roller shutters and street-facing window sills.
• Tops of tall cabinets and shelving, ceiling-fan blades and light fittings within safe reach.
• Stair nosings, skirting and the handrail between floors.
• Shopfront glass within safe reach; higher glass needing special equipment is quoted separately.
• Balconies and roof terraces: railings, floor and drains.

Outside the University Village dormitories, students, lecturers and local workers rent mini-apartments, whole houses and furnished rooms in Linh Trung, Linh Xuan and along the Ben Thanh – Suoi Tien metro line. An empty home is the easiest to deep clean, with bed bases, cupboard corners and door tracks in reach. A landlord living elsewhere can authorise a manager to open up; the Up Report, our before-and-after photo record, comes to you for the handover file.

Kitchen or cooking corner

Grease removed from the hob, wall tiles, cupboard fronts and appliance exteriors; insides only when listed in the quote.

Bathroom

Limescale removed from the shower and screen; grout scrubbed; toilet and basin cleaned, then dried.

Bedrooms and study corners

Headboards, wardrobe tops, desks and sills dusted; under reachable beds vacuumed.

Terraced houses and villas in Van Phuc City and Opal Riverside often have high ceilings and large glazed panels. From May to November relative humidity is around 80%, according to the Ho Chi Minh City government portal, and near the river it shows in bathroom grout, at the foot of ground-floor walls and in rarely opened cupboards.

High ceilings, lights and fans

Dusted within safe reach using extension poles; anything needing scaffolding or a lift is discussed before the quote.

Large glass and door tracks

Both faces cleaned where the specialist can stand safely inside or on a balcony; outer glass unreachable from inside is excluded.

Stone, timber and stairs

A mild solution for natural stone, a well-wrung cloth for timber. Stone polishing is a separate service with its own survey.

Floor area × the rate per m² (apartment 15,000 VND, townhouse 17,000 VND, villa 20,000 VND), never below 900,000 VND a visit. The areas below are illustrations, not measurements of any project; your price is confirmed from the area and photos you send.

• Included: the labour of Up specialists, our identity-verified cleaners trained to the Up Standard, plus equipment, products for each surface, protective materials and the Up Report.

One-off deep clean

Ceiling to floor, including door tracks, grout, limescale and old grease. Per m², minimum 900,000 VND a visit; worth repeating every 3–6 months, before Tết or between tenants.

Hourly cleaning with Up Home

Regular visits that keep a home in order once it has been deep cleaned: 130,000 VND an hour, minimum 3 hours, so from 390,000 VND a visit. Cleaning only, with no cooking, childcare or live-in help.

Rooms and mini-apartments

A small area can fall below the deep-clean minimum; hourly cleaning from 3 hours keeps the cost closer to the work.

Apartment buildings and gated estates often require service staff to be registered; we check the rules where you live and send each specialist's name and photo. Waiting at the gate after a punctual arrival is not counted as lateness.

• When booking, give the house number and alley or the building and unit, plus the nearest parking.
• Shopfront houses: tell us trading hours and any stock that must not be touched. Rentals: say which rooms are occupied and who will sign off.
• Put away cash, jewellery and important papers; you need not be home if someone you authorise opens the door.

Photos by room and floor with the completed checklist; anything that falls short is re-cleaned free if reported within 48 hours of receipt.
